I
have
an
ongoing
issue
with
Express
Care
of
Belleview.
I
was
charged
$120
for
a
scheduled
office
visit,
that
should
have
been
covered
by
insurance.
My
insurance
company
(a
major
national
insurance
company)
verified
this.
Express
Care
says
that
it
is
because
they
could
not
communicate
with
my
insurance
company
to
verify
my
coverage,
and
that
I
had
to
pay
up
front
and
get
reimbursed.
I
still
have
not
heard
anything
from
them,
and
still
have
not
been
reimbursed.
Unfortunately
$120
is
a
lot
of
money
to
me,
and
I
feel
greatly
mislead.
The
more
frustrating
aspect
is
not
receiving
any
help!
When
I
arrived
at
8:45am
for
my
9am
labs,
I
wasn't
aware
that
my
appointment
time
was
almost
irrelevant.
I
had
been
fasting,
for
labs,
and
was
already
struggling
with
low
blood
sugar.
I
made
that
appointment
that
morning
because
I
am
having
hypoglycemic
(low
blood
sugar)
issues/episodes.
2.5
hours
until
I
was
taken
to
an
exam
room.
At
11:30am
I
was
seen
by
a
phlebotomist,
who
proceeded
to
miss
my
veins
3x.
I
gave
her
3
opportunities
until
I
asked
for
someone
else,
who
nailed
it
first
try.
I
am
a
35
year
old
personal
trainer
with
under
10%
body
fat.
I
have
massive
veins.
They
eventually
got
their
samples.
While
I
was
waiting
to
see
a
Dr,
this
WAS
my
PCP,
a
NP
came
in
and
said
that
he
was
the
one
that
I
would
be
seeing
for
my
appointment.
I
was
under
the
impression
that
I
was
seeing
a
Doctor,
and
that's
what
I
was
paying
for.
Had
I
been
given
all
of
the
information
at
the
beginning,
I
would
have
requested
a
different
appointment,
when
I
could
have
actually
seen
a
doctor,
and
had
a
doctor
see
me!
The
most
frustrating
part
wasn't
the
terrible
quality
of
medical
care,
wasn't
the
bruises
left
on
my
arms
after
3
missed
jabs,
wasn't
being
mislead
about
seeing
a
Doctor,
and
it
wasn't
even
when
I
was
told
that
they
couldn't
verify
my
insurance....
The
most
frustrating
part
is
the
indifference
of
the
staff.
We
are
not
at
your
office
because
everything
is
amazing,
we
are
at
your
office
because
we
need
help.
We
are
having
medical
issues
that
are
taking
a
toll
on
life.
Life
is
difficult
enough
as
it
is.
I
guess
the
problem
could
be
my
expectations,
though.
I
expected
employees
there
to
want
to
be
helpful,
to
be
caring
and
compassionate,
and
to
want
to
be
there
helping
people.
If
you
keep
your
expectations
extremely
low,
you
will
probably
have
a
good
experience
here!!
But,
I
would
recommebd
avoiding
this
office
altogether.
