We ordered Bam Bam thali and we really enjoyed this🤩, awesome food and nice ambience

The biggest thali of Varanasi. The food was so delicious. This completed our Varanasi trip really well.❤️ We went with our friends and still couldn't completely finish the thali🥲 it was that big. Also, the ambience is good. Must visit in Varanasi.❤️

Amazing location, absolute center. Food is great. Temple is nearby and can get all types of transport here. For cabs, have to walk a bit till police station. Battery rickshaw stand in 500m. Near to dashashwamed ghat. Good room and washroom.

May be a 4 star for food but a 2 star for the slow and careless service of this hotel!!! It could be a well known restaurant now, but legacy doesn't get transferred on its own itself.

Don't ever visit this restaurant. The service people are very rude. The food was pathetic. Came all the way from Delhi to enjoy good food . This restaurant clearly should not be in your list. Stick to street kind Chaat bhandar.they are far better in taste quality and most importantly service.

Stayed from 2nd to 6th oct 2022. Very bad experience. Took two rooms. Bathroom stinks when the exhaust was on. Fitted wrongly . However staff was least bothered to change the room or sort the issue. No availability of hot water during early hours. Horrible experience. In one of the rooms taps are losely fitted. We had to take cold shower almost every day. The Driver of the car who belonged to the same hotel took us for sightseeing was not cooperative at all and did not even park the car for lunch at other restaurants and gave excuse that his car cannot be parked since police will challan and forcibly brought us back to Saffron only for lunch. This was harassement. Would not recommend to anyone...

No service No food No compliment No washroom toiletry (used soap, shampoo and freshner in washroom) No TV No Internet No guest attending If you ask to staff and manager they said we cannot do anything for you for these things. Night staff ask we cannot call to manager after 10:30pm for thing if you anything talk with manager 8:00am in th morning. If you reach in hotel after 10:30pm hotel kitchen cannot get you tea and coffee you forget about dinner worst service about hotel why Goibibo give this hotel 4.4star why hotel management give them so much good hotel . This is not a single star hotel for them service. So much disappointed with my family to stay here we did Zomato in hotel for take dinner. AC and TV not working in room they switch off AC in the midnight

I stayed in a Maharaja room with city view. Mattress and blankets were clean. Washroom was clean. They provided clean bath towels. Restaurant is good , Taste of the dishes is great. Staff are polite and helped me when ever needed. It’s walking distance from Dus aswamedh ghat , Loved the experience of my stay. With family. Tons of gratitude. Keep up the great work Mr Abhinav.🙏

I stayed on 15/jan/2024 I suggest not to stay in this hotel . Person in there resturant is so arrogant n un proffesional . They dnt know how to talk with guest i orderd food he replied so rudely it will come after 25 minutes when i called after 25 minutes our system have problem your order will come after 25 minutes hell . In morning they dnt even knw how to serve tea they dnt have flask top on that in cold they give me bread seprately n cold butter to apply your self .

i had been to this place in nov-23. pros- very good location., parking facility at this prime location. cons- room service is poor, no toiletries in room, no kettle, no room service,resturant food quality not good,dont accept credit card. if you want a good location and parking facility then this is the best hotel. Apart from this nothing great about the hotel. we booked for having restaurant service but disappointed. so at that price you may get very good room nearby and avail restaurant service of other hotels or try local food which is awesome in vanaras.

Just returned from Kashi/Varanasi. I went with my family and our stay was booked at Hotel Saffron. It was a pleasant experience overall. Staff, food and hospitality was truly amazing. The location of the hotel is also apt being in market and providing easy access to various tourist spots. Full marks to Vishwajeet for overall management and to Birbal fir excellent food service during dinner

If you are looking for good taste in Varanasi main city, in Godowlia area and at affordable prices then, this Restaurant is the best choice for you. This Restaurant is located near Girjaghar Chauraha, Nai sadak road. Food they serve are good in taste. You can have here, lunch and dine in. Crowdy on weekends and festival days. Service is slow and not so good. You can also get take away services. Prices are affordable. Ambience was also good.

We tried the Special Thali for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been Good decorated. Overall a good meal. But not well in value we will certainly be going back. Everything tasted good, they follow the instructions about how you want your food. Though I was disappointed that we were asked to change our order (originally we ordered Thali) because there were people waiting.

I ordered a Paav Bhaaji which took around 45 minutes to be served. Tasted pathetic and eventually led to food poisoning...Pls avoid this place.

Period of stay from 7th Jan to 11th Jan 2024. Hotel is located at prime location of Varanasi. Shri Kashi Vishwanath temple and Dshashmesh ghat is at walking distance of around 10 minutes from the hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean. Hotel has got its own restaurant. Food is good and hygenic. One of the best food in the area. Had a very pleasant stay in hotel.

A decent place to eat with family. The food tastes good. The presentation although is not so charming. I've tried some of the items in the south Indian menu like the dosa and idli. They were yummy and not so costly. Try the idli sambhar fry, it was so yumm!! Note:- Never ever try the Soda Sikanji. It was a waste of money.

"GREAT PLACE"You may have to wait for longer tha usual in weekends.... Restaurant seems to be Jam Packed at week days....well seasoned preparations at very economical rate...must try.. If you are "Shahi Paneer"lover then this prepration of this restaurant may disappoint you,they add good amount if sugar in this prepration as result dish becomes more sweety which is not appreciated by every foodie 😊

Nice eating place to have a meal with your family. The food was decent enough. We ordered matar paneer. The taste was good although the quantity could be more. The service could be better need to work on that, otherwise all is ok. So if you are with a group and want to have a decent meal then definitely you can consider it.
