The location is great and staff is mostly bilingual. I got their biggest room which was good price but there was hair in bed and pillow cases dirty and bits of paper all over the floor from their cleaning process. The last day there was a scheduled electrical outage and they never advised and was left without any electricity/wifi/phone for 4 hours and was only offered a juice. Had to use stairs with no light. Other then that that room was laid out really nice and the jacuzzi and balcony is really pretty and nice to enjoy.

Clean and modern. The service is good and the location is in the middle of Poblado. But it is VERY noisy, in the middle of bars and clubs. Take your earplugs. The breakfast is average.

PROS - Excellent location. In the heart of Zona Rosa (nightlife area). You have Bao Bei (an excellent restaurant) right across the street, a barber shop also across, and a free outside park gym at the corner. - Reception and customer service was helpful and friendly. - Spacious rooms where I could layout my stuff and do a little work. - They had a mini fridge where I could store my waters - Nice shower head (waterfall type) with both cold and running hot water. - Guest-friendly CONS - the walls are paper thin. You can hear literally everything. And I mean EVERYTHING. So it was sometimes hard to sleep. - my room faced the wall of another building, which brought down the ambience a bit.

Room 204 (photos). Amazing location. All rooms are two person occupancy so no guests are allowed at all. Not a very friendly staff. Security is good because the door is locked at night. Basic rooms, comfortable mattresses, no view outside window, safe and great Wi-Fi. 👍🏻

We received a true lesson of hospitality in this Hotel. When asked to please use a bathroom for an emergency case, the rude staff denied the request by saying there was not a public restroom. Although they have the right to refuse, its impressive to see the hospitality showed to a foreign visitor on an emergency case. If this is the way they treat tourist who just approach the premises for help, I guess all guest here are charged for even breathing since everything is private. When a hotel treats you like this, specially on an emergency case I think it's better to stay away... Avoid!

Disappointed with the night staff here and the place itself with such a good ranking. When I arrived at night, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the desk guy didn’t handle it professionally, he said that the only way to fix this was with the help of a technician in the following morning but because I was only staying there for one night apparently it wasn’t a big issue. The bed and the pillow weren’t really that comfy. I moved to Celestina Boutique hotel and it was heaps better. I just felt this hotel was too basic and the staff needs better training for what you are paying for.

Really nice hotel, great location in Poblado, breakfast was amazing, nice rooftop. A bit noisy from the nearby clubs but that's what you get staying most places in Poblado.

I booked via Hotels.com , The rooms are very small nothing like the pictures , customer services very poor, I didnt use the reservation they even refund or gave me a bonus. Dont book this hotel very poor Medellin has other place much better than this.

Location is great, not too loud, I did slept well, it’s close to really nice restaurants, and to clubs as well. Rooms are comfortable, clean, however I got a room smelling cigarette, and I don’t smoke, as a suggestion they should have an air ioninizer machines( I worked in hospitality industry before) to leave on after check out as this is great removing unpleasant odours. Night male personnel seemed unfriendly, I had to greet him as he wasn’t too keen greeting customers, however the mature male receptionist in the morning was friendly and attentive. I didn’t had breakfast, so I couldn’t comment. Air conditioning worked wonders.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of El Poblado….restaurants, nightlife, and shops. The hotel is meticulously maintained and the desk staff Sebastián and Margie were charming and provided terrific guest services. Based on my recent stay I would absolutely rebook when I return to Medellin.

Very noisy hotel due to neighbouring disco/night club (until 4 AM..)

Very cool hotel in the middle of the action in Poblado. Rooms were clean and had everything I need to set up shop and staff are chill hombres. Breakfast provided the necessary nutrients to kicks start the engine and there are plenty of delicious restaurants around to satiate your appetite. It was quiet in my room during the weekdays, but not sure how it gets during the weekend. WI-FI is about 10 GBps so it’s not for gamer geeks.

We love this little gem! The hotel is new, super clean and the rooms have the biggest shower heads we have ever seen, with water pressure to match. Staff is super friendly and reception speaks prefect english. We stayed three nights in a standard double and when we extended our stay with another few nights we upgraded to the "King Suite with Spa Bath". The value you get for your money here is insane. This place will, without a doubt, be way more expensive in the future. The breakfast is good but quite simple, but if that is a problem for you just walk one block to Pergamino Cafe and have brekky there.

This was definitely one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at during my trip in Colombia. The room was big and clean, there was an air conditioner, the receptionist was nice and helpful, an elevator, and there was adequate breakfast. I am not sure if there is a hair dryer at the reception, but I assume there is. The breakfast buffet is ok for the selection. They always ran out of the hot food on the buffet, but it didn’t bother me. They change the hot food selection each day. There is always fresh fruit and juices, and you can order eggs. The coffee isn’t the greatest. The rooms have a closet, a mini bar and fridge, a nice tv with English channels, lamps next to the bed with night stands, and a safe. The room is very clean, but sometimes I think the house keeping only made the beds and didn’t change the sheet or sweep as I saw the same stain and hairs on the ground. The shower is definitely big, and there are enough towels and racks to hang them. The hotel is located near several bars and restaurants, but not directly so it is a bit quieter. The windows are not completely sound proof, but if you sleep with the air conditioner, it can drain out the noises. The curtain are also really thick, so you can block out all the sun in the morning. The hotel also organized a taxi for us to and from the airport. It was a nicer car than a normal taxi and they drove more responsibly, for the same price as a taxi. Thank you for making our stay in Medellín very enjoyable!

I've been here twice. I found that this was one of the best hotels in Medellín for a very good price.

Stayed here only for one night, but it was a great one. The hotel is very nice and stylish. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. One of our best stays in Colombia.

We stayed 3 nights at 14 Urban and really liked the quite new place. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. You also couldn’t find a better hotel location in the lovely heart of Medellin! Our only negative critique belongs to the breakfast with a bit of a sad selection and already fermented milk. All in all we do recommend to stay here as the value to money ratio is outstanding high!
