I must see when passing through Foley, Alabama! It has one of the best representative collection of medical equipment of days past that I've ever seen. It is a lot larger then one would expect. Has interesting items at every turn with good visibility and explanation. The docent was extremely knowledgeable about the museum and the area. Adding to this he was very friendly and enjoyed a good conversation!

This is a true step back to early medical care and treatment. This hospital has been frozen in time. For the most part, all original instruments are still there. Sort of creepy and fascinating at the same time. Must see museum.

Steph was knowledgeable an extremely kind and fun to hear all the history of this Hospital and how it came about. very cool to just walk through the different rooms and down the halls and just imagine what it used to be. It's free to get in but we did leave a significant amount for a donation a must-see on your list if you're traveling.

Great museum to learn about what hospitals were like in the past. The best part of this museum is that it's free.

This experience is good for youth who aspire to enter the medical field and for those who enjoy history. The staff are friendly and the exhibits are very detailed. Most of the exhibits contain the original medical tools and other objects from whenever the hospital was in operation. Overall a very lovely experience where you get to learn more about Foley's medical history.

Even if you dont know anything about medical, this place is small and very old time original hospital. I am so happy medicine has had an upgrade compared to the past.

Great historical museum. My nurse wife had great time pointing out things she used back in the 70s. No entry fee, however there is a free will offering box.

Lots of fascinating stuff here! Medical history has interested me for a while, so strolling through and seeing all the old equipment was great. The vintage uniforms also filled my historical clothing love. Definitely worth a visit, especially for the price (free)!
