Worst hotel I have ever been to. The cops where there 3 times and people are constantly fighting. There was hair everywhere Homeless people sleep in the stairwell. The pool wasn’t working and we got no discount. The breakfast was small and the milk has chunks in it The stairs and Elevator stink bad (mostly the elevator) so bring a gas mask if you are going. If there was a zero star rating I would click it.😞

TV Didn't work properly and lost the volume, reported it. Nothing was done. The ladies that work the front have the personality of a rock especially Simone. She was rude and I don't think they like their jobs not freidnly at all, also there was a dog barking all the time, in room. again nothing done. There are other hotels in the area and for the price I paid this was a total rip off. The breakfast was a huge disappointment also. Thanks but no thanks

beds were very comfy, the breakfast was scuffed. The lady making the breakfast had a attitude because I asked about the orange juice. breakfast blows. and the road leading to the hotel was basically pot holes with dirt

If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would. Stayed here two weeks ago and it was a horrible experience but I toughed it out. In the two weeks since I've checked out they have fraudulently charged my card over $700! Every time I call and they say they will fix it they charge AGAIN. I called again tonight after I saw a new charge and the night worker laughed and said to call back in the morning. I have now filled a police report, a bbb report, and had to close all my accounts and reopen new ones to keep these people from stealing my money. PLEASE. Hold this hotel accountable and take your hard earned money elsewhere. The place is filthy. The pool is disgustingly unusable and I really try not to pass judgment but it seemed almost everyone who worked here was actively on drugs. Slurring their speech, falling asleep standing up, unable to track a thought, give or retain information.

They were really busy. However, they lost my reservation but did honor the price. Yet as I stood there while they took care of it, several people came up saying the handles came off the doors. Another person came to see if there an available room and was told their cleaners couldn't keep up from the night before. They had the rooms but they weren't clean so they didn't have space. Not a great impression all around

You can tell the owners no longer care about this hotel. Basic upkeep just hasn't been done. Front door of the hotel didn't fully open. When you can't even be bothered to paint behind the toilet, you know it's just lazy owners. Bathroom was dirty ( toilet hadnt been cleaned from previous guest), carpet was sticky. The hairdryer in the room was an electrical fire waiting to happen. Holes in the wall. Broken TV remote. I made the mistake of opening the windows and had difficulty shutting them after. The pool looked pretty gross, so we didn't use it. The beds were clean and the ac filters were also clean. The front desk were polite . I can't comment on the free breakfast, since we decided not to partake. One night is ok, I wouldn't stay longer then that.

If there was a way to give no stars I would, it does not deserve even one star. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting and not clean, there are stains on the curtains and mold on the shower curtain. Unfortunately there are no other hotels to stay in due to a conference going on. The staff smokes right outside the front door and I think in the pool area so the entire lobby smells like smoke. There are what looks to be puke stains in the hallway that has not been cleaned either. Do not stay here!

I got a room with a jet tub. The tub worked great. But the floor (carpet) felt sticky when barefoot. The bed was very uncomfortable, like a 300 pound person slept on it for a long time. It was dipped my back hurts.

It was great at first. But when we were asleep there for the first night, there was no batteries in the remote, secondly the power went out, and a whole family was kicked out of their room, because they had to fix the wiring in that hotel room to get the power working. They only gave the family a 10$ discount for kicking them out of their room. There was barely any towels in the rooms, and we only got one wash cloth. Very small trash can as well. The pool was great, and the hot tub was great. The breakfast was a joke. They took an hour to get to breakfast to refill everything. Terrible service as well. The lady who was doing everything at breakfast, was very slow, and she definetly didn’t care about anything. People asked her to refill things, and she was really rude about it. Never going back, unless I have to.

The pool was green in the bottom. When we got there we didn't have a reservation. The lady at the decked acted like she really didn't care if we stayed there or not. At breakfast, there was no one there to clean off the tables.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond what is normally expected. My granddaughter left her bedtime stuffie behind and when we called, the front desk person went to the room we had stayed in while they were on the phone with us, found it, and kept it at the front desk to be picked up. We'll be back!

Decent hotel. Our room was relatively clean and modern but there was a dead bug and some hair in the bathroom. Staff was nice enough. Area has plenty of restaurants nearby.

There's not much going for this place, honestly. The shining points were the friendly staff (every employee I interacted with was very nice), the spa bath in our room, and the bed itself was very comfy. The breakfast was appalling. I saw creamers that expired back in January being served. My partner didn't realized they were expired until he poured a very chunky creamer into his coffee. What's the point of having a free breakfast if you can't eat all of it? We also found this strange stain on our bedding. I have no idea what it is, but I would think this blanket should either be deeply cleaned or tossed. Overall, not worth the price. Not bad enough to want to leave immediately, but bad enough that I wouldn't want to stay more than one night.

I sent the following message to the hotel manager after a recent stay and got no response. I will not stay again based on a few issues. No working phone in the room. No hair dryer in the room. No breakfast. Deficient customer service. False advertising. When I went to the desk in the morning to ask about the hairdryer and breakfast, your desk attendant was sitting in a back room with a placard out on the desk stating they were helping a guest (they were not). If they are not going to sit at the desk I suggest you get a bell for summoning. I was told that the hair dryers are just in cloth bags and people steal them and so some rooms had them and some did not. I asked if she had one at the desk that could be brought to the room. She said she did not and made no offer to check an unoccupied room to find one for me. There is a sign clearly stating at the desk that there is hot breakfast 7-10am (this is also on your website). When I asked about breakfast (6:50am and nothing looking like it was being set up) I was told that there was no breakfast. When I said that she should take down the sign that announced breakfast, she told me that sometimes you do have breakfast, but not today ( and no reason given). Based on these experiences I conclude that your employees do not value customer service and I was the victim of some false advertising as you did not provide amenities that you have listed on your website.

Just got here a few hours ago yet don't like it already, the guy who was at the desk was really nice, sorta in a deserted part of town. Bathroom is disgusting, not really clean, pool was also dirty and green looking. TV channels was awsome, when we left we kept the TV on because its that sketchy. Speaking of sketchy, elevator is extremely bad sounding, has sort of a weird smell, obviously checked are room for weird stains because of THAT review, walls are basically paper thin, turned TV up to 16 so we couldn't be heard. To the woman who arrived on June 18th, 2023 at around 9pm, enjoy your stay :)

Very easy to get too, hotel was quite and clean the staff were very friendly. A very convenient place to stay. Close to multiple food choices and shopping. Breakfast in the morning is a nice touch and the rooms were fairly modern. The hotel itself didn't seem to busy or over packed. I personally did not use the pool but I did notice there is one. Also in a quite neighborhood or at least you can not hear any noise from your room!

The place was filthy. The tv didn't work, and the guest service person tried to put us in a dirty room. The whole place was dirty. it doesn't look like it has been vacuumed in weeks. I was just so disappointed. Oh, and I couldn't get in and was locked out for like 10 min in the cold over all just a horrible experience.

We were put into a room with a broken bed. When we spoke to the front desk and he was very nice and helped us get another room but it was a downgrade. When he called his manager she already knew about the broken bed but they are still putting people in that room anyways. The morning staff was very rude.

The place was horrible are shower curtain was moldy and the room wasn't that clean they didn't care to much about the moldy shower curtain they "seemed surprised" but didn't care. The washer and dryer on the third floor where we were had stuff spilled all over it and it was there for 2 days before it was clean up and when they remade are beds for are second night they for got some of the bedding it wasn't complete and they took one of are pillows away we were using when they "cleaned" and didn't replace any towels in the bathroom that we used. Also outside by the front door was a dead mouse for the 2 days we were there. With I could of gotten a refund and went somewhere else. This place is horrible and gross. I rate this place a 0 but it won't let me.

If you're looking at staying at this hotel please read the most recent reviews! I made the mistake of just clicking on reviews and seeing the best rated ones. This was the sketchiest hotel that we have ever stayed in! One man on the night time staff was asking for a beer and proceeded to tell us that he did not like white people. The room was not clean and we did not feel safe staying at all! We booked a two-night stay but left the next morning after check in. If we were not already tired from fishing all day and it wasn't already late, we wouldn't have stayed at all. I can say that the female general manager that I spoke with in the morning was friendly and refunded us for one night. If you're looking to stay at this hotel it is not in a safe location and I would not recommend anybody staying here especially someone with kids.

Just a run down hotel. I had to have my room key redone 6 times in 10 days. The breakfast is lackluster at best. I travel 200 days a year and this place is okay for a day but after that then you should find other accomodations.

Front desk people were arguing for a good minute when I was trying to check in without being greeted or asked to wait a minute. Trash was on the floor in the halls and staircases. Toilet had pee on it and floor had trash on it. A/C would make a loud buzzing noise every 30 seconds for most of the day. Asked a front desk people who seemed dressed up and in charge and he just said "to be honest with you that's what they do, it's a maintenance issue." With no apology. Pool was nice but had so much chlorie. One maintenance guy was very nice and helpful. Wouldn't book again.

This was a decent hotel for the price. The beds were comfy, but the room was a little dirty when we arrived. (Nothing that will send you screaming from the room) The major issue we faced at this hotel was the breakfast and the staff on site. The breakfast had expired food on display, didn't have any juice, and was not kept up. Now, the staff members on site- this part was rough. During the day hours there seemed to be an over abundance of staff members working. At night, the staff was very few (I know this is normal) but they were all very drunk and causing a scene. Every night you could here the staff downstairs yelling at each other and outside in the parking lot yelling. It appears as if some of them live there as there were 2 younger children running around with the staff without shoes on yelling and cussing each other out.

Bathroom was not clean. Lots of human hair on the floor and toilet. Toilet was not clean. Had human waste on the lid and bowl. Room was very humid. Air conditioning seemed to be working but was adding humidity to the room. Very uncomfortable. Very disappointed. Do not recommend staying there. Told front desk about issues when checking out. Was not offered any discount. Did apologize but no discount offered. Thankfully I had disinfectant wipes to clean the toilet. Checked in late so knew there was no one to clean it. Staff at checkin did not seem very familiar with computer. Very disappointed.

Staff were very nice! Room was as expected after our first room wouldn't let us in. We did get a surprise and found food from previous client in the fridge. Do not expect to eat at the breakfast buffet, it was disgusting. Some food was completely gone. The milk smelled and was clumpy (not expired tho), waffle stick on the iron.. we ate somewhere else.

Was staying there one night with mixed reviews. The check-in people could not have been nicer, and the room, being dated, was good other than the eight or nine long black hairs all over the bathroom (neither my wife of I have black hair). The service in the morning was a different thing. Was at the breakfast area a over an hour before it was to close and they had run out of most of the stuff, no plates, biscuits for the biscuit and gravy.. The employee came into the area and started cleaning and swearing (supposedly to himself) multiple times with me sitting there and kids walking by. He started shutting everything down and pulling all the food. A family (mother and 3 kids) came in looking for breakfast and he told her in an annoyed voice that breakfast was closing down early. The mother asked "what are we supposed to eat?" He then replied in the same annoyed voice "Well I have no idea." And he grabbed a push cart and wheeled it to the back room and never came back. I took it upon myself to inform her that there were still some hard boiled eggs in the fridge but that was all that was left. I come up to that area a couple times a year and am sure going to be looking for somewhere else to lodge at. Like I said, most employees were great, sad one has to leave such a bad impression.

The rooms were nice, internet functioned, the pools were fun, breakfast was as expected. Overall I can't complain--decent value.

My family stayed here from 7/2/22 to 7/5/22. I will have to say this hotel and its staff were unacceptable! Let me start with the room. There were no amenities at all. There was no spare toilet paper, no kleenex and no other amenities. Went to ask the front desk staff and he looked at me with a glazed look upon his face. The breakfast area was an absolute joke. Nothing was stocked or ready for guest. It was very dirty looking and again had no amenities. Everything was cold and very old. Could not find the breakfast staff, who eventually showed up 20 mins later. When the staff was asked for stuff again it was a glazed look upon her face. This is not a very great place to stay and will not return.
