Stayed in Narayana Haveli for 5 days and 3 Nights. I was a bit skeptical about the rooms here and the service I would get but all my doubts were cleared the moment I entered the front door and was greeted by an architecture which was traditional, aesthetic and modern at the same time. The facilities provided were great. No complaints whatsoever and you feel like a nawab when you stay in such a property. It was a unique and amazing experience staying at this Haveli in Varanasi.

Location is fantastic. Super close to the Ganges and the ghats. Rooms are comfortable and facilities good. Staff was friendly and supportive best hotel I have experienced in Varanasi.

1. We booked the room in Narayan Haveli but we ended up staying in Heritage inn 2. Coming to the cleanliness of the room it’s worst and dusty 3. Bathroom are so small and it stinks like hell 4. Breakfast was included in the booking finally no breakfast 5. No hot water even after complaining no use 6. People who wish to stay in Narayan Haveli kindly come and check the property and then please confirm the booking

Incorrect location, filthy rooms broken faucets, paint smell and zero customer service. Construction noise will keep u disturbing. It’s not a completely done property. Service person is not fully trained.

Very negative review and a bad experience. The rooms that were originally booked for 3 persons were not given to us instead we got a room for 2 persons. The room allotted to us were very small with no walking space, stinky, unhygienic, devoid of ventilation, walls were damp and leaky, bathroom was very dirty. There was no attendant for any service. The service was not at there at all compared to the ridiculous prices charged. No one to replace the bedsheets. Our booking was till 30th December 2023 however owing to these horrible living conditions we checked out on 28th December 2023. Our experience living in Narayana Haveli was a nightmare

The best stay so far in Varanasi, the service was top notch and the staff were very friendly. Location is also good as it is quite near the Ghat. Totally gives a royal feel as the owners have preserved the old architecture of the Haveli.

The property was recently refurbished. Its has got a very good heritage look and feel. This property is for those brave heart who like to explore the heritage value of varanasi and the city. Very near to all the major ghats and temple

This is fraud to say the least, first they made me stay into another place called Om guest house. They mention parking but actually, I had to board a cycle rickshaw for carrying luggage and then walk on foot

The property was really good, picturesque. The rooms were comfortable as well. The property is 15 min walking distance from all the main sites (ghats & temples). If you love walking through the alleys of Banaras. This is the right place for you.

The place was decent. It was close to pandey ghat. You will feel the vibes of old haveli types. The staff was very polite and helpful. I found the room a bit small. They tried to provide everything in that small space. But that space was very very less at least for us. Also there were some rats, that were a bit concerning. As that causes a bit of an issue for us, while staying there. Else I would appreciate the owner ranjan. He is a very helpful guy.

Stay was amazing. Authentic Kashi experience. Host was very helpful and we'll behaved. Location was closed to Kashi Vishwanath temple 🛕 all ghat were walking distance. Food was very good. Do stay here if you want to experience old Kashi vibes.

A traditional haveli converted into hotel, this place definitely exudes the old world charm and a site to be visited to feel the vibes of a residence of one of the noble families of old Varanasi. Deeply nested within the network of lanes, the location of the hotel gives one the chance to explore the historical maze of narrow lanes of Varanasi, though it is not at all difficult to navigate and is reachable by auto rickshaw. The Pandey Ghat by the banks of the holy Ganges River is also neraby to the hotel. In spite of maintaining traditional decor, the hotel also offers modern amenities like air conditioner, geysar, etc. Service is very good and breakfast was complimentary. There is no in house restaurant though, but a lot of eateries are located nearby. They reportedly have two other units but the Narayana Haveli is highly recommended for those travellers who are in search of history and traditional feel.

Absolutely showcase of the culture diversity and traditions of this place. Such a serene place to stay for all pilgrims will love the scenic beauty, service and amenities of the hotel

It was worth the price that I have paid for. Everything was very good like the view from the room, the services provided and staff's behaviour. Food provided on time and very much delicious. Would definitely be visiting again.

spoke Yes. If you speak "yes", I highly recommend staying here for a while. The staff/crew are most concerned that you are comfortable, both physically and mentally. They are good people here 👍. Varanasi is 3-4,000 yrs old. The "new" hotel is at least 350 yrs old. I want to came every time

I stayed here for 2 nights with my aged people…booked 4 rooms…Very bad experience…the steps to enter the rooms are very steep…I had informed them I’m travelling with my old aged people…still they dint inform me abt this…it’s very interior no auto or tuck tuk can reach thr hotel…very far to Kashi Vishwanath temple n even to the ghats…thy are renovating the hotel…it’s full of dust n mud…rooms are very small…only one room was big..I had requested for rooms in the ground floor but I was given one room in first floor…then I was given a small room in the ground floor wic was not enough for 4 of us…so they compensated with one more room…BE CAREFUL THERE ARE BED BUGS ALSO TO ACCOMPANY U IN THE NIGHT…if ur visiting with old people this is not the place….very bad experience…
