There getting better but theres alot of things they could work on including there cooks I don't think I'd want someone smoking around my food including not washing there hands. its honestly pretty nasty. The table are very wobbly and most of them are barely clean the best thing at perkins is there bakery and the pies are all made it the back end of the store by one women. But while I sit here waiting for my food half of the waiters just stand there watching you it's just a little creepy 😬

I would give more stars, but unfortunately, due to staffing issues, orders were backed up extensively. After 45 minutes waiting, we canceled our order and had muffins. They were great! They had the only cook leave during the busy time, and the staff did the best they could to make the orders. Hats off to them. They were very accommodating. I will go back, hopefully they have the answer to staffing everyone is looking for.

My wife and I went to restaurant. There was no one at door or a sign saying wait to be seated so we went in and seated ourselves. Next thing a young guy came to our table and basically scolded us for seating ourselves then walked away after dropping 2 menus. We waited about 10 to 15 minutes more and no one ever came to our table. Worst conduct and service we have encountered. Tired of hearing lack of staff, people over worked. Let's smarten up and either close the place or getting it running the way your chain used to. We walked out and walked by 2 employees and no one spoke. TERRIBLE...

They weren't very professional and they were rude to my 4 kids that I took and my newborn baby. I will not be coming back again. This is a disgusting place to eat. One of my kids couldn't eat his eggs because it was the shell in the eggs how disgusting to do that to a 2 year old

Wait staff has to remember to check on their customers more than once during the whole time that customer is there and with the new cook they just recently got he needs to learn to fully cook items. The bacon was soggy and not really crispy the hash browns were a tiny bit browned mainly white in color and tasted like they were not cooked and when a sandwich is to be made with rye bread he should use rye bread and nut marble rye bread.

Worst service I've ever experienced at any restaurant. It took forever to get our order taken and then another hour and a half to get our food. Once the food arrived, it came in increments. The fries didn't show up until I finished my burger, and they were soaked in grease. I recommend never eating here.

I don't ever leave reviews in general but my goodness, if I could leave negative stars I would. We walked in got seated pretty quickly. We ordered and it took over 45 minutes to get our food and there was only two other tables. I don't like to bash businesses but the food was terrible and expensive and the service was poor. You could literally taste the dirty grill. I was going to just walk out without paying but my wife insisted otherwise. It was our anniversary and we have history there. The place was a mess and nobody was working. Idk what happened to this chain. Pretty sad. I'll go back for coffee but that's it.

The food was delicious and our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a nice meal with our son while on vacation. It was a wonderful day!

Went for a late meal (breakfast) as it was late when we got into town. The waitress seemed distracted and just not on top of things. I ordered the cubed breakfast potatoes and got shredded hashbrowns, which I do not care for at all. I pointed it out and she said she'd get those but never did. I didn't feel like asking for them again. Even when she came to check on us, it didn't occur to her. My husband ordered bacon and got breakfast sausage. He is fine with either so just decided to eat what he got. Don't think it would have done any good to ask for bacon since I didn't get my order corrected. Ended up leaving my plate of hashbrowns. The price you pay for 2 meals, you expect to get what you order, especially after pointing it out.

The wait staff here is great, and then there's the manager 👎after lockdown the manager put up these really degrading signs about how "people don't want to work anymore" blah blah. In full view of her staff and the signs pretty much told the patrons that they don't pay their staff anything. It USED to be our favorite place to eat breakfast.

The wait time is a while, but the food is really good otherwise. My family loves going here for dinner and we have for years. There was only one time that the food wasnt very good, but the other hundreds of times its been amazing.

My order was unknown though it was entered and paid for the Previous day!! When I finally received my pies... they were 'old' tasting. The crust is nasty and old tasting. Very very disappointed! Never going back and letting all know your store has Sub Par food. Over $31 without tip ☹️

Good food. Waited a little longer on the food. Wonderful staff. Elise was extremely polite and fun to conversate with. My nephew had a salad my wife had the chicken strips so did my son and i had this amazing chicken tortilla skillet.

Food took a while to come out. It was really good though. Service wasn't very good she only checked on us once the whole almost hour we were there. Had to ask a random server for a box.

This was a terrible place to eat over July 4th. The turkey dinner I ate was awful. The turkey was dried out and tasted old. The order was not complete. My friend ordered a chicken fried steak with sides and got a chicken fried steak on the plate plain. It was an awful meal. The restaurant was very warm.

I have always loved Perkins but many of the restaurants are kinda looking run down, floors are a bit dirty as most are still carpeted. Ewww! But love the food. Wait staff I'd usually very nice.

The last two times we have been the service has been incredibly incredibly slow. We decided it’s been a year let’s go one more time, give it a shot. Well we were pleasantly surprised to have gotten seated and ordered and drinks delivered quickly. However, the food you get for the price your pay was outrageous. Perkins used to serve their pancakes on these big round plates and the pancakes were the size of the plate. Today I ordered the short stack and they were massively smaller than they used to be. I paid almost $9 for this tiny small oval plate with 3 tiny pancakes. I know inflation has been hard on us all but this was just nuts compared to what they used to serve. I had also ordered a side of breakfast potatoes but they put them right in top of the pancakes and the plate was so tiny I couldn’t even cut my food without them falling off. Lastly, an employee was waiting for my daughter to wash her hands (syrupy from pancakes as you can imagine) and he was waiting outside the room making rude comments and tapping is foot about us using the restroom while he was trying to clean it. Our waitress was nice but the experience was awful. Officially the last time we ever go to Perkins.

My little family always eats vary well here, vary enjoyable everytime whether it's breakfast ,lunch or dinner 🍽 😋 great workers also..

Got a steak tip skillet, was awful, the gravy was like tar and the rest was burned......they took it off my bill...asked if i wanted something else. but everyone was done eating so I said no way!

We waited for 1 hour to get food. Maybe three tables one of the tables only ordered pie. Asked one of the servers where our food was and why it was taking so long? Waited for a while and no one even came out to tell us how long it would be. We walked out went to KFC

Service could have been better. The host who seated me had an entire dining room of choices and stuck me at the first table closest to the door. Another couple was seated after me, close to me, and they had a waitress and drinks before I even saw my waiter. I was about to get up and leave when a waiter finally came by. There are a lot of restaurant options in the area.

The wait time was a little longer than expected but overall it was great. The waiter we had was extremely nice and patient with my family.

Long wait, inattentive staff, drinks never refilled, food made wrong... multiple times. Read the reviews...This is not a one time issue, it goes back months. I did feel bad because there were staff that was obviously upset with what was happening. I'm tired of everyone saying the lack of customer service is a lack of staff. This place was staffed. They had no training or direction. Shame on the owner for allowing it to run like this and not address the issues.

Tried having a nice family dinner, it took them an hour to bring our food. There was 4 of us. My food had somebody's hair in it, and when i asked for the side of brown gravy I ordered, it came all wierd (im sure someone spit on it) i understand being short staffed, but this was straight up just awful service. Wouldn't recommend.

Typical Perkins food, cold tasteless and boring. Service was mediocre had to ask for silverware and napkins. Coffee was lighter than my grandmas coffee. Stay away. And if the food and service is of your highest standards. Then fire your ceo and everybody underneath him. Quality food is what you should be serving with quality service.

Wish we would have chose another spot for dinner. Both our burgers had the lettuce and tomato frozen solid on top of the burger. Fries were a mix of straight cut, the odd krinkle cut and a hash brown here and there. We told our server about the issue, she was a nice kid, and we did hear her telling the manager, but that was the end of it! No offer of a discount, or take the drinks off the bill, not even an apology. Didn’t see or hear from the manager. Remember when a place used to do something if there was an issue?? I didn’t even bother mentioning the hair I pulled out from my fries, we used to love Perkins but we’re done. Over $40 for a poor meal. Follow up: **reached out as per their request below and I did get a reply from customer service who was very apologetic for the experience and has offered to try and make it right which is much appreciated!

Food was cold. Didnt get silverware until well AFTER food was brought out. Asked for refills and napkins several times without receiving. 2 seperate orders of pancakes and NO syrup was brought out. Asked for syrup that took another 5 minutes. Ordered 2nd order of mac and cheese, 20 minutes later we just left. They gave us 10 percent discount.... BAD customer service. I have went to Perkins several times a year for years, I will not be returning anytime soon.

Terrible food & service! I generally only post good reviews but this was beyond unbelievable & would NOT recommend!!! Only 5 tables full in restaurant, 2 already had there food, there appeared to be three servers a person behind the counter and a busser. It took 45 minutes for three of us to get our food! My husband's turkey dinner was cold with about a tablespoon of gravy on it and missing the stuffing, the asparagus was non existent looked like grass clippings, my daughter and I got French toast that was ice cold the butter Iwould not even melt! My husband sent his plate back at the same time we asked for boxes told her the food was cold and not edible. She sent the busser out with a new plate and boxes we never saw our server again!!?! AGAIN TERRIBLE! The only reason this gets one star is because it would not let me post without it

My wife and I stopped here last Sunday for a quick bite before continuing our road trip. I really wanted some breakfast food so I ordered an omelet. There were no other customers waiting for food and it took 45 minutes for our food to come out. And everything was cold except for the potatoes. The only reason this is two stars instead of one is because the waitress was nice.
