It was an amazing ambience and such a vibe! The food was exquisite and my platter, runneth over! For real you should see all of this food! Peep the photos and bask in the glory. That is my meal. I highly recommend you make your way over here with the quickness, so you can get some of this delicious goodness for yourself!

The first time we went it was such a great experience. The food was great and my wife and I thought we had found such a great place. However, yesterday was pretty tense. I mean take a look at that picture. I don’t know if we could ever go back after getting served food that looks like that. Our server was kind, I also thought the gesture of giving people a rose for Valentine’s Day was thoughtful, but the food was quite a shocker.

53 minutes after my daughter and i were seated i notified a waiter that we have not been spoken to yet and she went and fount our waiter who came over and apologized. i was irritated and no longer wanted to eat but i let my 9 yr old order her meal, once i got my bill the waiter disappeared an 15 minutes later i found a different waiter and paid. about 8 minutes later my waiter came back with my receipt and apologized again. in totaled we spent over an hour waiting for this server to waste our time. I do not recommend this Fridays to anyone.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make my thirteen year old birthday a great one even singing happy birthday to him. It was clean and a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was hot and absolutely delicious.

September 8, 2023 3pm. I sat at the bar. Took a while to even get noticed, much less get service. Ordered the old fashioned (waaaay too sweet) and wings (they were good). No napkins or a bone plate or any of that. Waited at least 5 minutes for a check back to request napkins and a beer to enjoy with my wings... I couldn't get the bartender back to ask for a check. I just threw money on the bar and left.... I hope it was enough... No drink prices on the menu so my guess was as good as any. She didn't seem to care though so whatever.

Had not been to TGI Fridays in a long while. We never even got to order drinks this day. Vibe was so negative, and there were sections unavailable for seating due to lack of staffing. Front desk people didn't seem like they knew what was going on and kept pushing us to the bar area. It was not for us. Took so long to even talk to a server, we just decided to go elsewhere. Glad we did.

I did not have a good experience here and I do not think I will return. Are the servers not allowed to write orders down or carry a tablet with them anymore? I will not name my waitress publicly, but she was extremely forgetful. After almost an hour and asking on three separate occasions, I finally received my water. A while after that, I received my meal which included items I specifically asked to be left out. At that point, I was just over the whole ordeal and was ready to pay my check and leave.

This review pains me to write it. I have been coming to this Friday’s for more than 10 years it’s my spot. But I went there with a friend for dinner Friday night and was never more disappointed, the chicken dish I always order the two chicken breasts were so flat and dry and overcooked. The broccoli was lukewarm. No flavor. I wanted mashed potatoes and even the server said they weren’t good anymore. I used to get the garlic mash so I got french fries they were lukewarm and tasted old. So disappointed in the food for the price I always get chips and salsa because I’m a Fridays member and even the chips were burned and cold.
