I
sent
the
following
message
to
the
hotel
manager
after
a
recent
stay
and
got
no
response.
I
will
not
stay
again
based
on
a
few
issues.
No
working
phone
in
the
room.
No
hair
dryer
in
the
room.
No
breakfast.
Deficient
customer
service.
False
advertising.
When
I
went
to
the
desk
in
the
morning
to
ask
about
the
hairdryer
and
breakfast,
your
desk
attendant
was
sitting
in
a
back
room
with
a
placard
out
on
the
desk
stating
they
were
helping
a
guest
(they
were
not).
If
they
are
not
going
to
sit
at
the
desk
I
suggest
you
get
a
bell
for
summoning.
I
was
told
that
the
hair
dryers
are
just
in
cloth
bags
and
people
steal
them
and
so
some
rooms
had
them
and
some
did
not.
I
asked
if
she
had
one
at
the
desk
that
could
be
brought
to
the
room.
She
said
she
did
not
and
made
no
offer
to
check
an
unoccupied
room
to
find
one
for
me.
There
is
a
sign
clearly
stating
at
the
desk
that
there
is
hot
breakfast
7-10am
(this
is
also
on
your
website).
When
I
asked
about
breakfast
(6:50am
and
nothing
looking
like
it
was
being
set
up)
I
was
told
that
there
was
no
breakfast.
When
I
said
that
she
should
take
down
the
sign
that
announced
breakfast,
she
told
me
that
sometimes
you
do
have
breakfast,
but
not
today
(
and
no
reason
given).
Based
on
these
experiences
I
conclude
that
your
employees
do
not
value
customer
service
and
I
was
the
victim
of
some
false
advertising
as
you
did
not
provide
amenities
that
you
have
listed
on
your
website.
