The apartments were in an absolutely gorgeous setting, very quiet neighborhood and fairly close to everything. I lived here for 2 years and while I loved the layout of the apartment, it was incredibly difficult to heat because the windows leaked so much. My neighbors smoked like trains so my apartment smelled of smoke constantly. Maintenance was good for the most part, although toward the end we had a window screen that was to be replaced that never was, and the towel bar in the bathroom that came off the wall I had requested to be fixed twice that didn't happen. Would have stayed longer, but rent goes up with every lease renewal, which didn't sit right with me on top of all the other fees you have to pay. To each their own, it was a good place to start over all. Neighbors mostly stay to themselves.

Beautiful area with a great apartment. Very clean when i moved in. The little community here is so friendly! Feels so much safer than living in the city. Management has been great as well. They really keep it looking nice and respond to any issues promptly. Happy I decided to live here!

Our apartment, has all new appliances, carpet, paint, etc. rent is very reasonable. The area is very nice and quiet, but not too far from the city. The landlord has been very nice, and super reasonable and understanding. He worked with us from day one, and me and my significant other are very appreciative of that. We feel safe, comfortable, and would recommend his complex to anyone.

Great place, Good folks all around. Very well kept property !! Quiet, no dogs, no train, no highway. Just trees and the water features....

I was lucky to move into the Woodland Manor Apartments temporarily until I found a home. The owners are friendly and helpful. It was perfect for what I needed.

My three children and I lived in this complex for the last three years. I always felt very safe there and the little community of people are all friendly. The management was excellent and any time I had a maintenance issue they were prompt to respond. Our town home was clean and well maintained when we moved in. Overall my family’s experience here was excellent.

I lived here 16 years, raised my son from an infant to 16. Absolutely beautiful setting quiet for the most part. Sadly we left but the new management charges a fee for everything. Heating the place sucks cause the windows are junk. Trying to get something fixed good luck. One of the burners on our stove sparked like the fourth of July management completly ignored our request. I fell on ice in the parking lot when it was a skating ring, management told me exact words, "yeah its been winter out there lately". I would not recommend this place to anyone. Sadly but this is all completely true.

I spent a little over a year here. The atmosphere and character of the area is amazing. I had a creek running from my backyard and the surrounding outdoors was a nice look when you wake up in the morning. The property manager is very active and is willing to help with any difficulties. The place is also very affordable, and they will allow you to potentially add on any amenities (I had a dishwasher and washer/dryer rented and installed). If I could recommend an apartment place it would be here!

Amazing setting for a quiet family friendly atmosphere! Maintenance has made sure to take care of everything and has been very quick to fix anything we have needed. Also they’re extremely respectful of privacy and working around schedules! By far my favorite home I have had yet!

Couldn’t ask for a better place. Tucked into the woods but not too far away from whatever you need, the location is perfect. Prices are incredibly fair for the size of the apartments and in really good condition! The staff has been nothing but helpful and courteous too! So very happy to have chosen to live here.
