    My drink and sandwich were horrible. I returned them both. Had a barista snatch the sugar container out of my hand and her excuse was “I just don’t like germs!” Well hunny if the drink was not so poorly made in the first place I would not have had to attempt to fix it. 2. Thts not how germs work. Germs are literally all around us and I don’t think individual packs of sugar would get contaminated… 3. The container was already dirty with old grime. Really disappointed. Stop by because I was working in the area and I will never stop by again.

    Spent the day shopping and couldn't even get a cup of coffee. The girl at the drive through speaker refused to make a drink with no ice. I don't like the taste of city water melting in my $7 coffee and couldn't drink it right away as I wanted it for after my dr appt. If it were a hot coffee there would be no issue. Why does only this location cause a fuss about no ice.. idc if the cup isn't filled without the ice but why act like it's gonna hurt you personally to make my drink . I never complain. Check my reviews. But I will never spend money at this location again.

    My go to Starbucks. Great location, service is good, and they are lgbtq friendly. Tons of seating inside and out. Only concern is certain baristas don’t fill drinks to the top, but they fix it if I address it. This sbux is very busy and the team hustles hard. Be patient and kind to them.

    I was off today and of course came later than I normally would. My drink order was not made the way it should have been. To much milk, Could not taste the matcha or peppermint. Asked for it to be remade. The barista was rude and nasty to me. Then told another barista her side. The other barista said everyone doesn’t know everyone or drinks. Said she will remake it and was also rude to me. Top it off she didn’t make it correctly either. As it wasn’t a lot of matcha nor 190 degrees. I left and went to the Starbucks on Hancock village and had it remade. I never have issues at this Starbucks as I come M-F between 5:40-6 am. They are the real deal and very nice to everyone. To the barista that claims to have been working here for six years. Your customer service should be the same to all customers not just the ones you know.

    Very rude staff who will typically completely ignore you when you walk in- not even a “Hello.” This location acts as though you’re inconveniencing them and are lucky to be there, I was unsure where to pick up my order and there were 6 ppl just standing talking to each other and occasionally looking at me but saying nothing. It’s definitely giving slightly racist and snobby - don’t go here

    Had a great experience tonight at this Starbucks. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and it would’ve been a 30 minute drive in the rain. The barista was so nice and got my order in there and didn’t make me double pay. It was so sweet.

    Let me just say that I love this location. They are usually very efficient, friendly and my order is perfect. Unfortunately today 8/17 at 11am the drive-thru was backed up (8+ cars). I went inside to get my mobile order. I realized why it was backed up when I went in to get my order. ALL of the employees were hustling…and I mean super speed like true Starbucks baristas do when they are busy…..except one. This gentleman was moving at two speeds….slow and stop. Unfortunately he was making drinks….which is what is the majority of what is being ordered. This explains why the drive-thru is backed up. My suggestion to the manager….you know the employee I am referring to. You know who is not keeping up. Put this employee on another duty. Clearly this employee either doesn’t want to be working (based on his attitude I observed while watching him) or is not capable of moving at the pace that is needed to provide the service Starbucks delivers.

    This location is convenient and the staff is friendly, but this is not a good place to have a chat over a cup of coffee. The espresso machines and blenders are already noisy enough, but the pop and disco music is always at levels making it difficult to talk. The consistent sound levels here are between 80 and 90 decibels. Their choice of music is fine. I just wish the volume was a bit lower.

    So...this location gets 3 Stars cause too often when I order a ice tea to have to specify with water or they will make it lemonade. If I wanted it with lemonade I would order that. Several times when I said water, they still made it with lemonade. I must also mention the Customer service. There is a difference when Eric is there. His Customer Service is Top Notch!!! HE gets 10 Stars!!! Always smiling, so polite, and calls me by my name. The store is not the same when he is not there. Give this man a raise!!
