My favorite restaurant. Some of the craziest and most delicious food I have ever eaten. The service is also wonderful here.

If you even remotely enjoy Thai cuisine, you will love this place! My husband and I travel for work and we always try to scope out the local Thai restaurants, and we both agreed that this one is near the top of our lists! The food at Jaidee is absolutely delicious every time we visit (and we've visited a lot so far lol) I've had the red, green, and panang curries - all great! My husband has gotten the pad thai, pad see ew, drunken noodle, and khao soi (his favorite!) - all great! Over our visits we've gotten crispy spring rolls, garden rolls, tofu satay, tom kha soup, or crispy tofu as appetizers - all great! Honestly, out of all the times we've visited, we have never received anything we didn't absolutely love! The portion sizes are perfect for the price, and we always leave happy and full. However, not only is the food great, but the service is as well - We have had a repeat waiter that just goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of every time we visit (the other wait staff are wonderful and friendly as well!) The ONLY critic that I can think of is the size of the restaurant; it's a bit on the small size so be sure to try to visit before the dinner rush or make a reservation. I definitely think they could still have a full house at a larger venue so hopefully business continues to grow for them so they can!

It’s a Hidden Gem in Altoona, they have some great dishes, full of flavors! I tried Mango Salad, Mango curry, Pineapple fried rice, and everything tasted perfect. A nice environment to enjoy lunch/dinner. Online shows lunch menu, but they don’t offer lunch menu. Plenty of parking, great service!

Excellent! We're seated promptly. Our server, Star, was professional, helpful, and courteous. We ordered the dumplings, the steam buns, eggplant stir fry and chicken pad see ew, both entrées We ordered Thai hot spice level. Absolutely delicious! Templates was perfect, flavor was incredible! My only criticism was that the steam buns were a tad overdone and a but chewy/hard in spots but still eatable. Anyway the service and overall taste and presentation of the food made it well worth it. Definitely one of the best thai spots. Highly recommend!

I got the spicy basil with chicken, it was very good and filling, definitely recommend. I also got a piece for the green tea matcha cheesecake which was heavenly. Also each food has a level of spiciness to chose 1-3, I just chose one for this dish but could have been spicier, their popular dish is the drunken noodles, and I hear they are fantastic as well, and they do boba tea as well.

Super delicious food. We tried tom kha soup, tom yum soup. Both were yummy. Also tried pineapple fried rice, green curry and stir fried garlic dish with seafood. Best thai food ever tasted in USA ❤️

So delicious! I had the pineapple curry and my mom had the mango curry. We both loved our meals. However, we seriously overestimated our spice tolerance. When they say the curry is spicy, it’s SPICY! We ordered level 2 spice and my mouth was on fire. The staff were so generous and took my curry in the back to make it more mild. Thank you for a great lunch, we’ll be back!

From the moment we walked in the service was friendly and inviting. The server answered all our questions about the menu. The Thai iced tea was a great start. When the food arrived hot and fresh, i had the pad hai noodles with crispy duck. it was definitely appealing to the senses. It did not disappoint in the taste category. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I spent 10 years in Thailand and I have been looking for authentic Thai food everywhere in central PA. I finally found it! Not only authentic but good quality among Thai food. The rating is absolutely true!!

Me and wife rarely make it to altoona. But when we do, we know where we will be eating. This small little thai place has the best food and great service. If your in the area this is a must try.

Good service with nice food. The Tom Yum soup was very good. The Prik Pao was a little sweety and would have been better if that sweety flavor was less. Overall it was nice to try this restaurant.

Food was very good. The service was okay. The place is very small and it was about standing room only on a Wednesday evening. We felt very rushed and drinks were not filling regularly. We only had our server at the table a few times. A couple came in with a reservation and it was clear they didn’t have a reservation. I would recommend picking food up from here, not dining in, if you want to enjoy your meal.

The flavors are on point. The Crab Rangoon was amazing. Must go if you're in the Altona area.

The food was amazing! The service was top notch! Couldn't have had a better experience and can't wait to go back! Highly recommend for any foodie or for a fun, relaxing, and delicious good time! The food was too good to take pics.

Soo tasty! We walked in close to closing and they were nice enough to let us quickly eat there. Pad see ew and the Thai noodle soup were very good! Sad that I live so far away otherwise this would become my regular Thai place.
