We came here as part of Real City's Barrio Transformation tour. The tour was amazing, and the Moravia Cultural Centre was a huge part of that. In a very disadvantaged part of Medellín, the community came together to take advantage of a benefactor who wanted to give back to the city. The Centre is a meeting place, an historical archive and a source of endless educational, social and artistic classes and displays. It's an inspiring example of what a community can accomplish when it comes together.

This place is amazing. The community used to live in a garbage dump, and after years of struggling, they now have, among other things, a world renowned cultural center. The brickwork is extraordinary, artisan craft from Boyacá. The vibe is wonderful.

Awesome place, the people and the programs are great.

A local community center that must be supported. A place doing great things for the community. A place for young people to stay out of trouble and have resources to support their passion and explore new ones.

Team work, this is the result of people getting together to reach a human goal, happiness in the nothingness.
