Although the food here is very good and I always go there, my family members also have kitty parties here. But on 19th February 2022 I reached with my family at around 9:30 at night we were about 9 people, restaurant manager tell me to sit and said we will arrange table in a while but after wait for 20 minutes he told us to go back, while some other people also came at the same time, he offered them the table, after that I had to go somewhere else to have dinner. It was a very bad experience for me, neither I will go nor recommend anyone to go there.

Well maintained rooms with excellent air conditioning and power back up. The staff and reception desk were very helpful and were willing to help out with any minor requests.

It's a very good hotel to stay. Staff service is also very good.

The hotel ambience and staff are good, service provided is also fine. But the room is extremely small and stuffy. They took over an hour after the check-in time to allocate us with a room and we had to wait all this while. There aren't any major amenities or toiletries provided in the washrooms as well. In our washroom, the shower wasn't working and hot water supply wasn't consistent. Washrooms also require some better cleaning. Breakfast spread is just okay with no major variety among the items provided. Considering they market themselves as a 4 star hotel, I definitely expected better on all these fronts. Overall our stay was just about okay, but this hotel definitely has loads of room for improvement

I stayed with my group of 23 pax in Uday Palace hotel. This is my 2nd time staying in the hotel. I saw lot of improvements in the hotel especially the food, cleanliness and the service. When we have any minor issues, it was immediately resolved by the staff especially Ms. Roma. Then at restaurant, we have another staff Ms. Saadhana who also responded well for our group's request. Keep up the good work .

Very bad services by hotel, every member of Hotel has different excuse and they balme One another our booking was on 19th and 21st Feb. At the time of checkin they accepted that booking is for same date but later they denied. Asked that booking is for 19th and 20th Feb. 2022. For clarification they blame each other. They are big fraud and no proper communication with Guest. Highly not recommended Booking done through kashi yatra DMC.

Dear Uday Palace, I visited your hotel many times and experience was good but everything changes when I decided to throw party in your hotel. This happened due to one of your manager and GM. Due to them only I decided not to throw party in your hotel. When I was asking my payment back they use to answer different every time and lastly GM told me your payment was not so much. What he means by this. So it's a request to everyone think before you through or book this hotel.

Located near Ksheer Sagar, sundarpur It's a good catch as you get the access to all nearby shops and main roads. Costs are good and interiors are also good

Hotel staff behaviour with us was very polite and friendly. Such a nice place to stay. And Mr. Sachin Raj is from housekeeping department is a nice guy at the property and very corporative with all of us. Sweat rooms of the property well maintained. And front office staff (mahima Dubey, anurag, vinod, shubham verma) is always there for helping us.

Good place for birthday parties, anniversary celebrations. Easily accessible. Parking available. Food is good but not that good. Good price and value balance. Can house upto 200 people

It was ok ok place to stay, because the staff are not so quick with services, I had to literally call them 8 times for an extra mattress and collect the utensils that we ate for afternoon. Very slow service. As we stayed for 2days, I asked them for a cleaning into the room, there was no response even they didn't changed the toiletries.

Not a good place at all. Recently came with 25 family members. First of all after reserving room 1 month before the arrival date, the rooms weren't ready at all. After a lots of argument and calling the general manager we got the room after 1.5 hrs. Actually we should have checked in at 12pm that day but we had told for a delayed check in. The housekeeping boys were ok not the best. Reception wasn't great. There isn't hot water. Entire night there were people talking and arguing around the room which used to disturb the sleep. Next day there was a music party and loud music again disturbing a tired days sleep. The beds weren't clean and lot of ants in the bed. They might not have changed the bedspread of the previous guest. I would not recommend this place for a stay in Kashi

We visited this hotel for dining and our experience was quite average. Staff is polite and speed of response is also reasonable. But overall cleanliness seemed compromised and while the restaurant layout is good, ambience still misses the charm. Food is average.

They are charging more than usual cost of foods like the cost of water bottle is just 20 rupee but they charged 48 rupee and that’s also gst and service tax excluded after then they added 5 % tax

Good hotel , responsive staff , interior (8/10) at this price. Bit high on the food, served in restaurant but again the taste is good.
