Completely pathetic services. No intimation on booking confirmation. Cancellation policy is a hoax. I had tried to book this via Agoda where there was no intimation of a successful booking, yet I was charged the complete amount. Upon confirmation with the bank, got to know that the merchant had already received full amount. This hotel then denies to refund upfront. Complete violation of consumer rights! I would not recommended this place at all, given the greedy nature of the owner here.

Really Bad experience... 1. Very bad location - about 100 mtr from main road but the street is really very dirty, full with garbage all over and full of suspecious people in the street. My family had to take auto/electric rickshaw just to travel this 100 mtr. 2. The staff is very rude, service is very poor. 3. The rooms are very basic lacking all the facilities like dental kit, shaving kit, bathroom sleepers. For everything, we had to repeatedly call reception and the person delivering items treats like we have given them burden to them. 4. For extra bed, they offer only mattress without blankets, we had to literally beg for blanket for extra person inspite of paying full amount for extra person. 5. Avoid booking through Agoda just to save some money.

Unhygienic and overrated hotel with poor Services. Bathrooms and rooms are filled with stains with spits, even the room service people have there mouth filled with pan masala or whatever when are on service. Couldn’t use the bathroom at all as it was in pathetic condition. Even the towels had same stains, it cannot be a 3-star hotel.

Those visiting kashi and like to stay this Hotel Varanasi inn in sigra area. 5 floors building. Though in small lane, the amenities are good. Staff service really helpful. Morning breakfast newspaper available. Rooms are neat and linen changed systematically. Waiting hall and reception there. My opinion is really satisfying visit. Definitely this 3*** hotel can be placed in visitors stay list in kashi. Keep the tempo friends

Our 2 families stayed 11 days in 4 rooms. We were impressed a lot with the VARANASI INN. They welcomed with garlands. Almost all of the facilities, services, neatness is good. Specifically, management has taken taken care in all aspects. Thanks to management. Service of Anil, Yadav and boys is very good, they are really very cooperative and humble also. So we enjoyed the trip and satisfied with VARANASI INN. 👏 I will recommend this property to my friends, relatives etc.👍

We stayed in this hotel in Nov 2022. The staff are really efficient and co operative. We needed customized less spicy food for my kids and my parent. The chef listened carefully to our requirement and customized the dishes accordingly. What I liked most is how approachable the staffs were. I shall recommend this hotel to my known circle too.

Worst experience ever!.. Limited options in food.. Especially during the breakfast buffet, .. Staff was incompetent... Also the accessibility to main areas of the city was a major issue since the hotel is located in a very narrow street so every time we had to take a longer route to access the ghats and the temple...

Pathetic Service I Could say!!! .. The main ethics of hospitality sector is to give respect to your customer, have cheerful attitude, have patience and cater in utmost way. Hotel Varanasi In!!! Staffs are very rude and arrogant god knows for what although property was good. After lunch and at evening we were going for sightseeing and request in reception to clean the room. He just denied that the service is only provide when you check out and on other customer check in. We just requested to do the same but he was too rigid regarding not to clean. He gave us sarcastic smile as we stayed first time in hotel. We used to stay various 5 star, 4 and 3 star hotels in various part of country and very pleased from heart wining hospitality by them. Sometimes giving some additional service to your customer is not violation of rules and regulations in hospitality sector. Secondly they assume themselves as 3 star hotel but in breakfast they only provide 2 to 3 menu that is very selective in this case. Staffs not willing to carry luggage in my case in check in as well as in check out time and only make flat face. Overall experience is not satisfactory although hygiene and centralised cooling is good. Bad experience I can say due to staff behaviour.

The rooms are tiny, not the cleanest. staff are meh, location is okay. breakfast is fruits, cereal, idly vada and eggs. nothing to write home about. shower pressure is good, internet speed surprising was better than expected.

Everything about this hotel is nice - staring from the staff to the rooms, food, etc. They have a travel desk that helps arrange airport drops, and provides cabs for complete tours throughout the city. Also their driver, Suresh ji is extremely helpful, helps arrange special sugam darshan tickets to Kashi vishwanath temple in the last moment as well, arranging nice boats for ganga aarti. Overall highly recommended.

The hotel is value for money (amenities are in line with expectations in terms of 3-star property, in Tier -2 cities). Rooms with twin beds/double bed options available. The rooms are reasonably sized; washrooms are clean with basic accessories provided (hot water available). Additional toiletries, slippers/slip ons can be requested. Dining options (veg & non veg) available); in room dining allowed (orders can be accepted before a cut-off at night). A travel desk tied-up with hotel; the services can be availed at reasonable prices/ in & outside city touring packages available. Airport drop/pickup also available on request (chargeable). Hatchback or Sedans can be requested as per need, their pricing differs. While booking online (for temple darshan) is suggested & more economical; the travel desk+ hotel can arrange for it as well. Our assigned driver-Suresh ji was a really helpful guy; managing to get us sugam darshan tickets for Vishwanath ji darshan on 1 day (we didn't book tickets for) + ganga aarti boat service.

Inconvenient,unclean,unsafe, and honestly quite terrible location. Impossible to stay with family due to this. In-house restaurant serves both veg and non-veg food, both are prepared in same kitchen. Opening the curtains of rooms is not possible because of the unpleasant and unsavoury scene outside. Hotel not easily accessible by four wheelers.

Overall this is a great hotel to stay in Varanasi if your primary purpose of visit is to goto Shri Kashi Vishvanathaji Dhaam and Dashashvamedh Ghat. The hotel is 500 meters away from both. For Shri Kashi Vishvanathaji visit, gate 4 is the nearest gate from this hotel. Their restaurant offers good buffet breakfast and good a la carte choices as well. The executive rooms are big and spacious and the AC is good. However there will not be any street view. But the room will have some daylight through a frosted glass window. Overall a great place to stay

Rooms were decent okay for the family too...Hot water in the morning was available as it is a problem in most hotels considering the winter season... breakfast is not that good ...staff is cooperative...near to Kashi Vishwanath temple although 2.2 km away... locality is okay...

The most rude patriarchial behaved animals are running this hotel who even insult a 60+ year old couple. The guy at the reception actually called gunda type pple to deal with normal customers on asking for half hour early check-in on pre booking.. A******

Location is not good, its located inside a very narrow street with no view, in some room front view is blocked, Rooms are good, thier room ambience is good but toilets are not enough spacious also the quality of shampoo provided by them is not nice , also they didn't provided shower gel. About food, thier food is delicious and tasty but you have to wait a lot for your lunch or dinner, they takes lot of time to prepare. It look like they have only 1 chef and 1 waiter thats why its take them lot of time to prepare for the meal

Cost wise little high. But room is big and neat. All the facilities like ac, tv, hot water, toilet, bed, power backup were working very fine and room service is appreciated. For cap facilities, auto rickshaw order and darshan etc hotel staff will guide you very convenient way. Over all experience from checkin to checkout was really great👍

Stayed during 1st week of November 2022 with family for few days. Overall very nice staff and service. Complimentary b/f was really good. Spacious deluxe room. Very near to city center (Sigra). Only drawback I could think is the narrow approach road and no parking space.

Hotel is of average type. Attitude of person sitting at the front desk is so worst and intolerable that it cannot be said. Food is good and tasty. Location is in narrow streets

The manager of the hotel was very cooperative n decent person. Staff was also good. Rooms were ok ok, not worth the money, Though they were clean enough. When we used the washrooms of our room, used toiletries of last guest were kept so i had to ask to replace them also no towels were there. It may be because of our early check-in but still it wasn't eye soothing at all.

The rooms and the toilets are clean and are equipped with all common amenities. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant deserves a special thanks the food is very tasty. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. Location of the hotel is in the busy gully (small one way Road) but if you want to stay near the Ghats and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple this is the great place, parking is in the basement if in case you visit by a car

The service and the rooms were too good. Nothing as what is stated on the above comments or reviews. The staffs are very polite and very good hospitality done by the staffs of the hotel. Malaysians who are coming to kaasi for the first time please book this hotel. Only thing is the location to the temple is abit far but you can always take an auto it can be also arranged by the hotel staffs. Overall the hotel is super good.
