We had booked the Regency hotel Hall as a venue for engagement purpose, Everything was nicely managed by event manager and it's supporting staff, special thanks to " Ritesh"

One of the best Hotels in Varanasi imo. The hotel has all the things what it takes to be on Top. Specially Mr. Kamlesh Maurya who really helped us in our stay. I recommend everyone to stay here.

I booked this hotel for 4 days from 24th to 27th for our trip to Banaras. However, I checked in at hotel on 25th morning at 9 o'clock. My experience with this hotel was great untill I went for check out on 28th. The location is near Varanasi junction, the hotel have ample parking space, the food was delicious (price is a bit higher), service was g8. However, at the time of check out the man at reception was very rude. Firstly, at the time of check out they didn't add the bill for my lunch which I highlighted n got that added. Also, I noticed that they had added a price for cup of tea on 25th which was complimentary. Upon my question, Mr. Vijay (Receptionist) said that the hotel provides complimentary tea next day from the date of check in. However, my booking was from 24th. Hotel should look into these kind of affairs which somehow creates disputes among customer.

Hotel Location - Good, near varanasi junction station and varanasi cantt bus stand, but little far away from kashi vishwanath temple and ghats, but manageable via auto. If one has their own car, then parking facility is available in hotel, and this hotel would be the perfect one to stay at because the ones near ghats might not even allow vehicle. Amenities - ✅ Room and washroom - I was with my parents so a group of 3 people who booked a super delux room via goibibo for 2nights. There were 2 single beds and one extra mattress was provided along with bedsheet and pillow, later an extra blanket too. Other than this, room had a sofa with a table, a wardrobe, a television, a working table along with chair, an ac and a very small balcony. Washroom was clean and good enough. Service - They allowed us early check-in on the basis of room availability. Staff was thoroughly attentive, responsive and helpful throughout our stay at the hotel. Food - Haven't tried at hotel, so can't comment on this one. Hotel photos- I haven't clicked any hotel related photo without us being present in them, so not uploading here. Based on my experience, I will totally recommend this hotel.

Service is good, rooms are good...but i think the food is little bit expensive.....other than everything was good

The washroom was very bad 👎 All the remotes were not working, room was not properly cleaned. They were ignoring after knowing the issues. Not recommended to stay with family. The service is very poor.

Benefit of this hotel is that , its on the main road . Thats all. Food was decent and rooms are okish.

The place was nice, located on the main road near Varanasi Junction. It's far from Kashi Vishwanath Temple and Dasashwamedh Ghat, but it's spacious. The staff was friendly. Even though it's an old building, it's well-maintained. The room and bathroom were a good size.

Hotel regency is a very beautiful 03 star hotel .regency is providing best Services to Costumer with emfortable rates.all staff behaviour is very good.

The reception was non co operative and arrogant and they do not welcome guest in a optimistic approach need to improve staff experience

So far the best hotel in Varanasi where I visited and the behavior of the hotel staff is very good specially kamlesh ji. he is very polite and humble personality. His dealing ability is so good and service of hotel is also good.

Poor service with high price... Breakfast also not as good as compare to other hotels.... If you want to visit kasi vishwanath temple, far away from temple, 3 km, but traffic makes this distance very far.... Overall , we had bad experience...

Good atmosphere here, clean room, nice parking , entrance looking good. Gents Receptionist found rude behaviour. Cost including bf ok ok. Toothpaste set, shaving set not found . Food taste ok ok.

I use to stay in hotel Regency frequently and found the hospitality, service and behavior of hotel manager's and staff is very cooperative and humble. Specially Mr Kamlesh is very customer friendly and always ready to help the guest's

One the best and finest hotels I ever stayed. Fine neat and properly maintained property with good service. I highly recommend South Indians to stay here because you get best food for us here...
