Hotel is good and very clean. Hygiene is nicely taken care of, restaurant could be better, serves repeated breakfast. My stay was for six nights so we were bored of pretty much the same breakfast. Though the staff is friendly they are VERY GOOD AT GOODING UP THE RESTAURANT BILL. If you don’t check it while paying you might end up paying for the other table too. F&B manager “Anshuman Singh” in particular is too high pitched and arrogant. He goofed up our bill the first night. When questioned tried to dominate the conversation instead of listening. He keeps arguing and says pls don’t speak to me like this or raise your voice. He’s a harassment to talk to! Avoid him as long as you can! Rest is all good!

Location is the USP of this hotel. Shree Kashi Vishwanath temple, shree Durga Devi temple, Shree Sankat Mochan Hanuman temple all are in nearby locations. Rooms are clean and good. Service are good.

Pathetic service at the restaurant and room service. Charging so high charges like a 5 star hotel. But they deserve a 1* rating. Worst experience. Can't even get a bed tea after one hour of an order, and that too a cold tea... Avoid this hotel

The rooms are good. Hotel staff is very polite. This is the nearest hotel from kashi vishwanath temple which has a parking space. You can easily get autos outside the hotel to reach kashi vishwanath temple.

We completed a fantastic 5 day stay here last week with my parents and aunt. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant served delicious complimentary breakfast which set a positive tone for the day. The travel desk arranged the visits in and around the city with excellent drivers and helped take the pressure off the planning. Lastly, the hotel staff is courteous and make you feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay and would love to stay here again.

This hotel Diamond is very good and the service is also good, and it is also good, there is more space. And there are many things in it, I liked it very much, but I have never been to the hotel, just seen it from a distance.

With all trust I booked banquet hall for my engagement but got disappointment at the end due to mismanagement. Even after all confirmation about decoration and other arrangements it got spoiled. Decoration was just worst, stage and other stuff was all of low quality. At the end we asked why did all these were not correct, got reply that we should come prior even if we are busy in other important task and check the arrangements. If customer need to check the arrangements then what is the use of management team. I will suggest anyone to first check the quality of arrangements before any payments because they are just worried about their business don’t have any concern about someone’s special day. If it’s spoiled, team is not at all going to take responsibility on that.

Located little away from busy temple area but in prime locality with ample car parking space. Takes about 20 min by electric autos to reach Viswanathar temple. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Basic amenities like WiFi, TV, Kettle & Mini Fridge is available in rooms. Courteous and helpful staff.

Cheated is all you will feel in the end of your experience, do not book there banquet hall as they overcharge you for everything, the management team is incompetant and does not take the responsibility of ruined decorations and event. Fooled us on decorations and stage planning, completely misleaded us. Less spacious and non-professional staff.

One of the rare places in Varanasi where we get car parking. The staff was kind to not frown as little toddlers ran on their sofas and sprinkled salt-and-pepper everywhere on sofas, cushions and floor. The food was delicious and expertly prepared.

Centrally located with easy access to religious sites. Large size rooms with wornout wooden floor and outdated furniture. Bathroom fittings are old and need replacement.. considering the quality of rooms the tariff is quite high..

The hotel has such a pathetic service that they will make you embarrassing in front of your guests. We had a small function whereby we took their per plate service in Mangalam hall at 1100/- per plate price on Nov. 17, 2022. They served paneer tikka in starter whereby they were only servicing 1 piece to 1 person and that too all has to wait for a longer time. Their vegetables and sweet I.e gulab jamun was really bad in taste. The staff Anshuman was the manager and he was also a piece who will just misguide you.
