I was able to get an appointment quickly. When I arrived at the office I was promptly greeted, all insurance matters were taken care of. I waited a minimum amount of time to be called in. All my concerns were noted. The doctor quickly came in. I again told her my issues. She took care of me and assured me all was well.

I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Ma her expertise is unparalleled, and her personalized approach made me feel truly cared for. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. She took the time to thoroughly understand my concerns and provided clear explanations for the recommended treatments, not only did she address my skin issues, but she also shared valuable skincare tips that have genuinely improved my daily routine. I can't thank Dr. Ma enough for her exceptional care, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking top-notch skincare expertise.

Brianna Scotti was the absolute best! Sweet, caring, non alarming with amazing bedside manner. I felt comfortable right away and was no longer nervous. She doesn't rush and takes time with you- answers any and all questions. A true blessing!!

I have not found a professional that's as caring, thoughtful and informative as Miss Scotti. In these times of over scheduling and not having one and one with a medical professional, I'm so happy to see she is not the norm I'm used to. You won't be sorry when you make the call to see her! She's a keeper.

Doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. The only negative was I was kept waiting 1/2 hour in the room. Doc had a procedure that took longer than planned for, but seems like the appointments are booked too close together maybe.

I was referred to the office by my mother, who was, and is extremely pleased with her level of service. She has gotten there. The doctor and her assistant were extremely timely, efficient, and very easy to speak with, and I was in and out of the office quickly. The doctor also provided several different treatment options and took time to explain each of them. And the woman at reception was also extremely helpful. All around the experience and I would highly recommend the office.

Honest evaluation which is the most important factor. Very short wait time which is second most important factor. Third most important factor is the demeanor of the staff and doctor...which was fantastic. Pleasant, helpful and even friendly. Five stars across the board. Couldn't possibly have been more satisfied...and I was lucky enough to not have any serious problems. I can only imagine how much more important those factors would become if there was something serious that I had to deal with. Very thankful that I chose Dr. Penzi's office.

Pleasant skillful group. Appointment times are maintained within a few minutes. Doctors, PAs and Associates are all pleasant with solid skills and subject knowledge. Even if I go there knowing a procedure may be uncomfortable I am always extremely pleased with the efficiency and outcome. An excellent medical experience in a pleasant environment.
