Are you guys still charging for 24/7 access but close early a couple days a week??? If so remove the 24/7 sign and charge less than other locations.

Last week my wife and I signed up for the black card. We are extremely happy with this location. We aren’t ecstatic tho … They currently and for the past couple months haven’t had a Trainer available for members. I hope this changes very soon. The location is calm, clean… The employees are very nice and attentive to their duties and members. Would be 5 stars if I wasn’t paying for something I’m not getting at the moment.

Got a membership but didn't get a tour so now i dont know where anything is or what to do. All I've been doing is just walking and using some random machine. Wanted to use the massage chairs since i have the black card but cand find it

Great staff, super clean not too busy. Love the black card bc it's cheap for the month but also allows you to bring one person every time u go, unlimited tanning, comfy massage chairs and hydro beds. These are all the things you get on the black card. You also can get free fitness training on certain days and times of course.

Finally a large fitness center in Belvidere. Goodbye "naked old men" at the YMCA and "have to wait your turn" Anytime fitness. Large enough locker room with nice private showers. Although it can get packed there is still plenty of room and machines to use. Don't come here if you are into heavy weight lifting, grunting, and weight slamming it will not be for you. Now all Belvidere needs in a nice brewery and I won't have to go to Rockford!

This place is always super clean !! I love coming here every morning !!🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️💯👌🏽

The Planet Fitness in Belvidere, just opened. It is awesome. The place is amazing. So much happening. The fitness instructors are great, especially Nick. He was excellent showing us around, explaining everything to us, and bery personable. Going to love working out here

The personal trainer (Lewis) is AMAZING. He's helped me reach so many goals I never knew I had! At this point, he is the only reason I go to the gym regularly and really makes the membership worth keeping. Without him, I probably would've canceled my membership from lack of use/motivation.

It's very clean with lots of machines and equipment. Staff is great. Although I don't see a trainer available often. It's a great price for what the gym offers with the tanning and massages. Just wish the kids that I do see go there wouldn't stand around just talking in their cliques. They should go there to workout like the rest of us. Other than that I'm pretty happy with my membership.

Clean, most equipment is available or your able to jump on it soon. Most ppl are good at not keeping the equipment hostage.

This PF is always clean, and the staff are always friendly.I go early in the mornings, and they are never busy. I get to workout exactly the way I want to.

Definitely the cleanest and friendliest staff in the area. I love that they publish their training schedule through the app to help motivate me on those days I just want to workout without thinking about it. 😉 Lewis is a pro! Very knowledgeable trainer and love his positive attitude!

We love Planet Fitness. The facility is amazing. It is the cleanest gym I ever worked out in. There is such a great variety in equipment and I don't think I've ever seen a non-working piece of equipment there. The hours are great and the staff is friendly. And last but of course not least, the price is super affordable.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The trainer is great. I wish I could take his classes more often, but my hours have changed. I feel safe working out here.

Inexpensive. Easy to sign up. Friendly staff. Not too crowded. Clean. Good equipment. Wish there was a sauna and another pull up, leglift, dip thing though. It's the only thing for all those workouts so it's often occupied.

Great facility, very clean, friendly staff, equipment works well. You get a lot of perks for 25 dollars a month. I would recommend this gym if you're looking to find a place to work out.

This is by far the best Planet Fitness in Georgia. The managers are kind. They staff is amazing and friendly. The building is clean and they even remembered my name when I come and go.

I love the tanning and massage beds but I feel like the tanning beds aren't as strong as tanning salons. I think they do a great job though and for the money you can't beat it. The staff is super friendly. I think it was worth the wait.

Planet fitness is a great place always so tidy and clean, The employees are always cleaning checking the cleaning stations have all the supplies for the members, always very knowledgeable and polite respectful and proffessional, I highly recommend it, the relaxing room is very clean, all members must walk in with a mask and follow all protocols. Very nice club. Much nicer than the $123 I pay a month for my sons tennis club. $23 a month and tanning and massage is included at Planet Fitness! That's a no brainer. Always clean. The only thing I don't like is the tanning and massage check in. You check in on the computer but then you have to ask the staff what room?

Great facility for all fitness levels Great price as well. I personally like more free weights but this can still get the job done.

Excellent gym and staff!

This particular location is my favorite. The staff is so nice and welcoming. They maintain the gym very well, and they keep everything super clean. This is hands down the cleanest gym that I have ever been to. They always greet me with a smile and a hello. They even made it a point to know me by a first name basis. They are knowledgeable, and this is a gym that everyone of all fitness levels can go to. It's welcoming and they have everything that you need and actually have more than most gyms plus you absolutely cannot beat their prices. I will not be going elsewhere for a gym. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND planet fitness, but i specifically highly recommended this particular location.

I’m a big fan. I was so excited when i found out Planet Fitness was coming to our town. Well they’ve been here a few months and my excitement isn’t any less. I love the place and go almost every day. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is enough equipment that you don’t ever have to wait. And the price is so affordable almost anyone can afford to go.

Pretty annoyed at coronavirus and their changes. Been trying to drive out to belvidere as rockfords are only open to 9pm and belvidere 24 7 i was told and confirmed on the phone. Then today i find out fridays its 10pm then weekends for both towns is like 7pm. What in the actual h*ll?!? Can we please just push it to midnight like everyday at least? Also its easier to clean and theres less people in there to contaminate the place or worry about when you go at night. And some of us dont have other times to go. Lastly, the mask thing is a joke. Lets just sign a waiver instead. I mean you wear and take off constantly. Whats the point of it? Youre working out with heavy breathing and sweat. This is the one place, (if it will stay open) that you shouldnt need it imo. Otherwise its a decent location.
