Salon is nice, neat and clean! They change liners after every pedicure which I appreciate! Everyone greets you when you walk in! They do not rush on your pedicure! The atmosphere and ambience of the salon is beautiful! 10/10 no complaints!!!! My daughter also enjoyed her kid pedicure!!!

Best nail salon experience I’ve had in years! They were friendly, fast and not over priced. My nail artist created a Jack Skellington themed look for me that has gotten compliments nearly every day. Oh, and I was a walk-in but they gave me service within 5 minutes of walking in. Definitely my new nail place from now on.

Hannah did a great job on my nails and my moms! They were really busy but were extremely apologetic and stayed late. Hannah took her time and is very personable too. Will definitely be returning.

I would recommend Kitty's Nail and Esthetics to everyone who wants a professional Pedicure and manicure. I had the Sky Pedicure. There was no waiting, eventhough I didn't have an appointment and there were quite a few customers receiving various services. My technician was excellent. I was very comfortable and relaxed. My feet are very happy! Everything was clean and organized and patient. If you want an excellent spa day, please go here. You won't regret it. You will definitely want to make it your spa. I have been here and have seen a few different techs. They always do their best and are receptive to your preferences. This last time, my cuticles were cut too close frequently and began to bleed. The tech placed my foot back in the water. I had to ask that it be properly cleaned. My cuticles itched for days. I rubbed them down in antibiotic ointment in effort to avoid whatever tragedy. Unfortunately, when my thumbnail had discoloration after a nail popped off, I knew there was a chance the toe of concern could have some sort of infection. And it did. She was super polite and kind. Just lacked infection control so I won't be back.

This is the second time I've visited Kitty's Nails and each time Hannah was my nail tech. She does a really great job and pays close attention to detail. Since moving here to VA from TX she is the only nail tech that has satisfied my request. I'd say I've found my nail shop.
