We visited this showroom today and all seemed fine until we sat down with Pierre. We had a tile in mind and just wanted to buy as we needed a quick turnaround. Pierre made some comments about the area we live in, i assume to build some rapport with us. When I asked what he meant by his comments, it became immediately clear that he had no familiarity with our area nor with the topic to which his comment related - this made us a little uncomfortable and immediately sowed distrust in him. He asked if we would like grout that would be 'colour matched' to the tiles we'd chosen, so we said yes. He then pulled out two random grout colors that had no real resemblance to our tile. I asked why he claimed a colour match, when he really just attempted to sell us some coloured grout, and he refused to reply. Again this made us unsure of how to react and quite uncomfortable. Finally upon getting the quote, it seemed a little higher than what we had added up in our heads based on the advertised pricing. We also wanted to order there and then, so thought we'd haggle as this has been the process with every other tile provider. Pierre immediately and arrogantly told us "you're in the wrong place" and "We are a Ferrari showroom, so if you want a Ferrari, you have to pay ferrari prices". My wife was really upset by those comments, and decided to leave the store - however Pierre decided to continue shouting comments at us as we were leaving. The unprofessionalism was staggering from start to finish and I cannot believe that such a short interaction with a salesman could have had such a negative effect on our day.

It was a delight dealing with PORCELANOSA Croydon. I've ordered a couple of bathrooms for my property in central London and from my first consultation to completion Gloria was amazing. Gloria kept me updated with my order the whole time. I spent months and months researching about the best place to purchase stylish tiles and trendy bathroom features and fixtures; Porcelanosa gave me all that. I needed to be refunded at some point, and unsurprisingly, I never had to chase them up. I definitely recommend Porcelanosa Croydon, 100% PS: Gloria, my bathrooms look gorgeous, thank you.

Visited the Croydon showroom at a total loss as to where to start on my journey to shop for a new bathroom. Was met be a very helpful Ian that has guided me through my journey and taken the stress out of shopping for my dream bathroom. Couldn't be happier with the level of customer service and expertise.

Kate and Pierre have been incredibly helpful to guide us in selecting our tiles and bathroom design, going above and beyond to help us with our two bathrooms! Fantastic quality products and very helpful service recognising we can’t buy everything.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Delays upon delays for a kitchen originally ordered end of July only to be delivered mid December. The kitchen designer, installation team and everybody associated with this company are totally inept at their roles. I urge all that read this to seriously think before commissioning this organisation to fulfil your requirement. I've spent over 24k on a kitchen for which most of the appliances I ended up sourcing myself because they were unable to so. When monies were owed, (over 4k) I had to chase them almost daily for my refund. As of todays date 17/12/21, I have half a kitchen installed and am waiting for the installer to arrive (its now 10:31 am). Please be aware, do not be fooled by the glossy showrooms and brochures. You WILL be left very disappointed and wishing you spent your hard earned money elsewhere. If there were a way of giving zero stars, I would of gladly done so.

In October we visited Porcelanosa Croydon. On entering the shop we were required to log in to their car parking system with our car registration number - which we did. Two weeks later we received a parking enforcement notice for £100 ! . We immediately phoned the shop to complain and spoke to the manager. She immediately cancelled the notice without argument -all sorted within. 20 minutes. That's the way to deal with legitimate complaints and give great customer servlce

Kate at Croydon was absolutely wonderful. She helped answer my questions about what the right tile is for my bathroom even though my requirements were pretty vague. I would thoroughly recommend this branch and Kate in particular.

Really happy with the outstanding service provided as we remodeled our bathroom. Everything was thoroughly explained including return policy (which was very flexible) and sales rep worked very helpfully with us as the design evolved during construction. Beautiful showroom with exceptional customer service. We walked into Porcelanosa for the first time a month ago to get inspiration and advice for a new bathroom. When you walk in, you are politely greeted with absolutely zero pressure. The staff all smile and allow you to just browse in peace and take things in at your own pace. But the highlight of our visit was meeting the wonderful Thea! She's just phenomenal. You instantly warm to her and has a breath of knowledge. Thea listens, she took in all our thoughts and crazy ideas and then suggested a number of options including a redesign of the bathroom layout itself which honestly makes sense. She even took time out to draw the new layout and emailed her stretch over. Honestly Thea and the team know what they are talking about and are just super friendly. If you local to the Croydon area and are planning a renovation, pop in and would highly recommend asking for Thea. If I could give this review and her more then 5 stars I really would. Fantastic service from Kate at the Croydon branch. Kate helped us so much with designing the look of two bathrooms we are renovating at the same time. Offering her honest advice with what would/wouldn’t work and always with a smile and patience with my 101 questions! Delivery was smooth too. DO NOT deal with Ian. He Seemed like such a great salesman when I was buying the tiles. But He Totally messed our order up and couldn’t find our payment on the system although I had the bank statements. Our items also weren’t delivered when he said they would be and we had a tiler waiting on site with no work .(he hadn’t arranged delivery at all!!) Absolute disgrace. Thanks to Pierre who we now deal with it’s all been sorted. A whole waste of a day trying to fix the issue Ian caused. I genuinely felt awful for his colleagues having to fix the problem

Amazing service, Kate was really helpful I can’t thank her enough and recommend her. I wasn’t sure what tiles I was looking for, for my kitchen and bathroom. Her knowledge and experience of what they had and what would go was really helpful.

We met a young assistant called Taylor/Tailor? who was so helpful - knew her stuff and knew the stock. Thanks to her we've now started to arrange a very large order and all credit to her. The Croydon showroom doesn't have everything in stock - but it took just a few days to have samples of tiles not in stock to be sent to us.

My dealings with Kate Message at Porcelanosa has been nothing short of excellence from first meeting her and then dealing with post sale matters. Buying new bathrooms can be challenging, my wife and I find it hard to make choices and decisions. However, with Kate’s guidance with total product knowledge and professionalism made the process surprisingly enjoyable. There was no pressure selling from the outset and felt Kate just wanted to do a great job for us which she has done. I ordered 2 bathrooms from Porcelanosa Croydon. The process of getting the items delivered was not without issues; the wrong sized wash basin was ordered (which Procelanosa agreed to take back, despite this item being 'non returnable'), there was a delay with the shower screen and for 1 of the bathrooms, extra tiles had to be ordered. The showroom consultant I dealt with (Thea) was AMAZING. She replied to my emails and phone calls promptly, though most of the time, she kept me informed without me having to chase. She managed to track down additional floor tiles when there appeared to be none available and once everything was finished, emailed to make sure everything was OK and as it should be. Excellent customer service from her and I am delighted with my beautiful bathrooms!

Kate was approachable, friendly, amusing and real a pleasure to work with on our recent 2 bathroom & 1 cloakroom refurbishment project. She knows the tile product range extremely well & can offer excellent advice & guidance when choosing tiles to help achieve some really attractive outcomes. We did encounter a delivery problem at one point during the refurb and she dealt with the issue quickly & efficiently ensuring a speedy resolution on our behalf. Kate is, without doubt, a great asset to the Porcelanosa brand.

Great place if you are looking for a bathroom or kitchen that is high quality and done with good taste. The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly gives honest advice. On our second visit we were looking around and somewhat confused, but Kate got talking to us. She was awesome with some great ideas about our bathroom. Not only was she was very pleasant to speak with she helped us think through what we really wanted. Highly recommend the place.

All good unless anything goes wrong. We were very impressed by the show room and the staff (Kate in particular) but when the toilet was installed it turned out have a defect. (see picture). I dropped them a line and 'aftersales service' have point blank said it's not their problem because we didn't find the problem before it was installed. How on earth would anyone do that?

Orribile customer service. I ordered all the bathroom furniture plus floor tiles in May and I thought was a good and efficient company, but it wasn’t. I wait for 5 months before they delivery all the stuff. I spent so many days to call them and to check when I will receive the order, and I had to press them. I guess this should be part of their job to take care of the customers as I spent a lot of money as well. At the end The manager offered me a compensation for the delayed delivery and she suggested me to wait for it till I received all the furniture to check everything was good. I decided to follow her suggestion. I received the order at the end of august, two items were missing and I had to start to complain with them again, to send them thousand of email and call. I am still waiting for the money and for a solution for the items missing. I will not order anymore through them and I will be their obsession till they will sort it out everything. I already sent you a lot of e mail. So If you would like to investigate you could reply to them!

Unbelievably good service and styling tips from Ian, who went above and beyond. He really made buying a bathroom and tiles a pleasure. His outstanding help made ut so easy for me to plan by bathroom and I was amazed how I could add under-floor heating for extra luxury-and drier floors! My floor and wall tiles look amazing, and I'm so glad I went with his suggestion of chrome trim; and the rainfall shower is wonderful. Ian is so good they should clone him! Top notch service from start to finish. Wish I could give 6 stars.
