Hay guys worst experience I had in my life with unprofessional peoples. This hotel is run by a family with is totally unprofessional . I booked this hotel without travel app one month advance and paid full amount at the time of booking. Also I got confirmation from hotel by mail for confirmation of booking.. After reaching at hotel they denied our booking and started threatning us Hotel management told us that they have got booking at higher price so they cancelled our booking even without informing anybody. Because of their unprofessional behaviour we lost our money and suffered a lot in arranging another hotel. So be careful while booking this hotel.

Hotel Yash residency is fraud hotel. We booked hotel online 1 week back and paid amount in advance also. Hotel staff confirmed our booking but when we reached the hotel we got to know that our hotel booking is cancelled. They didn’t intimate us before also. When we asked them the reason they said that they got some higher price booking for our already booked rooms .this is an act of fraud against the customer. They didn’t inform us prior also. I have to search for another room for the next 2 hours. We were helpless in an unknowns city for 2 hours. Thanks to our cab driver who helped us In booking our hotel. I advise everyone not to book this fraud hotel

The hotel is situated in very narrow street you can not reach there by taxi easily you have to face lot of problems for going there. Their is no service for guest. Breakfast included in the room charges but they are providing only Puri and subzi without tea coffee. The owner or incharge Pandey is very dangerous person he is fighting with guest and others. He threatens to guest and vibes that you are in dangerous hotel. This hotel is very unsafe for all people. I booked this hotel from Agoda I think Agoda is also doing fraud with their customers by giving wrong information.

No Stars as there are nothing for facilities, some of the hotel staffs are good while some are totally unmannered and the main reason for this is the owner of this property. He is arrogant person, don't know how to talk with the guest, they will charge you by showing the other rooms but once you reach to the hotel, they won't be able to provide you the same room. Even the owner of this property use to abuse the guests and fights with them.

Totally Fraud and Goons. They took full payment of one day and we had a condition of having rooms in the first floor. But when there's no available rooms in the first floor we requested for atleast one for our elderly persons. The owner had threatened us to get killed and touched one of us unethically! Also didn't get any refund or the stay as they threw us out!

Not recommended pathetic experience 😒 Room service poor, bathroom tap not fix, toilet paper not available, hand soap quality not average, geyser present bt not working, door lock quality not good, instead of quilt they provide door curtains, room service drinking water not available ( take your bottle and fill your self from reception). Tea & coffee kit not provided, electric kettle not provided, rooms are too small. Bed back side made of simple ply work, i have never seen such a worst hotel, i am very disappointed with Agoda they comitt for good hotel with neat and clean room facilities and amenities without assuring theirself. Even the hotel staff didnt not know how to treat their guest neither polite nor they able to fix the issues.

Hotel Yash Residency doesn’t deserve 1 star , all the good reviews are paid. Hotel is so so bad. Hotel is in the closed gali you can’t go there by four vehicle , no availability of auto and e - riksha near by . We reached there at 3:30pm we booked 3 rooms and at first they denies 3rd room after waiting for 40 mints he gave us a room which was given on hourly basis to a couple. Lock bolt was broken , no hot water coz geyser wasn’t working. The owner Kaushik Kumar Pandey is a politically influenced gunda . He is so rude and misbehaved with all of us .we bought some sarees and they delivered us to the hotel Kaushik Pandey fought with him no reason and threatened him too . Over all a very bad experience with family . Better consider bad comments coz all the good are paid and fake. Thumbs down 👎🏻

Why Google why ?? Why do you allow such hotels which have so many bad recommendations allow cheat and fraud other innocent tourists. Google map itself tells how far it is from. I hold Google responsible for my bad experience. Despite so many horrible stories posted in review Google is allowing high rating and making tourist fool. Perfect example how Google reviews are faked! Google search and ratings are not reliable now for me !!

The hotel has a great location with respect connectivity of public transports but lacks parking space. The staff and owner need to work on their hospitality and customer services. The management really should have had lift service installed as it is a multi storey building.

I have booked a room fr 25/12/23 to 27/12/23 through MAKE MY TRIP on line & paid rs 15372. On visiting hotel I found ,it is located in such a narrow lane, hard to find,no cleanness,rude staff. Finally I DIDN'T CHECKED IN. & lost rs 15372. as MMT also refused to entertain my complaint. I took other hotel fr stay. I want to give ZERO rating but that is not available.

Such a disappointment.. u booked this hotel online after seeing glossy picture and good reviews but unfortunately those turned out to be fake.. room size is not adequate.. in breakfast they don't even provide tea.. and such a disrespectful and arrogant manager I ever interacted.. he was not ready to listen any complaint and asked us to get out from reception... . There is no proper road for vehicle..I will never recommend anyone .. u may get good option directly but never go with this..

Rooms are good and budget friendly, especially room number 102. Services are good, but there are no food options as they don't have a kitchen. You have to book food online or visit the nearest market to obtain food. Staff is really helpful and supportive ,they do have a travel desk too. They accept cash card and UPI payments. Enjoy your stay .

The Hotel staff and owner are local gundas. They didn’t gave the keys without 100% full advance payment. The owner asked some other guest to check out at 11in night because no blankets were available. The location as shown in the Online Booking Sites are all false. The location is very bad. Travelling is also very uncomfortable. No shops nearby. Even the roads are not properly constructed. Only autorickshaw and e - rickshaw can come, no space for four-wheelers. Very bad experience. Very bad location. Even the hotel staff is not co-operative. No facility kind of thing. 250 ml Water water cost 50rs plus gst. No breakfast is given even after charges been taken.

The location is a bit difficult to find. For rooms I would rate 6/10 and for service I would rate 6/10. If you get any better option at the same price try other hotels.

I stayed and booked this hotel room over telephone at late night. The manager was very good. He called to know where we were in this unknown location. The room was good. However, there were lots of mosquitoes. The little young boy, I don't know his name, he handed me a repellent liquid. Overall the service was good. It was safe. The manager helped us in finding the good locations to visit, suggested the shopping destinations. Overall experience was good. But, location is too confusing. Autos, and rickshaws won't be able to find the exact location.

Very poor quality in room space. Room size is 2bed size. Bathroom door in closeable. Don't go there with driver. Because driver has no amenities. No room,bathroom for driver here. You've to spent 200/- per head to go ghat by toto. Very poor in every quality. MMT is making fools.

Travelled in October 2023 as a solo traveller. Peaceful location 5 - 10 mins from durga temple . About 15 mins in e rickshaw to assi ghat. Located in residential area so away from city noisy environment. House keeping staff prasand , deepak , shubham are extremely helpful and will go way and beyond to offer their help. Kitchen is under renovation but you can order from their collaboration with a restaurant or from anywhere via swiggy/zomato. If you are looking for peaceful location yet still close to ghats , this is the location for you. Thank you staff for all your help and assistance. Will definitely come back. Har har mahadev 🙏🙏🕉🕉

The only reason to give 1 star rating was that we can't give zero in google. Very unsafe hotel for women and families. First of all it is hard to reach as the local transport will not even be able to recognize the hotel. The owner who claims himself educated and calls himself advocate has no respect for women, kids and even his customers. We visited recently (22 members) among who 18 were women and he made us checkout forcefully midnight around 12 to 1. Even the rooms aren't as luxurious as shown. Actually they were not even acceptable for residing. Don't ever think of considering this hotel which gives public toilets as washrooms for its guests which doesn't even has a proper lock.

Nice people & nice place, booked super deluxe here for me and my wife, room was neat clean, breakfast was hygienic & served on time...

Worst hotel in india......everything is below graded. Location is very far away, all the staff including owner is just idiot. Two house just added to made this poor quality hotel. Don't stay there.

according to the price this hotel is pathetic 🙄. the staff is very irritating. if you order the tea they take atlst 45 minutes to bring your tea. there services is very bad. i book the premium rooms of this hotel and they charge me 22k for 2 room for 5 days and now am regretting on my decision.. very bad experience, No car parking, you have to walk atlst 400 meters from where you park your car.. totally disappointed 😞 with this hotel

Worst place to stay, taxi cannot reach we need to carry our luggage and walk; no breakfast provided, if insist they gave poori in a pouch sabzi in a pouch - horrible. There was power cut and no back up, fan light did not work, hotel staff rude / goondas and zero service. Not safety for women to stay in this hotel. Worst experience.

Not so good I booked through agoda they cheat us I book standard room and when I reached there hotel staff told me in standard room ac will not be provided. Now you imagine I booked hotel in this summer without ac. Agoda also cheat us. I paid extra money in hotel to shift in ac room in this summer. All online hotel booking companies making fool to their customers. Hotel location also in residential area you cannot easily trace that hotel. Booking sites are completely making fool to their customers. Never go for this hotel also. It is more than 5 kilometres away from Kashi Vishwanath temple. Local conveyance also making loot in banaras.

This is not 500 Rs cost room...Dirty all around. Can see Rat Droppings in Bathroom n Basin... No service after calling. Photos are attached. I booked for 2000 something this room...Waiste of money..Pesticides smell in rooms. My bad..didn't see reviews first. This is in Colony area..away from the main road...

I went through a horrible experience today in this hotel named "Yash Residency". The location was incorrectly and poorly mapped and was located far from main hustle bustle areas in the narrow lanes, accompanied with unpleasant ambiance and unprofessional staff behaviour with a high pitched and rude interaction with the guests. It was followed by high price of the rooms available. Due to all these worst factors I had to quit the stay in this hotel even after paying prior online booking charges.

After reading reviews I have made booking they neither compro with the early (only 45 mins) checkin timings nor they compro with check out room service is more than worst as their bathrooms sanitary fittings are not working so properly and rooms are fulled of mosquito(taken super deluxe room) asked for all out or coil not responded worst stay just avoid
