Worst food and service, can't right good and decorative words for them. Poor Service, tasteless food, ordered spicy but got sweet and 3rd grade curry.. i would not recommend any one to go and dine there... Eventually overpriced .

Ordered paneer tikka through swiggy. The tikka was burnt and not eatable and the portion was also only half although it was discounted but that's a matter of restaurant and swiggy. I also called the restaurant but they didn't pick up. This is a shame on the name and fame of such a restaurant. Bad food, bad service, arrogant manager.

The restaurant has good ambience with ample seating area. Coming to cuisine they offer multiple options but I feel nothing is a must try. We had hot and sour soup,chicken Angara chicken malai tikka and crispy corn in starter and nothing was extraordinary. We ordered chicken hot and garlic noodles and it was non chicken super garlic noodle.. After all dissappointment we went for chicken biryani on waiters request. It was not that good as promised. Price is more than nominal and I won't suggest if you want a different taste.

The Service throughout the time was so good and the staffs were very helpful. The quality of the food was amazing , you are gonna love it and will remember forever. Anurag Harsha

If you're looking for a place to serve authentic food in Varanasi, this is it. Zaika serves a wide range of vegetarian and non vegeterian cuisines with pocket friendly prices. It is good to go with family and friends. Service was too good as the staff members were polite and well behaved. One should definitely try the fish afgani tikka which was new to me but it was lip smackingly tasty. They had their own version of biryani which was zaika dum puk biryani. It was also delicious. One should definitely visit this place 😃and dine out with friends and family 💁

Went there for lunch on a weekday afternoon. The place was mostly empty with a serene ambience. The food was simply delicious. Great experience.

Ambience was good but foods were average nothing was extraordinary to be appreciated.

The place is nice....quite good infrastructure but the way their staff treats people is not acceptable. They must have to learn how to behave properly with customers. Apart from this perspective rest all was 👍❤️.

If you are looking for a family Restraunt with authnetic north indian food this place is worth it🙆 The food is amazing ! Some of the best dishes includes Paneer Kalimrich, Zaika Dum puk Biryani,Murg Makhani Butter naan and Latcha Paratha. The Quantity is good and the Service is Quick..

Zaika restaurant is one of the best place for visit in Varanasi . There food was so delicious so amazing so tasty 😋 & & most important there are one employee his name is SHUBHAM KUMAR GAUND [Manager] his behaviour is so kind and pure soul .! Must visit this place there chilli chicken was too good .!

Had a bad experience. The service was very slow even in empty restaurant, Malai Kofta was too sweet (felt like a complete sweet dish), non veg was good. The restaurant has no pest control as it was ridden with mosquito and ticks

The food was not very good quality and was overpriced , Continental foods have pathetic taste here They will ask you for time and serve u the worst food possible as compare to overpriced billing Just save your hard earned money and choose some other place to enjoy your food and save your time. No freshness is food served ,just hated their service.

Food was not that great. Chicken served in tandoori chicken was stale and we could not eat it. However, upon bringing it up with the staff, they didn't provide any substitute nor did they reduce the price.

Worst resturant I have ever visited in Varanasi. You may get much more options with affordable price and great taste. Try Tanishq, Roma's Cafe if you want to eat main course.

Celebrated my anniversary there everything was good and food was above than average and fair.. Service needs to be improved more frequently. As staffs are adequate but some how not available at required. Overall it was good.

Worst restaurant ever visited, please never visit,wrost service wrost food, they do not have manner to deal with customers. They don't gave us wifi password, 4 butter roti was served after 25 mins in starting and when asked again for 4 pieces they again served after 25 min and paneer dried up during this time. Roti was not fully cooked(attaching image as proof). Full mood was distrubed.
