Our
experience
with
Ayush’s
yoga
sessions
were
truly
magical,
and
are
some
of
the
best
moments
of
our
time
in
India.
Even
though
we
booked
extremely
last
minute
(the
night
before!),
Ayush
was
there
fresh-faced
at
5am
waiting
for
us
on
the
rooftop
of
our
hostel.
My
partner
had
never
practiced
Yoga
before,
and
I
am
a
beginner,
however
Ayush
was
able
to
guide
us
through
the
practice
in
a
way
that
suited
both
our
abilities
and
challenged
us.
He
spoke
to
us
about
the
spiritual
and
physical
aspects
of
Yoga,
and
talked
to
us
of
self-discovery
and
inner
peace.
Watching
the
sun
come
up
over
Varanasi
as
we
practiced
Yoga
was
such
an
incredible
way
to
experience
a
city,
and
I
would
highly,
highly,
highly
recommend
Ayush’s
classes
to
anyone
thinking
of
taking
Yoga
in
India!
He
is
an
extremely
experienced
teacher,
and
regardless
of
your
level
I
am
sure
he
will
be
able
to
adjust
the
practice
to
your
ability.
He
is
also
a
genuinely
lovely
human
being,
and
we
are
so
grateful
that
we
were
able
to
meet
him!
