Good Hotel and location is good because being near Cantt Railway Station. Rooms are good but not providing hot water in bathroom so it’s problem in cold season. They give you lollipop in the name of Internet WiFi connection. Staff behaviour is good. Lift is closed after 10 pm so very painful for second floor customers. Overall having good rooms management is dull in providing basic services.

Very bad experience. If you are go by the outer look and images shared in internet then you are on trap. Rooms are very poor and the bathroom is also not upto the mark a normal house uses a good types of basin and commode now a days but this hotel having a pathetic bathroom with no geyser they will tell you that you need to call on reception for geyser but after several calls also they are not bothered. Room furnitures are very old and they tried to cover them with ply also you cannot use the balcony as the floor is under construction. You are not getting any charging point or any switches beside the bed. And they are charging high for this types of pathetic room. Highly recommend not to go.

NO Honestly speaking, WORST HOTEL in Varanasi. Dirty, filthy very small rooms with foul smell, uncultured staff and unprofessional dealing is enough to spoil the trip of a guest. This is not a hotel but a very cheap third class lodge. We had checked in at 03:00 pm on 26 March 2023 and checked out immediately at 03:30 pm. They refused to refund our amount and on the contrary misbehaved us. Please don't spoil your tour and avoid this third class so called hotel. This is a worst and worst place .

Service is ok. Good served was way much better than other hotels. The location of the hotel is very easier to locate. All the AC were very old with a noticeable humming noise. Cooling off AC in the seminar hall was not sufficient even when almost ten of them were running all at once.

The property is near by railway station. The service is very bad even after lot of callings to the reception theydidn't listens for room cleaning. Wifi- very bad wifi with the slowest speed. I would suggest to not book this hotel instead choose a different property in the same budget.

I stayed in Varanasi Palace for 4 days and the stop here is very good, these people work with a lot of heart and the food here testy and healthy. Personally Ajay ji's best work

Had a very good experience at the hotel. 1. The staff was polite and late night check-in was allowed. 2. The room was very spacious with a clean bathroom, balcony and a TV set. 3. The hotel premise is pleasant and is located at walking distance from Varanasi railway station. Will recommend it to others.

Easy location, thanks to Mr. Masood ji, for making our trip memorable. Room servi e was so good. The service is far better then earlier, we have stayed last year also. Specially rooms was soo neat and clean. Food was also very tasty then earlier. Thank you Team

We booked 5 rooms here b/n 5th Oct to 7th Oct,22.The staff behavior was cordial but the cleaning was not good.The blankets of every room was full of stains.In one of our room,flush was not working properly & control panel of AC was broken.The interior of rooms was very plain & simple...🤗

Location is perfect for tourists as well as corporate customers as it is situated near Varanasi junction. Service improved a lot since last 6 months. They are upgrading their rooms interior and amenities regularly. Overall good experience

Very worest hotel plese don't go this hotel my clients 24 members go to this hotel but so many problems face room two worest money also missing 8000/- one room and 15,000/- missing one room and then last check out day charged 30,000/- only watter botels and coffe last day very ajay sunil is very worest rude behaviour

My experience is very bad. Firstly no any proper driver's accomodation and this type of hotel is very essential to provide a geyser and also room service is very poor but other everything is fine.

They charge apporx 2200 for a room. Its a very old room given a makeup to look new. Not even a 1000 ruppee room. All the hotel in this area has the same system. Very overpriced

Hotel is about 800 m from Varanasi Junction. I have booked room by walk-in, tariff is too high (6k/day) against facility provided. No toiletry provided, hot water kettle available but tea bags not provided. Poor cleaning, no complementry drinking water, T.V. & A.C. available but not working, charged high for each complementry services which are inclusive in other lower tariff hotels. Do not think to stay here because it is situated in nearby location of Varanasi junction.

Price is reasonable however room condition is just OK. Not very clean, TV not working. Just opposite the BSB station in a street. Hotel front is beautiful.
