I've only successfully ordered anything from this location once. It feels like every single time I decide to give it another chance something is wrong. The card reader doesn't work, or maybe they don't accept cash another day, or maybe nobody comes to the drive thru intercomm at all. It's like they do everything in their power to not serve you food or run a business. The inside never seems to be open, either. I have no idea what this location's deal is. Go to a different Wendy's, because chances are you aren't getting anything from this store even if you wanted to.

This Wendy's is infuriatingly terrible! Was about to place an order at 6:15pm in the app, chose the carry-out pickup ASAP option which CLEARLY said the lobby was open in bright green letters. Parked and found all doors to be locked with no signs indicating why. Luckily I have been burned by this miserable place multiple times before, so I didn't actually submit the order before getting there. Got in the drive thru line, which was wrapped halfway around the building, waited 10 mins or so and barely moved. Figured by the time I would have eventually gotten around, my food would have been ice cold anyway, so I just gave up and left with exactly nothing to show for it other than 30 minutes of my life wasted at this horrendous place. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location, but this will definitely be the last.

Me and 4 other people waited over 20 minutes for our food (we were the only people there during this time) the staff was extremely rude and the kitchen staff looked to be high on some sort of stimulant. I have never received my food in a timely manner or received good customer service at this location.

This location is terrible. I got a salad, fry, & drink. The people serving all look strange. One of the males looked like a clown in hair and dress. However, the food was more the issue. My soda had no syrup. The fries were absolutely cold. Then, lastly the salad was a mess. The chicken and bacon were cold. The tomatoes were mush and the lettuce was wet on the bottom. Please check food appearance and temps before serving.

The employees are incompetent and don't want to help. I've been waiting for a doordash order for 15 or 20 minutes because they don't want to help/don't know how to make the order. Everytime I come to make a doordash order from here, they have either closed early or are trying to close early. It's dirty and thr employees and super unprofessional. 10/10 don't recommend. As I'm typing this, I had a French fry thrown at me from behind the counter.

They got me! I usually try to avoid fast food, but I was in a hurry. For a change, there was no line as I looked over from the intersection, so I turned in. Pulled right up, ordered my food, pulled around, paid for my food and then they told me to pull into the mobile order spots. That's when I realized I had been bamboozled! Every car around me (5-7 vehicles) had people in them and they were all waiting for food. They diverted the line to the parking spaces to keep the actual line clear and keep people pulling in. This was very misleading! Then the food runner asked what my order was and said she had to make it. Then, we realized she was missing one of the kid's meals. 23 minutes from the time I ordered, I finally had all of my food (see photo of receipt and time). This is not fast food!

Food was good. Fries were hot. Burger was good. My issue ? The drive-thru ! Good grief ! SLOOWWWWWW AS MOLASSES. If I wasn't so hungry, I would've pulled off. A couple of other cars behind me actually did leave. The wait was terribly long. They need to work on that.

Was gonna sit inside... poster in the window says the dining room is open at 6:30 A.M. but doors are locked only drive thru...after reading reviews glad I'm not eating here.

Sorriest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to! The employees are rude and lazy! Walk in to order and sit and eat bc I have a toddler that I need to help feed and three enployees look at me but never say a word, then two mins later a man says we’re only taking orders through the drive thru. Every time I come to this Wendy’s there’s a problem! Most of the time the employees have in air pods and “can’t hear you when you ask them questions “ or so they act.

We got there 11:30am, before any crowd. Waited several minutes before cashier stood at register to ring up. I just got a cup of chili and frosty. Chili tasted bland and watered down. Frosty cup has become so small they should call it a mini. My nephew got hamburger combo-large. The bill was over $18. I miss the original Wendy's quality. If service food was great...might almost justify price. Hope they improve. Been eating at Wendy's since 1970s. Often enjoyable, not this time.

Terrible have been waiting in the drive through for more than 30 minutes at 7pm on a Saturday have yet to be served absolutely terrible fast food more like sit around and wait. If I wanted to wait to be served I'd have gone to a real restaurant. Worst Wendy in the area

My wife tried their new Spicy Ghost Pepper Chicken sandwich. She loves it. It was just the right spice and the chicken was juicy and very tasty. The restaurant was clean and service was fast.

Employees argue with customers and tell drive through customers to park in various spots so they can get their window times down. Food was acceptable though, just be prepared to deal with rude waitstaff

Very rude and unprofessional drive thru person, while taking second part of order I ordered Coke with meal, to be then told they were out of coke even though I had ordered it with the first. Pulled around , was told I was being "given" the two small frosties because they didn't ring up . Ok I guess, then as they are putting the drinks in the drink holder I had to ask for , I noticed that one of the drinks were med and one large , when I stated I ordered both meals large , they went" c'mon really" shut the window and did fix the order but after that not word. Got home , the fry sizes were med and large, had 2 of the 4 burgers wrong , so I don't know what this person on the drive thru was going through but it definitely reflected in the result. I nor anyone in my family will return to this location as a result of this experience
