I had chick fil a in Kalamazoo, Michigan and was not impressed. In fact, I never needed to have it again. UNTIL I tried this Chick fil A!!! IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! I am now hooked!! The service was as good as the food.

or a fast food restaurant, this place is pretty good. Located in the Winston Park Plaza Mall in Melrose Park, obviously, there's loads of parking. The food is good, better than your average fast food restaurant. I have had the breakfast sandwich and the cobb salad. I prefer the cobb salad as it is filling and you get your choice of several different dressings. The employees were very nice, including the gentleman who was cleaning the tables. They were also very patient as we had a gift card and the first employee did not know how to use it, but did not get frustrated and was very cordial. There's also a nice children's play area that you can bring the little ones too and have a quiet moment outside for yourself. We both had the cobb salad and sweet tea. The salad is actually one of the better choices, although I do think that it is a little expensive for a so-called fast food restaurant. The cobb salad is 8.45 and the sweet tea is 1.79. Our total bill was 23.04 which is on the high side considering there are a lot of other healthier alternatives. They actually get a 5-star rating for service but a four-star rating for the food prices.

I'm disappointed at this CFA location. I always buy the cookie crumble yogurt parfait at all Chick Fil A's I visit and the portions are pretty consistent among all of them. I paid $5 for a cup halfway empty of yogurt. I went to one of the employees and showed them the cup and they said that's the correct portion for this location which makes no sense unless you are charging me half price lol. 2020 recommended, COVID-19 precautions taken. The best chicken nuggets I’ve tried. Real chicken, not mysterious meat. I love the salads with lemonade, the best combo! I don’t eat here very often, but when I come I use the drive they. It gets busy during lunch hours but they handle it amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone is wearing masks and practicing social distance. The staff takes your order and help you pay even before you get to the “real drive thru”. I have timed my visits and even on the longest line, I’ve been out of there in less than 10 minutes which is awesome!

Always a winner. Their milkshakes costs over $5 and are on the lower than average size but they are delicious. Personally their fries are always gross. The chicken sandwiches are basic but a known quality.

Really great customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My order was ready very quickly. The only thing i didn't like was that some of my fries weren't completely done. But because of the customer service, I would definitely go back.

Coming from out of state, this Chik Fil A was gross. They forgot my tomato in my deluxe. They forgot one whole kids meal then they also forgot the drink on ALL 4 kids meals. The garbages were overflowing with garbage. The workers there are not at all pleasant. They don’t have the usual customer service you expect and find at a usual Chik Fil A. Thumbs down for sure. My meal tasted like a 4 dollar meal instead of an 11 dollar meal. Needs better management.

I first learned of Sub Tender 25 years ago when I was a student at Concordia. I loved the food then and I still love it now! Same awesome food, fast service, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Not only do I stop by whenever I visit Concordia, I've also introduced several friends through the years to the Awesomeness that is Chick-fil-A

Had the grilled club chicken sandwich. Paid $9 for basically a slider of a chicken sandwich that didn't come close to filling me up. And it didn't taste that great either. Too many mom and pop restaurants around here to waste money and time on a fast food place like this.

I usually get a chicken sandwich with a chicken soup instead of the fries. The sandwich was good but the soup tasted spoiled. Am not the type of person to take the food because that's just how I am I'll just throw it away. Next I just won't buy.

This place is always full, but the service is quick...drive thru and inside. Staff here works very hard to meet your expectations. The chicken in its variety is very good, hats off to chick-fil-a.

I notice they've been short changing me on food. I complained about it a while back. The manager agreed, said he could visually see my point. I had ordered a large and a small and they were both the same size lol. OMG lol I've never seen nothing like it. The large was just as small as the small lol. Now they are right back at it. In some of the containers they give you, they do not give you the amount of food that you paid for. I recently bought from a different Chic-Fila and I was shocked at how much food they put in the container on the same item I always buy. They gave me so much more. This Chic-Fila in Melrose Park is a store that wants to win. I believe in winning too but win honestly. Don't short change the customers. If you keep doing it I'm going to start posting side by side pictures.

Always packed, but for a good reason. Considering the amount of business they get and that their 2 drive thru lines always extend beyond the lanes provided, they should invest in expanding their kitchen and staff so that they may be able to get more food out faster and reduce those lines.

I love Chick-fil-A in general, but the past couple of times this location’s messed up my food. I got the Deluxe and asked for no tomatoes, and they gave me tomatoes and no cheese. Then the next time I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit with cheese and eggs, got charged for it and they only gave a me the chicken and biscuit. Super annoying.
