Visited for lunch Ordered Paneer Manchurian, Butter naan, Lachcha Paratha, Cold coffee with ice cream Service - 5/5 - Service was quick and they politely ask you what would you like to have everyone and then (or whenever they bring your order) Food - 3/5 Paneer manchurian : They said it would be dry but it had way to much capsicum, onion & tomato pieces (note that panner was not coated with corn flour and fried but normally cut ). The quality of panner was very good, although the dish on a whole could have been made better Butter Naan : Love the butter naan - it was buttery Lachcha Paratha : I was disappointed with this item. It was dry (very little butter spread on top) and was doughy at many parts... Cold coffee with ice cream : It was good and cold, not too sweet... Overall - 3/5

Lot of space is available for seating, you can either seat on ground floor or on upstairs.. we ordered some chinese dishes which came within minutes so service is good.. taste of dishes were good I will not say extraordinary but it was good.. overall good place to go out with your friends and family members..

Very nice food/dinner/fast food/South Indian dishes. A separate hall is also available for family. Staff is much friendly and had good gesture. Almost everything is available for the customers. Especially South Indian food is too good. Parking space is available and under security by guard. A tourist who loves taste, must try here. Rates for dishes are reasonable. Overall, good place for food at Banaras.

Rasna was used to be good back in the days but nowadays its food quality fell massively, they always use so much spice in their food which too failed to create a magic, so much of used oil, only dosas and pav bhaji etc are edible

One of the most famous older restaurants in Varanasi. While the place doesn't get as much crowd as it used to many years ago (because of the new and fancier options), they do have the Nan and Paneer that is way better than what you get in the new restaurants. Truly amazing food. The minus point is the maddening busy location. Parking is a huge problem if want to drive a four wheeler here.

Good restaurant and food prices are very reasonable.

There is much hype about their Sattu Paratha and Baingan Bharta, but it failed to live up to that. The Sattu paratha was good but the Baingan bharta was horrible. It was the worst baigan bharta I ever had in my life! It was worse than every roadside stall I've tried. I definitely won't recommend wasting your time here.

Food was average. They don't prefer to take payments thro QR code of card. Better to keep cash handy while going here

I have been visiting this place for about more than 6 years and what I can tell you is this is a good family resturant with good food but their are many points which adds to its demerit. 1.At times of rush the resturant is incapable of maintaining their food quality.( same food ordered at different times has completely different look and taste) 2. The service is completely awful irrespective of the time. The behavior and the way of presentation is absolutely below the mark. 3. No feedback helps so you can avoid wasting time on that.

Previously it was good but day by day it's degrading his reputation and food quality even the staffs are so rude they don't have sense how to talk and treat there customer always in a rush to get the things done fastly so that another person can come but in that the customer who is already dine in in his restaurant are not treated well. Good food at best price but the best item is their Thali dish. You can take any thali if you want to have plane and best go for Normal.

After viewing youtuber video I visited Rasna Family Restaurant. I ordered one Sattu Paratha and curd. I was surprised to see the size of paratha. One can not eat one full paratha as it was so big and the price was Rs. 140/-. I ate half of it and compelled to pack half portion. One plate curd also cost Rs. 50/-. i.e. I paid Rs. 190/- for a breakfast. Quality of paratha was also much spicy. Rather they should prepare Sattu Paratha for half quantity and to be priced Rs. 70/-. Its a kind of cheating from customer. I remember an incident, I was travelling and entered in a small hotel, there was no menu, I ordered for one plate Chicken and rice. That hotel took half an hour to prepare and put up me whole chicken in one plate. There was no option for cancellation. They said the meal was prepared on your order. I was compelled to pay cost of full chicken. I hardly ate 25% ot it. SIMILAR EXPERIENCE IN RASNA FAMILY RESTAURANT

Nice place to have food of almost every cuisine. They have large space to accommodate large number of people. Price is good and economical. Parking may be a problem though.
