Good staff ı had a problem they solved

They did not allow me to pay my purchase in installments (credit). They claim that it's due to the fact I do not have a permanent resident status (I have karta pobytu for 3 years). The truth is that I have already got bank credits for 10 times the amount I was claiming, which is ridiculous... Fortunately, their competition MediaMarkt cooperates with better banks (such as BNP Paribas) and I did not have any problems to pay my purchase in installments. It's quite annoying and discriminatory. Please consider reviewing your policies and update them as many other companies in the market did already.

I forgot to say after purchased that I need an invoice for firm , but store service went to my rescue and corrected my problem. Thank you very much.

Staff who work there not nice

I got the reply on my score from the shop which is really nice from them. Showed how they care of customers. I need to add as my experience the crew on saloon were really helpful and the one who helped me he was speaking English very well with me and that was really nice of him. He helped me to find exactly what I needed. I bought a JBL headphone which was finished on the place then he found it for me in some shelves exactly the model and the color I wanted became my daughter was asking for exactly that one😁. And i need to add that i was there 15min before closing i mean probably they were even tired after working day but they did great. Thanks to all.

The order was not delivered. The shop does not bother to update me in any way on my claim and does not rush into resolving the matter. I am calling every day for two weeks already with no result. Awful experience, please avoid ordering online from this store by all means.
