Best services, in house panneer production gives u extra taste and the terrace lounge is superb. One should visit once and Mr. Pankaj Shah one of the partners is an amazing personality.

I would like to share my personal experience with this hotel. Recently I made one booking in this hotel 🏨 immediately they confirmed my booking and gave me the confirmation over the mail. I also informed them that I will check in tomorrow slightly late in evening because I am coming via Train from Lucknow they said okk. Next day when I reached there in evening for check in they said we have changed you booking and you have to stay in another hotel. I said but I made booking in this hotel. They said because some construction work is going on in our hotel that's why we changed you stay. Then I said please show me where is construction going on. But no construction work was going on. The owner was so rude he was not ready to listen me and then started abusing me. Guys in night at 10pm I had to find another hotel. It was disgusting experience with hotel comfort inn. Dear valuable customers I would like to inform you that just for the sake of some extra money this kind on hotel owners ruining the reputation of whole industry. When I said that I will call police hotel owner said do whatever you want to do now can do anything against me in Varanasi. And he said I will tell police because you didn't made advance payment that's why we cancel your booking. Dear customer I would request everyone please don't stay in their hotel and let them realize what they have done.

Hotel is extremely with classic view in front of Varuna river corridor. Room was spacious with balcony side. Grate services and excellent food. Once again will try to visit this hotel. Thanks for your hospitality.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. Food was very tasty and all the staffs were very approachable . I would like to appreciate Mr Anuj Mishra from front office, Mr sunny Singh from house keeping and Mr Sarvesh from F&B ...seems like are very well trained. Keep up the good work.

Comfort inn Benares IS BEST HOSTEL IN VARANASI CANTONMENT This hotel is near Varuna river of Varanasi and as soon as you go to the hotel, its view is very good, as if you have come to heaven, here it is very nice to peep from the hotel, the services of the hotel are very good. And good communication .

Visited there with impression of comfort inn lucknow but disappointed. Location was not so good. In pictures you get to see something else. No garden area whereas shown in pics. Parking little crunched. Rooms are ok but not value for money.

Very nice and well maintained property. Service is very good. The staff is super courteous. The location is slightly off the main road but their service makes up for this. There are several hotels nearby so getting transport was very easy

Located in the Cantonment area, beside the famous hotels, Amaya, Rivatas and Radisson but reasonably priced. You will get the view of Varun River (which is not in a good shape) but still you can see it. The food we ordered was good, the staff took a lot of time though. We didn’t take the buffet breakfast package so no idea about that, but seeing the food ordered via Room service, I think the food at the restaurant will be good. They have their own open parking and you can get e-rickshaws for famous spots easily.

It was a really good and comfortable stay .! I would recommend to everyone .! I will give 5/5 for the food .! If you’re planning to order any food item in the room, go for it blindly . It’s super tasty 🤤 Plus, the staff was really helpful and good . Especially Mr. Anuj Mishra at the front desk , he helped us in arranging the taxis and guided us throughout 🥰🥰 The ambience of the hotel is even good . So I surely recommend for a comfortable stay .

Located in city, this has good rooms, friendly and available reception and quick room servicing. It's little far from places you plan to visit in varanasi but it's less crowded and peaceful.

Have stayed at the Comfort Inn once and attended multiple events here. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We could accommodate an extra bed easily. They have a hall in the basement which can easily accommodate 70-80 people. They also have a lounge on the 4th floor. The breakfast spread is very good. Service is good. The hotel is inside a lane but they have a parking ground in front. Can become congested during events though.

One of the best properties in Varanasi! When we got back to our room, there was a little surprise from the hotel to soak our feet and relax after a long and tiring day when we've had to walk a lot. The property is huge and you must try the satvik thali at one of their restaurants. The breakfast with live flute music and local delicacies was totally amazing :)

My stay at Comfort inn was very relaxing and soothing. After a tiresome travel it was exactly the place I wanted to be at. The staff over there is helpful and available at no time. They helped with everything such as cabs general information regarding benaras and ganga arti. The hotel also helps with good contacts for pooja and darshan. The food over there was tasty and palatable. The rooms were clean and upright. It has the best hospitality treatment. All in all I would like to revisit to this place whenever I'm back in Benaras.

Lovely hotel beside the river with a view of river front walk. The food has authentic taste. The roof top hall is best for a party with separate sit out areas and DJ . We had a great party there.

Be very careful of this place. Pricing and cancellation are at the whims and fancies of the manager. We had a situation where, we paid 50% of the booking in the hopes of travel. But due to an emergency had to cancel a day prior. They forced other members of our trip to pay 100% How dare they!

It was an excellent stay for me and my mother. The room was nice and food was great. Moreover from manager to housekeeper everyone was polite and respectful. Anuj and Rahul are great guys. Definitely recommend this place.

I was offered a room without windows means you cant see outside... looks like i am in a Jail... I would suggest them to have white lights in that soecific room so that it wont look haunted room. Rest everything was ok. Staff and management is good. Breakfast was awesome👌 Hotel is not in open area so overall an average feeling.

Room are good, but services aren't that great. Just one coffee powder sachet for one person in a room, the buckets provided upon special request was pathetic full of dead mosquitoes, also the food was served with a lot of delay. Food was ok though.

The room facing river is fabulous and definitely a surprise in varanasi.... The river is so clean and view unexpectedly nice..... 👍
