Went at 6:15am, using the mobile app. Still waited over 15 minutes for my food, staff was not friendly, muffins were burnt and rock hard. Do better @McDonald's.

Went at lunch time, and understandably the place was very busy. Got home and of course, there was one happy meal missing from the order. Had to run back to McDonalds and stand in line again to retrieve the happy meal that was forgotten by staff. By the time we got back home, the other part of the order was cold. This happens so much at the 25th ave store, they need to open a register just for patrons who have incomplete order issues. The stars for the food would be higher if we actually got to eat it while warm.

Been here 100 times over the years , foods rarely right, fries are rarely hot or edible, something is always wrong started going to Wendy's by the hospital for something fast it's been right and hot every time. This place needs completely re trained and proper hiring. Our last draw was when we got a single double cheese burger and the order number didn't match ours it was from 5 hours ago. Bun was rock hard, cheese in middle was like nacho cheese from the heat lamps it was seriously disgusting they are going to kill someone serving food the way they do.

Every time I go through the drive through, I want to get an apple pie. And I get everything but an apple pie.....I got a pumpkin pie in an apple box....AGAIN

So on top of their ice cream machine never working their new one lately is the frappe machine is always broken. And it seems to be just this mcdonalds because ive gone to other ones in town but use this one since its the closest. So annoying.

Made my elderly mother wait 30 minutes at the drive thru for her food. They admitted to forgetting about her order, only when she had to walk inside and ask for it. They just gave her a coupon for a free small fry🙄

We went around the drive thru during breakfast. And we ordered some food. They forgot an item no big deal I’ll just go and ask for it so I can get on with my day. I walk in place is alright I guess. I wait in line until one of the people comes over from the kitchen which I didn’t expect but ok. She looked frustrated by me despite the fact that I was smiling. So I just got really awkward and asked if I could have my missing thing in a nicer way cause I never know how to ask. And she is like ok and like walks away so fast. She then comes back and hands it to me. And then in the fakest way she could “have a great day” like girl. It was one thing. Acting like walking is a task

Service is very slow not good I got into the bathroom came back out even after washing my hands somebody from outside after 20 minutes coming ftom out of their car waiting on somebody at the they didn't even punch and they didn't even wash their hand they didn't do anything and are serving you this is not a good thing I would never go there again it wasn't Monday on a holiday I would have called the board of health may still do it on this is definitely not right The it's very disgusting who knows what they were doing in the car 🚗
