What a find! This gallery stands up to many that I have visited throughout the states. It's a free admission gallery, yet it feels high end. I highly recommend it.

✨🌟Yesterday was for @nublockmuseum! We took a bike 🚲 and head to Evanston from Chicago! And the trip was really worth it! BLOCK museum is placed in a beautiful campus surrounded with amazing outdoor sculpture collection and you can take a map and labels at the front desk. The current exhibition is great and the content is very hard and intense but super important at the same time and that is why I do really appreciate how the whole space is designed. You can use 3 reflection rooms, where you can listen to special meditation prepared for this special exhibition. Take a look at their visitor guide, where I would like to highlight the reflection questions, the possibility for feedback and the list of resources where you can further go for more information and content. ✨🌟 well what to say… another great university museum.find more info about audience engagement in university museums on my instagram account @universitygalleries.

Human create art for another human to enjoy. So an art museum like this is a culmination of enjoyable feeling you can have. Out from this facility if you really enjoyed it, you will feel recharged.

Really nice small museum. The people are really kind and nice - they encourage to make a visit to museum again. They had Tseng Kwong Chi exhibition going on and an Iranian film festival inside the building.

Don't miss this spot if you're on campus. Had the pleasure of seeing the finest Turkish/Iranian private collection. Knocked out.

It's ok. Not much to look at. Lots of liberal propaganda as well.

One of the perks of being a #collegestudent..."museum-ing" while on #campus. #CulturalCompetency is not only learned in the classroom.

Came in while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Had a fantastic afternoon in the doing. The exhibit at the time was well constructed and impactful. The space, however, was beautiful leading me to believe any exhibit would be worth visiting. I look forward to visiting again next time we're visiting and want to spend an afternoon togeteher

Hidden gem. Lovely, well curated collection of surprising quality and inclusion. Friendly, helpful staff; easy, reasonable parking ($9 before 4pm on weekdays), and just the right size to walk off lunch with a bit of culture. Bonus: it's free.

Went to the program that was titled something about the gold in the Sahara in the middle ages. Not much gold in the show. Still was fascinated by the art I never imagined could have come out of the Sahara region. This figure moved me so I 'artsyfied' my version of it in an effort to capture how it felt to me. I just know he/she was trying to speak with me. Lovely setting of the museum in general. A gem.

Small, but exquisitely crafted art museum with a rotation of a curated exhibition. A quick artistic escape to see something new and different. Seeing the entire collection sans watching the movies can be done in unde an hour.

A great way to spend time with the family. The mirror room is a must but book early because it could be a long wait. The table exhibit was pretty cool. The kids enjoyed it all. Parking is plenty but can be expensive so get your ticket validated.

Small campus art museum, and free. Just has a few rotating exhibits, but usually at least one of them is good. The current exhibit on modern work from Iran/India was excellent.

Wonderful place. Everyone seems so nice and friendly. They all welcomed me with a friendly face and a smile. The kitchen area was huge with plenty of room for eating and even to study. The view from the kitchen area was more than breath taking. Full glass windows with a view of water far beyond the eyes could see. Everywhere i have been so far was clean and nicely decorated. I was always offered assissants and helped right away when I needed it. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

It was a daunting task to be there by bus on a severe weather, but we made it. The staff was very helpful, area was cleaned and kids friendly. There were very few ppl due to weather, I inquired with security personnel and she said the exhibition is always crowded. It was a very good experience. Exhibit was all about gold, caravan and Muslim civilization later it was about some art work from France and China. Overall a good learning opportunity. Exhibit is here till 28th July and then it will move to Toronto, Canada.
