Sagar Ratna is famous for its South Indian cuisines. And I have been to many Sagar Ratna’s in the past at different places. So I tried it here & I have to say food tasted good specially the deluxe thali. The restaurant is clean and perfect for vegetarians. Overall it was a good experience. Do check out this place!!

A clean & hygienic place with a good ambience✅ If you are looking for a place to hangout with family or celebrate birthday parties then this is the place. Manager was very polite, but the only problem was staff service & waiters. They weren’t placing our orders on time:( Overall it was a good experience. Do check out this place!!

Excellent service. Awesome food. Not to mention Ms. Swati is an awesome host. she is a gem to Sagar Ratna Varanasi team. The food was delicious and the way she served and assisted us was awesome. all credit of this event goes to her. A big shoutout to Swati.

What an amazing, clean and hygenic place !! The food is very delicious. Hats off to the chef. I tried Sagar Ratna Deluxe Thali. It had lots of different items and were very tasty. I enjoyed the food. The waiter was very friendly and polite. It also had a different area for celebration like birthday and all. I recommend all of you to visit and enjoy your time there.

The Sagar Ratna is one of the few restaurants which serve authentic South Indian food having significant varieties in starters, main course, desserts. They serve few combos also but upto certain time limits. I ordered Mysore Masala Dosa and it was at par. The dosa was served along with coconut chutney, pudina chutney, and sambhar which was bit sugary and I feel like the taste resembles Karnataka's taste of South Indian dishes. The stuffing (mashed potato) of Mysore Masala Dosa was not appropriate as it was not of what the above dish should have. The stuffing was of plain masala dosa, that I believe needs to be improved. I also ordered Rava Kesari from the Dessert section and it was simple like rava halwa having dry fruits and the essence of Kesar. Overall the ambience was good, the staff was polite, hospitality was nice. It was simple and soothing experience.

Ghee Roas Dosa is amazing here, we could feel the GHEE and Rawa Kesari took me in heavenly realm.

It's good and cheap But there are flaws as well You get a steel plate and a steel glass Which is good if you want to try to be a different restaurant But it does not goes with the vibe Also food is okay okay

My husband and I absolutely love Sagar Ratna! Every time we’ve gone (or ordered takeout) we have had respectful and prompt service and always delicious food. Our favorites are the Idli Chaat and Thali Deluxe. We’ve also had spring rolls and dosa and are very excited to try more of the menu. For an early lunch we split a Thali Deluxe and it has been enough food to hold us over until dinner. If we come for dinner then we each order a Thali Deluxe, or one Thali Deluxe and a smaller dish, like spring rolls. The Idli Chaat is to die for! I could eat it everyday. A must get!

If you are looking out for a place serving delicious vegetarian north Indian nd south Indian food in Varanasi, my go to place is definitely Sagar Ratna! With the beautiful ambience and tasty meals this place is so good that even they make you eat nd fall in love with such dishes which you might not like personally. In my case it was palak but then i tried corn palak ki sabzi here nd i became a fan! Highly recommended place in Varanasi to chill out with friends and go out on breakfast/lunch/dinner with family

Overpriced, not sure how many valid review were given above. The taste is not worth the price. Cook not professional, we ordered baby corn manchurian and the corn was never fried.

Tried the North Indian food here and it was fresh and tasty. The dishes taste just as the homelike food. The ambience is really good, gives a cozy yet open space. I loved the naan, no extra puffiness, just plain and authentic. The only complaint I've is that there is no toppings available for the ice-cream, not even chocolate syrups. I hope they add it soon.

Ambience was good and slow music was their to lighten up mood, there was a 4feet dosa was good in taste and deluxe Thali option was top selling product here, worth trying.

Honestly, my bestest experience in Lanka, Varanasi. Food is top-notch, atmosphere is top-notch, servicing is really good. I am in awe of this place. I couldn't take pictures of the food because I was too busy it as it was so delicious. Highly recommend it

Food's taste is below average with high prices and ambience is also not justifying the price. You can Rather spend the money on street food than spending here. And most important thing they are serving food in plastic utensils which seemed very cheap. Also they offer you 1 bottle of water at 75/- so I would suggest you to spend your money elsewhere.

Worst experience at Sagar Ratan Varanasi. Order special sagar paneer dosa and paneer not there in dosa. All dosa and sambhar were served cold. Worst experience would never recommend. Writting this review while sitting the restaurant.

Well the ambience of the place is good, bt i don't like the food their. I ordered the masala dosa and the sambhar has bit sugary taste in it which i hate the most. Veg noodles are good, and we ordered green apple mocktail and it's okish for me. Haven't tried their foor so no idea. The service is bit late
