Was there last night with my son and daughter ordered to go. Once I got home and was eating the food I started to notice hair on my pizza and even more in my beefed up cheese fries. I was beyond disgusted it literally looked like they shaved in mine and my kids food. It was too much hair for it to be an accidental hair in the food. To me it was purposely put in the food, and who knows how many other people got the same thing and didn't notice. This was at midnight Sunday the 6th. DO NOT EAT HERE. The long hair I almost ate that is when I notice before putting it in my mouth. Then started looking through all of the food.🤢🤮🤯

They completely just slapped my pizza together they threw the meant and peppers on top

Being completely honest their pizza is not usually my first pick in the area, but i recently tried their bbq pulled pork slice and it was fantastic! Great flavors and just an awesome and different slice!

The pizza is good but do not order any fries like the Buffalo fries and beefed up fries. They made the containers smaller and they barely put any fries inside of them for the same price. 9$ for the amount of fries you get on their 3$ fries

The customer service and the energy in this place is fantastic. Very clean and helpful people found here the manager or lead (it starts with a K I believe Kapil) in charge was really nice, took care of me throughout the order and also asked if I needed anything else. I can tell he is the light that brings in the people and welcomes them to come back. This is the kind of service we need in the city and the kind of person that needs to elevate and teach others to do the same.

I ordered the Beefed up fries and asked for the pepper on the side. When I got home with my order, the pepper was on top of the beef and the cheese was in a cup. The complete opposite of what I ordered. The receipt said for the pepper to be on side. I'm concerned about the person who read the order and then made it the way that he or she did. It was careless. Did he/she do that as a joke? I'm not going to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get a refund back and I'm not going to call and complain just to get a free or discounted meal next time. I'm just disappointed and concerned about who is in the back making the food.

First time there and I received great customer service. The worker that took my order was patient and helpful when helping me choose something. I tried the salami, crushed pepper & honey pizza it was delicious 😋.

First time ever trying Slice Factory in my hometown "Berwyn". I give it 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ best pizza 🍕 I ever had. I definitely will be coming back for more. I been following Slice Factory for about a year on TikTok so I had to check it out.

The service and location were good. The pizza was flavorless, I'm not sure if it's the sauce or cheese but it was pretty pointless. I did like the cheese fries though

Placed an order 20 minutes ago online, for a slice combo #4 and Buffalo fries, they forgot my whole pizza. order 310, 12:21 am. Like they forgot the whole pizza. Honestly was really salty. Spending 12 dollars on a combo to have the main part of the combo missing. I went back for though and who I believe was Courtney set everything straight for me, very nice women honestly.

Pizza tasted horrible, and how can you justify a charge close to 9 dollars for fries and with just buffalo sauce that were all soggy. Mac and cheese bites were disgusting. The only good thing was the Nutella bites

First visit. Nice looking facility. Staff was welcoming and courteous. I've never had such a large slice of pizza. It had a lot of cheese and was tasty. Pricey for me. I would go again. Signage to enter lot could be larger, more visible. Placement & wording was a bit confusing. I didn't see the signs fast enough.

I went through the drive thru on 07/23/23 with friends after a night out around 2am and the girls working were so nice and attentive!! Give them a raise!!! The slices were fresh and they had a great attitude!!! Definitely coming back.

They're open late and they're not McDonald's. If you crave late night pizza, or you just didn't get a break at work and you get off around 11:30-midnight, and you don't want the usual fast crappy food, Slice Factory is good. You sometimes have to wait a while for your order, if you order something other than a slice of cheese or sausage. If you order directly from them, it's way cheaper than DoorDash or any other food delivery service, and the slices are HUGE. And their salads are also HUGE. I think their best slices are Tropical Barbecue Chicken, Factory Special, and Veggie. (This is not my favorite place for a jumbo slice of sausage pizza; if that's what I crave, I'll go with Anthony's on Cermak if it's before midnight, or DiNico's on Roosevelt after midnight - both in Berwyn, too.) Don't miss the Nutella bites! They're awesome.
