Finally the food the Southside deserves! It’s foodie-level, instagrammable food but all the menu items are still familiar favorites (just done more creatively). This place is stellar. They have a real cook in the kitchen who knows what they are doing. I only wish the menu was a little smaller and less varied which I know sounds funny but with so many options, it can feel overwhelming. BUT everything I tried was excellent all across the board. I really hope they make it in that location. Food is amazing, especially for the area.I’ll be back often!

I've been dining in this place since they opened and its my favorite in area. Food is good quality always comes nice served and prepared. I like a variety of their menu, sometimes get you hard time to decide what to order 🤣 but its a big positive! Im a big fan of sweet potato fries and they have the best I tried so far. First time ordering here. Food has great flavor. My wife said her cali chicken was very good. My only comment (why I have 4 stars) is the size portion for the pickled veggies. For $3 I would expect more than a container meant for “extra ketchup”. Also the fries were a little too crispy for our liking (most were pretty hard, especially for the kids). But we’ll try again sometime.

Very cute and clean inside. Service was very fast and friendly. The food was EXCELLENT! We tried the pork belly tacos, kalifornia burger, and potato and cheese pierogis. And they gave us some chips and salsa. Everything was delicious and fresh, the portions were huge. Just ate two tacos and I got pretty full! We will definitely be back and will let other people know about this place.

If you ever stop by this hidden joint, please try the cheddar & bacon pierogis and the rib tips. The pierogis come with a side of Southwestern dipping sauce and they are crispy and crunchy. Just thrilling! The rib tips were super tender, the BBQ sauce was delicious, and they were super meaty as well. Well worth the price! I think I ended up paying around 20 something dollars for the rib tips (on special) and pierogis and it came with fries and a drink. This place is delicious and close and convenient and there are so many other options on the menu I can’t wait to try next time I come here!

Love that this place gives you complimentary chips and salsa, both tasted so good! I got the chicken pesto panini and it was perfect, fries were alright. Overall a good local spot !!

First time customer and I was very happy with all of our food! We got a complimentary chips and salsa with our meal which was great! I got the pulled pork sandwich without the bun which was plenty for a meal! Fries were seasoned well and the pierogis were so crisp and flavorful! I also like the healthier options to eat after a walk around Lake Katherine.

Hats off to fast food at a higher level! It is really a hidden gem and a great addition to our local choices! Ordered the strawberry champagne crunch salad with chicken and it was amazingly delicious and generously sized. Shared the cheese curds with my son and they were the biggest curds, not those empty shells of breading that leave you disappointed and wanting more from some places. You can tell that this place cares about quality and quantity! Chicken sandwich we ordered was overly ample and delicious! I would highly recommend this establishment and can’t wait to try something new from their delightfully different and well planned out menu! You can tell they care about their customers and they are offering something better than the fast food choices nearby. Thanks for opening in Palos Heights! Love this place!!!!!!!

This was our first time ordering from this place. The food was decent. Pierogies were good. Mac n cheese balls were good. The hog Cubano could have used some kind of sauce, ( didn't even taste the honey mustard) the prices were a little on the high side. One downfall was that they used doordash for delivery and were not sure what happened, but the doorsdash driver couldn't make the delivery so they switched drivers so our food was luke-warm when we got it. We wouldn't be opposed to giving them another try.

Hands down best burger in town!!! Me my wife and the kids love this place. Owner says the burgers are made fresh daily and it shows. Cheese curds are good along with the truffle fries. We try to eat here at least once week. Awesome sandwiches also. Enjoy!!

Great hole in the wall kinda place. Got the Shanghai pork belly tacos ($15 for 3) which were great, but the second time I got them they had too much pork fat which made them super chewy and hard to eat. Food is on the pricier side but it’s a great place overall. Definitely would recommend giving it a try.

So I ordered the Creamy Tomatoe Bisque soup and potatoe and Cheese Pierogi. The soup was the BEST I ever tasted. The Pierogi's were perfect and my Daughter ordered the Pork Taco and she loved them. Great food, excellent service! I highly recommend The Blind Hog in Palos Park, Il

Omg. The BEST food!! So delicious & fresh! I had the southern fried chicken sandwhich and sweet potato fries. I would have taken a picture but I ate my food so fast because it was SO GOOD. My husband had the Park Pastrami which is made with brisket and a side of fries. But not like those boring chain fries. We can’t wait to come back. 🤤

Owner Jose and his wife (amazing cook) were so personable, kind and welcoming. Their food is SO fresh and carefully prepared. Every bite was packed with seasoning and flavor. We ordered the double smash burgers, regular fries, sweet potato fries—all of it was 10/10. We also had complimentary chips & salsa—10/10–freshly fried el Milagros tortillas and house made fresh salsa. We’ll definitely be back—highly recommend this family owned joint!

The chef is a creative delight. The complimentary chips and salsa are amazing. I want jars or that salsa. The food is so wonderful and delicious but so creative. Imagine a grilled cheese with fried green tomato and kimchi... awesome. Highly recommend. The burgers are giant and cooked perfectly, the Mac is so good mixed with the salsa. I love a scratch kitchen and this one is fantastic. And the chef is so friendly and you can feel his passion. Please go and support. Very satisfied

The place was very clean as well as the restroom. The owner has such a great team, everything was PERFECT!!!! We can't wait to go back and try new things, they have such a great variety to choose from. They make a great chicken sandwich that would go perfectly with a spicy buffalo sauce 🤤 Hopefully one day I can see that option on their menu. This place is a MUST TRY !!! Up date : Can't believe the owner really listened to me and added a buffalo chicken sandwich to the menu. My family and I tried it and we love it !!! It is delicious and very fresh. The food exceeded any of our expectations, bite after bite we could not get enough. Had a slight issue finding the place due to them being newly opened and haven’t had the chance to put up their sign. We tried their pork, chicken, chips, truffle fries, sweet potatoes, cheese curds and soup. No disappointments, only thing I can recommend them is the make a spicy salsa next to the mild salsa they serve.10/10 will dine again

after eating more than half of my sandwich, i still have a full size meal remaining with complimentary chips and salsa. Truly a goated experience, meat was tender and juicey and the pickles were a great refreshing crunch to my immaculate sandwich! PLACE IS A MUST GO!!!!

It was the most amazingly fresh and tasty food. Portions were good. Flavor bombs in ours mouths! It’s a must try!
