This place is quite good enough and family friendly specially. But if you are a guy who comes out in intervals and have foods, you might not want to come here because where is very poor service of washrooms. You will have to come all the way to basement which is 4 story down and it's not worth it for what it is. Update after 2 years: It has definately improved from what it was earlier. It was cleaner and quiter.

Previously it was Saraswati Cinema Hall. Now turned into a mall with PVR at the Top and Very useful place for parking 4 wheeler coming to Ganga Ghats. It's located at crowded area so there is no guarantee of getting parking at all the time

The theatre here is the biggest one on whole varanasi and faily cleaner compared to any other movie hall . Here people can find fantastic shops , supermarkets under one roof. Some other major outlets are Max-Mart , Wrangler , Bikano's food court. PDR Mall has an in- house movie theatre, known as Carnival: PDR cinemas. The Multiplex has two screens. Watching a moving in this theatre is amazing. The mall also has a conference hall for the company meetings , conferences or any other events. PDR Mall also provides various kinds of amusement for children.

Went for a movie here, so will keep my review limited for that experience only. Parking facility is good here. Ticket counter only had one person managing it, can't really complaint for that cause maybe it was due to low turn out. There was only one functioning elevator the other one wasn't working that day, even the functional one had switches all messed up few had pen written floor numbers few were broken so we ditched the elevator on next floor only. Theatre lobby had setting for central cooling but it was off, it was pretty hot day so don't know what that was about, waiting area got very uncomfortable we only arrived 10 min early that too was too much to handle. Washroom (ladies) was clean but had no tissue or napkins the hand dryer machine was out commission too. Theater had several broken chair, sound quality and picture quality was decent. Cafeteria felt overpriced but that's for all movie places right 200 for popcorn ikr. Overall I would recommend to go on time for movie try to avoid waiting in their poorly ventilated waiting area, make sure you have decent seat and take the stairs.

Gate of this place were open, AC was not working in whole building, you have to go all the way to basement to use restrooms which was not clean enough. Not many options here. Prefer not to call this place a mall.

I went to Dominos on the ground floor of this mall. I must say the Pizza served was delicious and made in a hygienic environment. Down point about this place was the ordering and order serving time. it almost took me 15-20 minute to stand in queue and order a meal for four..this can be improved by properly staffing of employees by Dominos.

I went to watch Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness in 3D.. I had a really good experience .. if you are going to watch a movie it's excellent ! 6/5 stars for it .. but if you take it as a mall it isn't that big and less amount of shops are there. Overall experience was very good 5/5

It is not a very big mall.It has Domino's, movie hall, shops etc. There is a good parking space available. It is not too far from Godowalia Chowk. One can park four wheeler here when visiting Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple

It appears like these Malls are into cost cutting business. They are not switching on aircondition plant as a result it is suffocating inside. Sometimes when the audience are few they are not running AC to save money. I had to chase the operator for making it cool.
