This planet fitness rocks! Most machines are newer and all work as they should. Plenty of room. Extra weights available as well as balancing boards. Water bottle filter machine. Friendly staff. Clean locker rooms. A+

Great place to work out! Really good size gym, and very clean. I'm a truck driver so I stop at gym around the USA and this one was great, only problem was parking with a semi truck got kicked out even though I explain I only intended to use the gym and leave. This might just be a Mall thing and nothing to do with planet fitness but if they can reach out to let us park that would be great! Either way I parked at Walmart and walked over, good workout and great showers!!

Far too much cardio equipment that goes unused and takes up space that should be filled with weightlifting equipment. What weights there are are machines, instead of free weights, and the heaviest dumbbells (there are not bench press benches where you can use a bar other than on Smith machines) you can find are 75 pounds. Not a bad place for casual lifters and folks trying to get in decent shape, but not a place for real athletes looking to be in match shape.

Great experience. In town for a week to visit family. Too hot to run outside (plus snakes) so I asked if PF had a temp membership so I could get my runs in. They told me if I signed up for a free workout online I'd get 24 hours free then I could purchase 1 week for $25. I did exactly that! Free day, no issues, and took all of 5 minutes when I went in to get squared away. When I added the week for $25 to use, it took maybe 5 minutes as well AND the gal at the front desk told me if I wanted to use any of the black card perks (except for tanning) I just needed to ask while I was there this week. Great, clean facility. TONS of machines, plenty for everyone. Every body type, truly judgement free zone, and allowed me to keep my daily run schedule while travelling. Highly recommend!

I went in today to cancel my membership and was informed I would be billed for another month because I didn't cancel on the 10th. It makes no sense to have to cancel 7 days before the payment is due without being refunded for 7 days. If it didn't take you 7 days to withdraw the first payment then it shouldn't take u that long to stop payment. On your first payment you pay up to the 17th of the month so PF gets every dime. But when it comes to the customer it doesn't matter about losing money. This gym is always crowded and in the summer it's impossible to workout in peace due to the free teen gym pass. If I wanted to workout with high school students I would go to the Rec which is a lot cheaper

If you ride a motorcycle make sure you have a small head, your helmet will not fit in the lockers and when you ask to leave it up front you will be spoken to rudely by the staff about how there is nothing they can do to help you. I almost canceled my 2 year membership due to the way I was spoken to. But I will just go to the one I usually attend. I will never go back to the one in temple ever again

Black card members we're being cheated in Temple!!!! After going to other locations we now know what we are paying to miss out on. Temple needs to up their game because we pay the same price as the nice places, seriously drive to Killeen it's worth it!!! Billings, Montana, Planet Fitness paradise see where I'm going here. You should be ashamed of yourself charging the same price as the nice planet fitness.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The App needs an upgrade. Not all of the machines are listed for tracking your workout.

Since Covid this place has very weird hours. Closes at 9pm on Sundays. 10pm weekdays. As a person with a very busy schedule it’s hard to pay $40 a month. Facility is always clean and staff is great. Make this place 24 hours again.

I'm an amputee. I was hoping they'd have a cable cross station but they don't. It was empty which I like especially because I'm newly cut. The AC runs to cold, it was hard to build up a sweat. The carabiners were not correct. They were tiny. I know this because before my diagnosis and for most of my adult life, I've worked for gyms across the country. The dumbell section is small with not a lot of seating. Other than that it's okay.

Really a judge free environment! Staff always polite! Never felt better going to a gym just wearing what I want. No fashion show gym. You don’t have to be skinny, muscular, or wear Skims! Just show up and workout! Peace y’all!

Very clean, later mornings are a great time to go. Music not appropriate for the older people there, myself included. Girls were very nice and helpful, but the guy working not so much.

They have the WORST hours possible for a Planet Fitness. I'm going to Crunch. The staff is cool, but paying for a gym that closes at 7pm on the weekend? What a joke.

I enjoy the gym because of the various exercise machines, and you can space out if you like. I like the bright colors and it's well lite. Also, I like the hours that PF is open.

Wish I had joined earlier, great people, good, well maintained equipment, and a added bonus is my blood sugar has come down, and I've made new friends.

Clean, nice, and friendly staff. Just wish they would of told me ten minutes was too long when I asked if there was anything I should know for my first time in a tanning bed lol.

I am an OTR driver. ZERO parking chance for truck or withTrailer here. I know planet fitness don't have jurisdiction over the parking lot, but I am sure they could have done a limited time agreement like other Planet fitness do. We have business here just like everyone else. Sad part, we only allowed if we here to deliver?🤦‍♂️We are not asking for an overnight just a few hours.. i just dont understand. But I hope this Planet Fitness will stand up for their members like other locations🤝 other than that great location

Staff are always welcoming. The gym, wall to wall is always clean. It’s my home away from home.

Lrage, clean, well maintained gym. Feels safe and welcoming. My only complaint is that the 30 minute circuit needs better signage/monitoring. I would 99% of people that use the machines just wander in and do whatever. They are then <surprised Pikachu face> when you ask them to move. It's sort of infuriating.

Place is very clean, many pieces of equipment to work out on, people of all ages and built work out there, very friendly staff that are very helpful, Great place,

Very nice gym, however every time I go with my significant other the music is either sorrow and not much variety. More upbeat music with maybe some hip hop(workout) music selection would be nice for a fitness facility.

Nice big gym! Plenty of space and machines to get a nice well rounded workout! Love the stretching areas. The tanning beds, lounge massager, and hydro massager are a nice touch. A nice amount of free weights and benches. The ladies locker room was nice and clean! My husband has a memebership and I visited with him. It was super nice. Can't wait to return!

I love everything about the place from the friendly staff, extensive hours of operation, Black card benefits and cleanliness.

There is a large variety of well maintained equipment to choose from and the cleaning stations are conveniently placed

Awesome place to just get a good workout without being judged or harassed.

Regular gym not bad the only bad thing about this place is that 18 wheelers not allowed in the big space of parking lot, been running all over the country and never have any issue about except for today in my 3hrs of work out at least I got a warning for parking in the big parking lot for sure not coming here again

Planet Fitness, Temple, Tx. Manager, (Missy) & her Staff are very friendly. Always greeted with a smile & friendly spirit. They constantly cleaning Machines & floors & windows. Great welcoming environment. I believe it’s all because of Missy’s leadership. I give it a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating.
