The hotel was great! Very clean and quiet. The staff was super helpful and friendly and we felt very comfortable there. We took advantage of the free laundry the last night we were there and it worked out great. We had one breakfast and one dinner at the restaurant on site and both were really good. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and even the meeting spots of one of our tours and we felt safe in the neighborhood, especially during the day. The only note I would mention is that it looks like there’s an infinity pool on their website but it’s really a large hot tub. Half of it has jets and it’s kept warm, not hot, which is great for the cooler temperatures in Medellin, especially at night, but it was very shallow. Like 3 feet deep (less than a meter). Overall very positive experience.

Amazing hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious with incredible views. Although it’s not directly in the area with all the shops/restaurants, it was a short 10-15 min walk and it was nice to come back to quiet neighborhood to sleep. We loved our stay and would stay again.

Service here leaves a lot to be desired. Arrived at 11.30 from our other hotel. Asked if we could be accommodated for an earlier check in. We were told no, come back at 2.30. We did. Then we were told it was actually 3. There are people being given rooms before us even though we have been trying to get in for so long. Such a contrast to all other service experiences in Colombia. Service is poor and not considerate

Terrible Hotel, rooms are too cold and don't have a thermostat, there is only one elevator and is always packed with people, the staff are too into checking what are you doing and what not, not friendly, don't allow people in or out after certain hours and keep watching you like you're a child, the security is after you like you're up to not good and don't mind their own business, not a nice feeling for a vacation, very disappointed on the high rates of this place... I would never stay at this hotel again in Medellin.

Front desk personnel are super helpful, however maid service needs improvement one day didn't clean the room and another day left no towels.

Great location and friendly staff. Self service laundry service on the top is a bonus. Only one elevator in the hotel so usually a long wait. Breakfast service needs to improve, it is very basic.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and it was alright! The beds were not super comfortable and the room could have been cleaner. However liked their rooftop, laundry services and the rainfall shower!

Solid hotel with a very nice front staff, rooms were spacious and mine had kitchen and a balcony. Free laundry and roof top pool and small fitness center. Location was right on edge of Poblado.

went to visit a friend for a drink that was staying here. The security here won’t even let people up for 10 minutes to have a drink. security is tight and watches everybody like a hawk.

I have been here for a couple of days now and I am very happy! Alex at the front desk is super helpful and a pleasure to speak with and he speaks English which is SO nice. The view from my room is amazing. Everything is very modern and AC is included which is a luxury! Overall I am loving my stay here.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Poblanda that left me with mixed feelings. There were aspects I really appreciated, but also a few issues that need improvement. Let's start with the positives: the hotel offers great value for money. The rates were reasonable, and the location was fantastic, right next to Poblanda where all the vibrant bars and restaurants are located. It made it incredibly convenient to explore the lively nightlife and indulge in the local cuisine without having to venture far from the hotel. Check-in was strictly adhered to at 3 pm, and while it may have seemed a bit inflexible, I understand the need for maintaining order and ensuring that rooms are ready for guests. Fortunately, the friendly staff at the reception helped make the process smooth and efficient, so the wait wasn't too bothersome. One standout feature of the hotel was the generous 1 pm check-out time. This was a refreshing change, as it allowed us to enjoy a relaxed morning without feeling rushed to leave the room early. It's a thoughtful touch that adds value to the overall experience. Also- there’s a very nice rooftop with amazing views of the city. A rooftop pool and a small gym with AC. Now, onto the areas that require improvement. The most significant issue we encountered was with the bathroom sink - it simply didn't drain properly. This created some inconvenience during our stay, as we had to be mindful of the water level while using the sink. Another inconvenience was the slow elevator. With only one elevator serving the entire hotel, it could be frustrating to wait for extended periods, especially during peak hours when many guests were using it simultaneously. Despite these shortcomings, I must commend the staff for their politeness and willingness to assist whenever possible. They were always ready to answer questions and provide recommendations for places to visit in the area.

Wow.. one of the best places in Medellin! We loved everything about this hotel.. the room so beautiful and super clean! The hosts are so welcoming and the breakfast was amazing! I am definitely coming back to Colombia and only to this place ❤️

This place was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in out of the country! Not only were the rooms spacious & clean the staff made our stay superb! Muchos gracias to Mariano & Darnal who made our stay extra special. They were so kind & helpful to us. I am trying to practice my Spanish & they were so patient with me in both languages. We received water & chocolates to our room daily. Location is safe, close to everything you will need & has beautiful views. Rooftop/pool area is quiet & clean. Stay here, you will not regret it! I will be back

Stunning rooftop pool, that is actually warmed to make it more of a jacuzzi. Very comfortable beds as far as Colombian hotel rooms go. Walking distance to everything in Parque Lleras. Free breakfast is delicious, will be back next time we come to visit Medellin.

Stayed here for 4 nights best stay. The room was well decorated the views in the room and balcony were to die for. I hated that you had to put the paper in the trash instead of the toilet. The breakfast was always good every day. The juices were always freshly made. I like that we can reserve the pool. So you can have your private pool photoshoots. I enjoyed my stay

Stayed here in 2019 while visiting in Medellin, if I ever visit again I would 100% go back, staff was amazing, the room was way better than I expected and the breakfast was always super tasty.

Had Amazing stay there. Only point is that they have 1 elevator and you have to wait 5minutes everytime you take the elevator. It apart from that amazing time

Sites was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in all of Colombia. All rooms are equipped with full kitchen, living room, and stunning views. Access to jacuzzi, gym, steam room, and bbq. Sites is situated in an ideal neighborhood in El Poblado, near to everything you’ll need. The staff is extremely attentive, and would like to thank Rosendo Espinoza as he was absolutely amazing! Definitely returning this this hotel on my next trip back to Medellin. 10/10!

The location is great and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are spacious and if you happen to not have a noisy neighbour, then it's a pleasure to stay in this hotel. We stayed 4 nights in a beautiful apartment and the view was something unforgettable. The breakfast is good, but not all the options are tasty (some juices are coming from concentrate, arepas are not homemade,...). It's true that you can still find something to eat.

Great friendly service. Excelente breakfast. New clean and modern room and amenities. You have to reserve the pool for social distance and they gave us extra time and offered the sauna as well. New washer and dryers. Quiet neighborhood. Great pizza across the street. Such a great experience that we went back for a longer stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay here at Sites Hotel! The service was top notch; 10 out of 10! Free breakfast in the morning made it easy to roll out of bed and start the day off right. This place was simply fabulous in every way. My last trip, I stayed at the Dann Carleton and this place was far superior to what supposedly is one of the best hotels in Medellín. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment on the 11th floor with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. There was a balcony terrace off the master bedroom with excellent views. The room was huge, with a living room in addition to the two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. They provide lots of fluffy towels. The bed have extra pillows and a blanket if it gets cold. Room service was speedy and reasonable. Our room included a made to order breakfast with eggs and omelettes and fresh fruit juices in the restaurant in the lobby. (The coffee was a little cold though, they let it sit too long in the thermos. The hotel was not very heavily occupied). The hotel is very modern and stylish. There is a large jacuzzi and sauna on the roof available by reservation, so we had the pool area all to ourselves for 90 minutes. Be careful, I got sunburned sitting in the pool. Highly recommended, I would stay here again.
