This is one of the worst hotel in Varanasi their waiters are lazy and don't pay attention on guests their food quality is very bad and they didn't have a good menu they didn't have parking area aur isse badhiya Yadav ji ka dhaba h!! I won't visit this hotel again

Rooms were spacious with all the required amenities. Food was good with quick room service. Breakfast buffet options can be improved, but overall it was a nice experience.

Nice ambience.. room cleanliness is maintained even without request. Clean bed sheets n towels. First time I have observed hotel people keeping paper sheets in table drawers, cup boards.. Really I liked it.

It is located near the railway station, but over half an hour away from the Ghats and getting there can be quite hectic due to the city traffic. The hotel is well made, and the rooms were good too. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which was good. The market is about half a kilometer away.

This is about their in-house restaurant. Steep prices, especially when the portion size is taken into account. The taste is average at best. Sizzlers and lasagne were particularly disappointing. Even the serving cutlery doesn't justify their prices. All things considered, many better restaurant options are available at much lesser prices in the city. Seems like covid has necessaited such measures, for earlier it was a value for money proposition.

Third class facility,staff is very much rude, have no sense to how to treat with customer..! Just waste of money and waste of time ..will never book this hotel again..I can see fake reviews also but I am writing this on very serious note

We usually visit Meraden Grand for Dinner. All good items are amazing in taste. Our guests like the soothing ambiance. We ordered Chilly Panner, Crispy Baby Corn, Golden Corn, Spring Roll, Veg Noodles. In main course Paneer methi and all breads were so good in taste. Much recommended place for Dinner or Lunch with family and friends.

This place has a booking manager called Rajesh who is never available to confirm if your booking from makemytrip has been confirmed. The Reservation desk only tells you a different time to call back and is very rude to deal with and don’t even cooperate. They don’t even share Rajesh’s phone number with you. Regretting the booking already.

The rate is high according to the location and the food is also good but needs some updation I had breakfast last morning this week idli sambar is my fav dish which I am having everyday for breakfast but I was a little disappointed with idlis it's a little hard to eat. Apart from that all is good Room is decent Service is awesome Gate keeper is good in character, I love his character 😃 In short I love everything. Just a little change or suggestions if they can apply..

I have been staying in this hotel from last one year more frequently and it's a frequent travel to varanasi, really Hotel Meraden Grand It became my 2nd home all room boys and house keeping are good and well behaved,in our Manager Rajesh ji will treat me like family member and our receptionist friends are they will always welcome me with warmth .. resturant staffs are next level they will treat me very gentle and service is super fast especially Mahesh ji .....in love Hotel Meraden Grand and recommend ❤️ But only one concern food is expensive and qty of food for one person is heavy....they can work on food prices and qty

Booked it after reading lots of good reviews.. Had an overnight stay.. Booked Mini Deluxe room.. Felt it was little overpriced at approx 4.8k per night with breakfast.. Room is small in size.. Apt for a single person..Good for overnight stay and adequate for 1 person for longer stay.. ✅Has a sofa and chair.. Wardrobe with electric safe, a Mini fridge.. Small flatscreen TV.. Fan.. 🚫No iron board, slippers, hair dryer, vanity mirror Clean room, bathroom and bathtub.. Soft bed with clean linens.. Cooling was good.. Toiletries are okaish.. Service is a bit laggy.. Could be better.. Staff is polite and well mannered.. At least the ones we interacted with.. Breakfast is good.. Can't say about repetitiveness as we only had a single night stay.. Nice huge lobby.. Lots of fishes.. Restaurant food is okaish.. Bit expensive.. Check in time 2pm and check out time 12pm..

We found the Hotel through google around midnight when we arrived Varanasi and it had great reviews and they were all true. Lovely hotel at a good location with all facilities and amenities

They need to keep the restroom cleaner and NOT turn off the air and power in the main lobby during the day! Which hotel does that! Otherwise ok.

Good hotel located near railway station in cantonment area in Varanasi. The enterance and lobby area is very big with very good furnishings to sit, relax and spend leisure time. The rooms though little congested but feel ok with furniture's. The rooms have mini refrigerator, kettle for tea and coffee as a complimentary. Bathrooms are neat and clean with all complimentary accessories like dental kit, shaving kit, soaps and shampoos. There is a bath tub with showers both hand and overhead. The restaurant is good inside the hotel itself which serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Overall the stay was good.

Location is good but rooms are smaller, I stayed in last week of April 23 for one night. Restaurant and bar is there, although food is good but very costly. Bar is also costly. Breakfast is served in open garden restaurant, one may find insects there. Tariff seems high looking to the facilities provided.

I highly recommend Hotel Meraden Grand to anyone visiting Varanasi. The outstanding service, exquisite dining, and remarkable amenities make it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I can't wait to return and experience their hospitality again.

I went for dinner and the food was delicious. In service they took bit longer time may be due to the rush. But overall dinning experience was good.

Meraden made our experience in Varanasi better. The hotel is clean, staff is customer friendly, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Not much room to complain!!! I can happily recommend this hotel to my friends.

Though it's considered as a 4 star hotel, it's just a, 2 star hotel. Services at arrival area and reception is poor. Don't know about regular room services as am here only for a night.

Such a beautiful hotel with super amenities and hospitality, food was super awesome, interior was literally awesome, it's gives peace to your eyes.. also facilities was superb.. little bit costly but food is tasty.. also you can find there photography corners as well as 4-5 Aquariums with beautiful reare coastly fishes.

Rooms were neat and clean. Lobby's ambience was Good. Excellent part is the location. Vishwanath temple is nearby, railway station is near.
