Rooms are nasty, small Roach infested.. Nothing but drug dealers, shooting, fighting, and violence, and the manager just stands there and watches. He can't control the property.. The rooms are burning up,cause he only cuts the air on at night. They charge $50- $60 dollars for these rooms and it's ridiculous, can't believe DeKalb County allows this mess this close to their precinct!!!

Booked through Priceline. I called the phone number on my reservation to ask what their refundable deposit was, as the price was not listed but it was mentioned, and to see if we could check in earlier than 4pm. The phone number called OYO booking, and they said Priceline didn’t mean to put their phone number down, and OYO booking could not provide me the phone number of this OYO hotel’s front desk. Simple question. I posed the hypothetical on if I booked through the guy on the phone right now at OYO booking, could he provide me the phone number of the front desk? He asked me why I would need the phone number at all if I’m simply making a reservation, and that he wouldn’t be able to find it anyway because he’s just a third party. OYO bookings is not related to this OYO hotel? Riddle me that? There is no way to talk to a person who works here. Though I booked through Priceline, OYO charged my card when I made that phone call (not Priceline), and when I cancelled my reservation they refunded it. Confused on who’s running the show here but I don’t trust it and the reviews should all speak for themselves.

A bunch of addicts walking around. BUT once they realized we were there for work they made sure we didn’t get a noisy room and replaced our chairs with some better ones. Seem like very nice people but they should def clean out and watch who they let rent rooms. But where the location is it doesn’t surprise anyone❤️

Stay inside this hotel after 8pm - just outside are the locals, more than happy to sell you anything you need. I even had a guy in a wheelchair start some stuff with me because I didn't want anything he was selling. This is a bad area of East Atlanta, I would suggest going south or west of this place. $60 for a night, okay room, but the outside elements will creep you out if you have to go to the store and walk.

I love the convenience of having everything around the hotel that you could possibly need. It has been cleaned up very nicely and it's much more quieter than before. They placed new AC units inside the rooms and towels and sheets are available around the clock! The Lady at the window is so sweet and beautiful inside and out. They will work with you depending on your circumstances. Very chill relaxed place for me.

The lady that does house keeping she's pretty Kool but the rooms don't have a refrigerator or a microwave is not worth no $75 a night. Please don't spend your money on a dump like that. Crimes high and the rooms is high. Don't waist your time.
