I won't lie, but I am very disappointed that the client's appointment is canceled at the last minute. Now the queues to the hairdresser are huge. I have a rather important celebration, i.e. a wedding the next day, and I get a call that the service cannot take place because the courier is coming. You can pick up the parcel while the service is being performed. For me this is a complete lack of respect, let alone what a hairdresser would do for the bride.
