**THEFT BY EMPLOYEES** DON’T stay here. I mean do if you want your things STOLEN OUT OF YOUR LOCKER. First off, they don’t let you use your own lock so you have to use the keys provided if you want to lock anything up. THEN they steal your money (shout out to MIGUEL at the front desk who blocked my number after texting him about having keys to the lockers). This didn’t only happen to me, several people reported they had money go missing and we all locked our lockers. Thankfully I was carrying my credit cards around when it happened and they didn’t take my passport, but don’t trust this shady place. They will tell you they don’t have spare keys so it couldn’t possibly be them, but with so many drunk fools losing their keys, I know they have spares. Also I thought I had cash go missing twice that week. Definitely not a coincidence, I always carried my keys in my bag when out and locked my bag with the keys when I was at the hostel. Always checked that I locked it and also when I noticed all my cash was gone ($100 USD) I had to unlock my locker. So I know it was locked. MANY CASES OF THEFT REPORTED, DON’T TRUST.

I have been coming here for 3 years now and I love it. The location is excellent, the staff is great, the accommodations are clean and perfect for the single traveler. I am past my party days(late night),so I’m usually in bed at 9-10pm. You will hear music from the bars next door at night, but i have never had a problem falling asleep without ear plugs. You are in Poblado, people party. I stay in the dorm which is perfect. Beds are comfortable with a more than adequate curtain for privacy and you get a locker to secure your stuff. Bathrooms, showers, kitchen are always clean. I love the woman who cleans the place. She is always thorough and kind. You cannot beat the price either. I am always looking to try new places to stay but end up coming back here. Another added benefit is I usually meet a very diverse mix of people from Europe, US, Latin America, etc. Also, they serve coffee, juice, fruit, and toast for breakfast. Staff is great and always take care of me!

The man at the reception had an anger problem. I had to leave while checking in because he was very angry, from the moment I walked in. When I filled out the form wrong because I don’t speak Spanish he ripped it up. It was scary. I didn’t feel safe.

SUPER clean! SUPER friendly staff! SUPER well located! SUPERbly priced! This hostel is everything. I wish I would've found it sooner I'm my trip so I could stay longer

It's located in centre of Poblado which makes it easy to party, get some nice food and also go to the centre (15-20min walk to the tube). Hostel is very clean and beds are super comfy. Also the price is good but surprisingly that doesn't attract a lot of people which maybe makes it a bit harder to befriend party buddies (just depends what you're looking for). Definitely get earplugs for sleeping as there is a bar/club next door which is blasting music at least until 1am. The staff could be nicer. After amazing check in experience with Juan, the rest of the staff was rather cold and unapproachable.

Stole my bag and the hostel did nothing about that, not even tried to help, the breakfast is just bread and coffee and the hostel it super loudy. Don't book it

What saves this hostel is the location. Very vibrant street with lots of options to go out. However, if you want to sleep, this is not the street for you. Rooms are very kinda ok, no room service, towels are never changed, cold water in the shower, and no toiletries. You also can't have visitors.

The hostel was ok. Absolutely positiv, compfy beds with curtains, spacious rooms, very clean. Bit of negativ, no relax area and you are in the middle of the party quarter of Medellin

Really nice hostel. For that price you won’t get better place in Poblado. Good location and really friendly staff. 🙂👍

Pretty comfortable. Fee for visitors. Nice staff. Can use credit card or Expedia. Watch which room you get for which rate. A little back into the Parque lleras area
