I don't know the gentlemans name that fixed my pizza, but he has alot of curly hair and was really nice. Wish I would've gotten his name because you can tell that he took his time and made the pizza with love. Haven't had pizza this good in awhile. Thank you 😊 will be coming back!!! Give him a raise please...lol

Ordered a few things to eat and was not impressed... I ordered a Philly cheese steak and two topping pizza with white sauce... And everything was dry and bland.. steak and cheese was dry, flavorless and who puts raw onions on a Philly??? Second I ordered a 2 topping pizza with white sauce.. even that was bland and dry.. I could see or taste the sauce... I called to ask if it normally comes like this the manager says.. next time just add extra sauce and mayo... Once he said that I was like obviously he doesn't care..

Tonight the employees at this location displayed what customer service used to be about. THE CUSTOMER. My wife ordered pizza from the wrong location and was completely taken care of at this location even though she screwed up again and ordered the wrong pizza. They didn't charge her for her mistake and made her feel like someone that mattered. Thank you for showing a quality that has been lacking in CUSTOMER SERVICE as a whole...

Great pizza and the service is superb! I walk with a cane and the staff there are great! They have carried my pizzas to my car each time I have walked in for pickup. Very professional and very thoughtful. I appreciate young people who show respect for other people.

Usually order from here and it’s delicious. Today received multiple pizzas that had bugs on them. They refunded me but this makes me scared, as my daughter actually tasted some of the pizza. Needless to say, won’t be ordering again. Sorry for the bad picture but my daughter took it.

As a New Yorker, this is pretty good pizza. I usually get them to make it NY style by stretching the dough out to make the crust thinner. The dough is freshly made as well and the cheese is shipped in daily (so I was told). Customer service is also very good as they will remake it if it is not done properly.

It was an ok place the only employee working was nice but the pizza to me was too plane and not much flavor in it! My kids I think liked it more than my wife and I.

I made an order over the phone for a half and half toppings pizza. The nice young lady misheard the order. When I came to pick it up, I was greeted with a friendly "Welcome to Marco's " The manager met me at the counter to clarify the order that he guessed was not correct. They went above and beyond to make it right without getting into the specifics. Good customer service is rare these days. Marco's gained a loyal customer today. Thanks!
