Good five star hotel, good rooms, reasonably good maintained. Room service takes little longer. Pool and lawn area is good. It has large open area and bit away (3-4) from main city Good property to stay.

I went to the Ramada with great expectations for dinner,didn't get what I thought it was. After Eating any of his food, it was not felt that we are eating in a five star hotel. There was no taste in his bakery, nor was there anything different in his sweets..on complaining they brought some different dishes, but you are paying so much money on you by feeding one or two good dishes. There was a lot of varieties in there food court but there was nothing that after eating we can say like wow this is taste ...I didn't feel well from this futher I will not suggest anyone for buffet. Thank you

The hotel provides complimentary snacks and tea in the afternoon, which is quite unique. . Only problem we faced is that the water in the shower kept stopping while taking bath. Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable.

We got there at 10PM.Tired and depressed. We went to the hotel and there were three families including us. We had to wait for your food for an hour. Food overall was good. Dessert was bad. Main course good but, not worth the wait. We got to the room expecting a good one. AC wasn’t working and no fan. Overall hotel was not that good

Hi Ramada Plaza, I have stayed at many hotels across the world and when you claim as 5 star it means you have to be 5 star in all respects. The food is good but you can work a lot for maintenance of your rooms. First, the AC is not automatic please upgrade. Second, the fittings in the washroom are extremely old and third you can please make the room service more quicker. You are kind and very accommodating but to stand in the competition you have to provide better services and enhance the look and feel of your rooms. If I pay ~14-15k per night, I would definitely expect better quality. Hope I can get a better version of what it is today in my next visit if at all I stay in Ramada plaza again.

Recently I stayed at Ramada plaza and was here daily for breakfast. Amazing spread of food and choice but best of all is the quality of staff and service. Want to say a special thanks to our very attentive hotel staff.. Nice hotel to stay with your family members

Stayed from 19 to 22 June 2023 with family. Something okay while AC not working properly made complaint and attended but the AC still not working on 19th night whole night we slept in heated environment and facing issues the hotel did not help to change the room at all. The food breakfast seems not okay daily same variety repeated needs to be upgraded. The swimming pool water is dirty and having more chlorine and not suitable for all. There is no provision to provided shades to have good experience. HOTEL NEED TO MAINTAIN THE STANDARDS AS PER THE STARS THE GUEST NEEDS ALL FACILITIES WHICH SHALL BE AS PER CLASS

The hotel was really a great place to stay at. The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with travel. The female staff at reception was very nice to us and gave us an early check in room even though it was a very busy day, she also arranged an airport taxi for us.

This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Varanasi. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham JHV Varanasi offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out.

We don't have the enough word to say thank you to all the Banquet team about food service, ambiance and the staff behaviour they are very courteous and helpful. we enjoyed lot ring ceremony.

1. Rooms are too small than shown in the pics on online platforms especially the washrooms and they were untidy. Totally NOT worth the price they charge. Other Ramada properties have much better rooms and amenities than this one. 2. Lots of mosquitoes in the room, posing health risk and causing uncomfortable stay. First time encountered such a issue in any of the renowned hotel chain (national/international)

Check in experience was not good. One of the staff members at the check in was rude. Should be sent to the only job where he doesn't have to interact with customers - Housekeeping. Rooms.badlt requires makeover, carpets cleaning, upholstery cleaning. The conference hall is good, the food is ok and not great.

My one-night stay in this hotel was exceptional. The warm welcome, clean and cozy room, and attention to detail impressed me. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, and the staff's personalized service made it even more special. I highly recommend this homestay for a memorable and comfortable stay

I traveled with my family to visit Varanasi for 3 days trip. Ramada hotel Jhv Varanasi stay is very enjoyable and comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Particularly Shri Harsh Tiwari ( manager) and Pooja Jha are the asset of hotel. Both are carrying whole responsibility on their shoulders. Both they are well trained and prompt to solve problems. Rooms are very neat and clean. Breakfast are superb and very clean area.check in and check out are very easy. Sneha, Sagun front desk assistant are also very helpful in all respects. Over all our entire stay are very enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place to my friends.

My wife and me stayed for 3 nights at this hotel - had an experience which we never thought that we would experience in a five star rated hotel. While we were away from the room, housekeeping staff stolen cash from my wife’s purse. She had her purse in her hand bag. Someone opened the handbag, took the purse out and taken 3 notes of rupees 500. When we complained, the hotel came back to me saying they had investigated but couldn’t find anything- absolutely disgusting! I have informed this to MakeMyTrip as well who said they would take action. Also bathroom was tiny for a five star standard, room carpets not very clean. Overall very upset. I say please avoid this hotel altogether, if you can.

We had a wonderful and comfortable time at Ramada Plaza Varanasi. Nice sized rooms, executive floor, amazing garden, landscaping and pool, kind and polite staff right from the front desk to the restaurant to house cleaning. Everyone was very sweet and caring and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable . Thank you Mr Ashish Singh (at the reservations) for being so Kind and extremely Helpful. Thank you Mr Malavaya Tripathi at the Restaurant. Thank you Ms Mansi and Mr Priyanshu. The travel desk also helped with our car experience with Mr Santosh who drove us around. Not fit to be a 5 star hotel. The building was old and crumbling. Bathroom had stains, elevator buttons were not working. We had to ask for two room changes until we got an acceptable room on the club lounge floor Only plus point - the staff was very hospitable.

The property is big and for stay rooms are good. You will get many things nearby. If you have lots of money go visit and stay. I visited this hotel for a marriage too but didn't liked the food at all. Taste wise this was not good for me.

Wonderful place. Extremely helpful staff. However the maintenance of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired as I had to change 2 rooms before I finally got a good room. However very nice & warm hospitality shown by everyone on the premise. I would like to stay again when in Varanasi. Wishing You the best.

Overall a nice business property in the cantonment area is Varanasi close to Taj, India Tourism office and plenty of other hotel properties. Suite room assigned on the 5th floor had a swimming pool facing the window along with green lawns. There was renovation work going on in parts at the property. Pool was nicely maintained with staff at the gym and pool area for help. Reception was warm and helpful. Food was OK despite famous Varanasi street food with plenty of options just outside. Room was comfortable with hygienic washrooms and proper room service. Conference room facilities were also well done.

In desperate need of renovation. Rooms were old, the hot water took forever to get hot, the fridge in the room did not work, the air-conditioning was either freezing cold or stopped. Very dissapointing for what should be a five star hotel. The service by all staff was exceptional and they should be praised from making my judgement a 2 star and not a 1 star. Very disappointing for a Ramada hotel

The best part of stay here has been their hospitality. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Food and beverages were also upto the mark. Only drawback I feel is they don't have very appealing view from the rooms but overall enjoyed our stay here. It was a pleasant experience.

Had a very short stay with late check in and early check out. A business and leisure friendly plush hotel. Part of Ramada Hotel chain. Staffs are prompt and helpful. Highly recommended for business or leisure trip with family. Location is good considering all major hotels located in the near vicinity.

Room was great. Breakfast was excellent. Hospitality and service in the restaurants was great. Mr. Guru and especially Mr. Tushar Srivatsa gave excellent service with hot hot Purushottam served at the table and matka Dahi. Also, they wanted to ensure we were happy with the food and service. Had a great experience. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here on my next visit. It would be good for Staff to wear masks at least in the presence of the guests.

My stay at Ramada has been amazing, rooms were clean and staff is very courteous. Breakfast spread was delicious and awesome. I would like to give shout out to MR Guru who were very courteous and sweet.

Very poor hotel. The bathrooms are extremely small and the shower head was too low - hitting my head. The bathtub also had cracks in it (there is no shower cabin, only bathtub). The bedsheets were terribly rough and old and uncomfortable. Once we got our room changed on request, the new one had no water. Once they started the water 1 hour later, they said now no hot water is there and the valve will be changed after 2 hours. Post 1030 there was no coffee available as well as they have turned off the machine and they can start it only in the morning… This is a 1 star hotel.

We recently visited Varanasi for five days and stayed at Ramada..we were expecting good service based on their previous ratings and happy to report that Ramada not only met our expectations but went over and beyond. You will notice the quality of customer service the minute you enter the hotel- from check to check out and in between. We booked four club rooms and as advertised they are specious, fully updated, clean and in excellent condition.. their room service, including complementary laundry service was out standing. We eat most of our breakfast and dinners at their two restaurants and food selection, quality and service were above average.. we had some special dietary request and their chef came out personally to meet us and provided food we requested.. We will happily retune to Ramada in near future and highly recommend to others.

5 Star hospitality in 3 Star property. This is old property and there is wear and tear of furniture. Didn't give feeling of 5 Star. Bathroom is very cramped. The staff is very polite and courteous. Rooms on first floor have very bad view as you can only see roof of some structure. Upon request, they changed the room. Restaurant manager and staff is excellent. They take care of all the requests with a big smile. Overall okay experience.
