Rooms size is big & reasonably well maintained ... food is tasty 😋. Must visit place is kebab factory 🏭 & enjoy the delicacies with the efficient services of Mr. Sachin who take care of us well .

I opted this hotel due to its location. I had stayed with my parents. Food was very good, their house keeping staff Rambriksh and other staff who helped us in providing the information about Varanasi as it was our first visit to this city. Restaurant manager Mr. M P Singh is the best asset to this organization. He is very helpful and always on his toes. We appreciate the efforts of management and training department. Keep rocking Radisson Varanasi.

From the moment of check-in, this hotel got 0 stars. The staff were very rude and practically threw the room key card at me. The room was terrible, very damp and dirty. The hotel itself is very run down and feels a bit like the set for a horror movie. It was not possible to get dinner in the evening because although there were free seats in the restaurant, none of them had been cleared or cleaned. It was a mess. The door also did not lock properly and the safe in the room was not functioning. I checked out at 5.30am the next day and checked in somewhere else. Don’t believe the likely fake 5* reviews….unless you want a not so nice surprise.

My mother and her friends stayed there for 3 days and nights and on the day of checkout they couldn’t reach hotel on time and called and requested the front desk reg the same.They didn’t even respond and apart from that they refused to speak to the person(mother friend) who reached the hotel a bit early and was trying to explain reg the same as the lugagge wasn’t fully packed. This isn’t how you behave with the customers.u should be little flexible atleast when if it’s a genuine cause.real disappointment.

Radisson is getting pathetic day by day. Even I experienced power cut first time in such hotel. People at front desk are not bothered to answer the ringing phone. Worst experience I would never recommend and would never visit this hotel. Water logging bathrooms. I requested many times but seems people working there were not at all concerned. When I spoke to a Manager he said that it may be a cultural difference. Really disappointed, how come welcoming someone could be cultural difference. No one disrespects guest untill you are anti social element.

Excellent property. Feels like home. A bit away from the centre but close to the Varanasi Railway station. Great food and good service.

The rooms were nice with all amenities and the staff were courteous. The only irksome factor was its breakfast spread . It lacked the starred quality and menu items . The fresh juice were just water and unpalatable. Only one non veg option availability and it lacked the pumpkin seeds and almonds in the cereal department. Needs an overhaul.

Very helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was not bad. Room clean with good facilities. Prompt help from housekeeping when needed. The hotel is under renovation, which is needed with some areas a little worn. Could do with more decoration in the form of wall pictures and individual statement furniture pieces to individualise the rooms. A bit too formulaic for a 5 star hotel. Pool surrounded by bird waste and not pleasant to use. Otherwise satisfactory stay.

Internal is good. Waiting room is very spacious. Very hygienic washrooms. But food taste is not so good. It's ok ok type. Overall good. 👌👍

Value for money stay. Very polite and hospitable staff. Exceptional service by chef Hari, as travelling with kids called for customisation of food for them and he was very happy to help her. Shafgufta, one of restaurant staff was always smiling and ready to help us. I would recommend this place.

Worst hotel I have ever visited. Room is not to the standard of 2 star. Breakfast was horrible. Just waste of Money staying with them. Never try to stay here as they are going to spoil your trip.

Very disappointing for a Radisson - Whole hotel needs a full refurbishment which is apparently in the process - our room was v scruffy with v poor house keeping with a mystery smell with a hint of smoking - faulty lamps and lethal hairdryer and all looked very uncared for/dated as does alot of the hotel - we had filthy windows overlooking about 50 air conditioning units so it was very noisy as a result hardly slept -buffet food awful and alot of hot food was luke warm -I hardly ever comment about food but this time felt it necessary as it was so poor - very under staffed in buffet for number of guests when we were there yesterday for 2 days only thank god - Not to be recommended unless a total overhaul/refurbished - v poor even by India standards ! We were on a tour and stayed in approx 6 diff hotels, some of them Raddison- it was the worst by far sadly

Staff was very helpful , room were nice, prompt service . But the food is over prices for the kind of food the serve in dinner. Breakfast was included and was good compared to dinner.

Amazing food especially the Navratri Thali that we ordered for 2 consecutive days in dinner. Really great service. Loved our stay. Special love to the chef ❤️

hotel had ac issues in summer, so little disappointing. few rooms are very average compared to radisson of other cities. seems like a maintenance issue

Booked the hotel because of the chain. Had booked 2 rooms. Both had problems. In one we were given twin beds when we had booked a double bed. In the second the sink drainage was blocked and took an hour to repair.

Rooms are spacious and clean.....the buffet breakfast is delicious as always ..this time they made Shephard's pie for us as we requested it before.

The ambience is nice but what they need to work is on their hosting culture... We every month conduct our BNI meeting there... There are flies in the room continuously disturbing our formal meeting... Buffet- Food is never served hot- the taste is not apt... Even when asked from the allotted staff to get us things... They don't listen.....

Food was the best the part of the hotel. Breakfast was authentic and flavourful and dinner was easily comparable and hig quality. Service is outstanding with great staff. Rooms are a tad old in nature that's the only complaint.

Good comfortable stay. Room service and housekeeping was efficient. Food was well prepared. We ordered a lot of Italian as well as Indian and both cuisines were nicely done.

Avoid staying here!! Only the restaurants are good and the 2 stars are for that. I don't know how others have rated this hotel 4+ stars. The rooms are smelly and fittings & applicances are very old. The front office staff do not know how to talk courteously to the guests. They always make you wait and are not ready to offer help with anything you ask. When I stayed here, they were doing some Civil work in the floor above. Constant drilling and loud sounds. Even after complaining, they did not stop. Pathetic experience!

A very average hotel in all aspects weather rooms, food, services or ambience. Since I have not checked any other hotels in Varanasi to compare, can't say much of the standards, but it is a completely avoidable place to stay, and the food quality is bad. Avoid Buffets completely.

I wish to bring to your kind notice, that this was a horrible experience, which I have faced . So much of power issue, horrible, on top to add the generator issue. The Moment you try to get some sleep, the power goes off. Air conditioner was not up to the mark . What has the management done about that. Have they come and inform the customers, nor they have sent out a apology letter. They have taken for grated about this issue, when raise an issue, the only word comes out is sorry. So much so, have you ever got a fly in your fruit bowl in such big reputed hotels.? Something to think about.

Facilities are not as expected in Radisson No floor mats Swimming pool very small and unhygienic with lots of pigeons around. Swimming pool is overlooked by so many rooms.No privacy. Food is good. Construction is very old.Humid rooms with lot of smell of Humidity

One of the best properties in the holy city of varanasi. Located in the cantonment area, is about a 15 mins drive from the ancient city. Rooms are fantastic with a very agreeable support staff. Had a very pleasant stay. Thank you Radisson.

Nice hotel located outside the busy noisy area of Varanasi. A little disappointed with the room quality as experienced damp smell in the rooms which was also shared by others. Lobby area is nice with a balcony area leading to the restaurant, nice place to sit. Food was nice but the menu did not change much. Friendly staff overall. A big concern with fire exits which lead out through the kitchen in the ground floor.

The rooms are clean and tidy. Services are good but can be better in a way. The staff is courteous and humble. They welcome their guests with kindness. But there is always room for improvement so watch out for it.

The saving grace of the hotel is the warm hospitality of the service staff and the fantastic food at the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant deserve a special shoutout for being warm and attentive. Musty smell in rooms. Needs some upgrading.

One of the finest Hotel of Varanasi. Very friendly & co-operative staff with large room size, cleanliness & best room service. Food at Restaurant are amazing. Breakfast is too good. Kabab factory at Radisson Varanasi is one of the best for Kebab Lovers.

The rooms are very nice and modern with great wievs. Super clean and amazingly silent. The security guys and all other staff were amazingly kind except of the 2 employees at check in. The moment we checked out ,we were never their clients. Even though we wanted to stay one more night ,when hotel was sold out ,we were refused to use the pool and we were allowed to use the reception area for only an hour. Loved everything except receptionists!

Totally worth the stay. You wouldn’t need properties a notch above than this here. Very hospitable and the staff are on their toes to render the best of their services starting from the security guards to the bell boy to housekeeping and in room dining. The food is stupendous here!!

Bit old property and claustrophobic, food isn't great at all for the money they charge. Dinner Rs. 1300 plus taxes, Dishes are about 600 to 700 - I understand is is star hotel etc. I am talking about value for the taste. Bhindi was ripe (highly fiber), ice cream was just ICE no cream, Jamoon hardly was sweet. Bath tub is deep and uneven, safe wasn't working so was the fridge. For a couple king or queen size bed is ideal - two separate beds ! Sure one may say travel agent booked - but doesn't matter i suffered and didn't like it :-)

Nice and specious room. Food quality and taste is good. Hotel is around 8km away from Kashi Vishwanath temple. Reception area is very attractive with good seating arrangement.

Rude front office staff, they always proves you wrong for any of your concerns. Their senior are very shy and always either busy in a meeting or out of hotel whenever you try to rais your concerns. AC doesn't work in the rooms... too old furniture... mattress are out of shape.... stincky small in the rooms. Above all very non courteous staff...

I don't like the rooms at all.radisson is a name n it has seriously disappointed me... Rooms really need refurbishing, bathroom is really dirty and I felt I have booked some 3rd grade room with everything old and yellow and dirty.... Really had to gather some courage evey time I have to make a call to the reception bcz the phone in my room was so dirty...we booked the room for 2 nights and 3 days and payment was done in advance but we checked out after spending a night only.
