Wow! Very impressive collection. Cars of all eras, kept and shown to great effect. Never knew this giant collection was housed so nearby in a renovated factory building on the NW side. One of the best auto museums I've seen. Highly recommend spending at least a couple of hours there.

Awesome museum with a huge selection of classic cars, some of which you will not find anywhere else on the planet. Both floors and all the rooms are sprawling with dozens of vehicles. Most of them have very informative signs about them including stories about that type of car and the individual vehicle they have. Also interesting is that every vehicle here runs! We were lucky enough to see the 60's batmobile fired up! This place is only a block away from a bus stop and has a decent sized parking lot so getting here is very easy. Definitely consider going here if you are in the city and like cars.

What a gem, in my opinion the finest in the city. I knew as soon as I arrived that this location would be fantastic and today I eventually made the trip. The people who welcomed us were amazing. There are more than 300 cars here, and I snapped well over 600 pictures, I think. Try it out; I promise you won't regret it. The cost of the pass is also fairly low. Continue your excellent job.

Really impressive for a private collection. I knew I would see some amazing cars but nothing prepared me for this visit. I could've stayed for 2 days. People here were really kind and helpful! I would definitely come here again if I ever come back to Chicago.

The absolute best car museum in the Chicago area. The variety of antique cars and the venue is fantastic. I highly recommend this place. Well done!

This is an amazing place put together by an amazing man who had a true build your self and wealth story. Beautiful cars from all different years displayed very well. Also lots of auto and different memorabilia. Allow plenty of time, lots to see. It can even be a venue for your party or event.

This was their first Trunk or Treat event and it was so fun. I will look forward to attending next year if they have another one.

This hidden gem of a car museum blew my mind. I will go back again. Friendly customer service. You can come in the morning, take a break for lunch and come back on the same day ticket. Could have spent 4 hours or more. It is an AMAZING COLLECTION.

Very interesting car collection, loved all the details provided with the cars. There’s always a story with a car and that’s one of my favorite things about them. I would definitely come back.

We had a beautiful time at this museum, the host was professional, & very educated by the history of everything in this museum. We shall return, & thank you Jane. 😊 I share a couple pictures that we saw there, because if I show you everything you won't be surprised when you get there. BUT you have to go, you won't be disappointed. Especially the car lovers! I hope you enjoy this museum as much as we did. 🚗🚗

Incredible museum. I’ve been to a ton of car museums and this one is A+. As a resident of Chicago I had no idea this was in my own backyard let alone one of the Crown Jewels of car museums. I’ve never seen more Cadillacs from 1930-1960 under one roof. The website could use some updating and it’s a sin to put an ugly mannequin in a 56 Continental Mark II but the collection is truly spectacular and a must see for car enthusiasts and history lovers.

An absolute amazing experience. There is history stuffed into every nook and cranny of this two story building. There are also oddities and trinkets some may not expect! Plan two to three hours to see and appreciate the collection.

Awesome museum that a lot of people don’t know about. I saw it posted on instagram. Kids had fun looking at the classic cars. You could spend a good hour and a half here. It wasn’t crowded at all when I went on a Saturday afternoon. Free parking. Friendly staff, you can tell they really take pride in their work. Would definitely come back, they said a new Jeep collection was coming soon.

My husband and I attended a brunch there today and I was blown away by the museum! The cars were amazing and the displays were top-notch! Everyone associated with the museum is kind and friendly. You feel right at home! We were invited to put one of our cars in a Klairmont Kollections show during the summer of 2023 at Navy Pier. It was a wonderful four-day experience! Thank you for the great brunch today. It was wonderful!

Great collection, they have tons of cool cars, from classics, one offs and concept cars. It was an incredible experience seeing al those cars together. My favorite was the Golden Sahara II, and the Corvette C1 Wagon surprised me. The entrance is a little bit pricey, but it's a must for anyone that loves cars

This car collection is amazing! Being able to see this history of automotive vehicles (1900-present) in person is a must. The staff is so welcoming and willing to tell you Larry Klairmont’s story. There is also event space inside and a parking lot which is a plus for any Chicago located museum.

I've been meaning to go here for a couple of years, and I'm so glad I did. I have to admit my main reason for going was to see the Batmobiles, but there was so much more to see.

Do you love cars? If so, you must stop in. This museum is very neat and well organized. We spent two hours here. Take time to watch the short film and to see the small Made in Chicago Museum.

This collection is fantastical and well worth the visit. Make sure you set several hours aside, and read as many window descriptions as you can while touring. Many of the cars have an amazing backstory that really adds to the experience. Unbelievably eclectic collection with something for everyone!

This museum has some of the rarest vehicles in the world!!! It is a never-ending experience!! It's well organized, and vehicles are accessible from every point of view. In order to see every vehicle properly, 2 hours are not enough.

Incredible collection of vintage, classic, muscle, and luxury cars. Well worth the price. Plan on spending 1-2 hours there. Free parking.

This place was awesome! Took my dad there on a Sunday he loved it. A huge amount of rare and custom cars pristinely restored, all drivable. Very clean and organized. The manager Anna was so nice and helpful, even opened up the hood of a ‘38 V16 Cadillac so my dad could took a look at the engine. Highly recommend.

This is an awesome place to visit for 8 to 100 years old! My 87 year old father and I spent close to 2 hours in the auto museum. I give it 4 stars because I think there is room for improvement. Seating is lacking in areas of the museum. The cars are sandwiched super tight in areas that prevent fully enjoying each car. The model train area looks nice. I hope it is expanded as well as having some of the trains operate. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely visit again. Klairmont Kollection is a hidden gem with over 300+ cars all kept in pristine condition.
