Very friendly, clean, quiet room. Not fancy, but comfortable and with everything you need for a good night’s sleep and good accommodations. I stayed for business and it was perfect. Will definitely stay again!! Parking was good. Starbucks right next door.

One of the best Super 8 we've stayed in a long time. It has been very well cared for. It was very clean, even the hallways. Breakfast was great

This is a well-run budget motel, with friendly staff and no glaring issues. The continental breakfast was good and well-stocked. It is within walking distance from Applebee's.

The rooms are clean yes, but air didn't work and when I called the front desk and the young lady answered and came down quickly. Although was very rude, after she left and called to tell me she wouldn't move us unless we paid for two rooms as I started to talk she told me um stop talking until I finish. I was astounded to say the very least, today when this other woman came on she is moving us free of charge. Some people just shouldn't work with other individuals because they don't know how to act or talk to an individual and this is in customer service I'm relating to. And it was blowing yes but cold , No. And that is why the nice lady the next day moved us to a room that is very much working. To be quite frank it's so cold we actually turn it off, unlike the other room that you would work up a sweat doing nothing. Again some shouldn't be in the customer service because they don't know how to act let alone treat a paying customer and as she said to me to keep my mouth shut maybe she needs to keep her mouth shut. And I asked you when I asked to be moved I told that we was staying additional days but not because of you because of Tracy's willingness to help us be comfortable.

Was put in a room were at 5:30 in the morning it was like a earthquake. Constant slamming and rattling of people going out the front door. I'm sure we were charged the same price as other rooms. That room should be used for storage or something else. How rude to put people in that room knowing that. Will not go here again.

If you're staying here for a night you can't beat it for the price. However, my boyfriend and I stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and there were a few things that became inconvenient over time. We were in a room in an site 2 parking lots away from the main building. Breakfast, ice, vending, etc. are all in the main building. There was a door to get into the side of this building (which would be the closest to our building) but the lock that should have accepted our pass key was broken. That resulted in us walking around to the front of the building to get to the breakfast lounge which is practically right by the broken side door lol. These seem quite minor as far as inconveniences go, I'm just speaking from a place of limited mobility. We didn't think to ask whether or not the hotel is all one big unit when reserving the room, but we weren't asked if we needed to be closer to amenities either. I don't want to come down too hard on them for this, it's a common thing that gets overlooked. I'm not upset, and I will most likely stay here again in the future because we were otherwise quite pleased. I would merely suggest having your concierges start asking whether or not guests have mobility issues.

Rooms were pretty dirty. Bath room sink had hair all over like it hadn’t been cleaned from someone shaving. Hair in the tub. Carpet was really dirty. Bed was ok. The area was a little sketchy. People standing outside of the hotel all night.

My room wasn't completely cleaned before arriving, and in my bathroom, there was still hair in the bathtub. Rooms are kind of cramped.

Decent value. Hot breakfast. Quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Could use more cleaning and maintenance

Super 8 in Bemidji has always been accommodating, clean, comfortable, odor free rooms, ample free parking, attractive entrance with flowers, the front desk staff are very efficient, this site has everything I need, I have stayed here many times and always been satisfied. They do a good work. Thank you.

The staff were amazing! Very accommodating for our large group and bus parking!!! Breakfast was decent and better than just about any other Super 8. This one is a real gem!

From the time I walked in the doors, I was greeted & welcomed. It was the best Super 8 we have ever stayed in. It was clean, quiet and well maintained. To top it off, I had left a bag in the room and didn’t realize until 4 hours later. I called the front desk and they were happy to send my bag to me. Two business days later, USPS delivered the package. Thank you to your staff for your efficient staff, front desk, cleaning, maintenance and welcoming your guests. I wish all Super 8’s would follow your example of service to travelers. Thank you again.

Compared to other hotels of similar value, this Super8 hotel gets 5 stars. I've stayed at this location more than 2 dozen times. The atmosphere boasts beautiful, rustic, and local furnishings. Employees are welcoming and always willing to help. Breakfast bar serves fresh waffles and delicious biscuits/gravy. Even late into the evening, you'll find hot coffee up front. The manager, Dave, is always present to make sure the hotel stays clean, and guests feel welcome. They were very accommodating to my early check-ins/late check-outs as I work odd hours.

I wish we couldn't hear the road from our bed.. the fireplace was great. The hot tub in our room was relaxing. Needs bigger tv.

Everything has been outstanding. Room. Is great. Continental breakfast, ect.

Usually stay away from Super 8 Hotels but this one had good reviews. Neat clean, lots of parking, Nice breakfast area for a Super 8.
