A very very bad experience basically my worst stay yet. No kettle in the room Asked for a total 4 extra blankets for 3 of my but got only 2 along with a statement 2 hi ho paenge sir aur nahi hai Tortoise service at their restaurant with long long waiting period after ordering And above all we are a pure vegetarian family and even asked to no use onion and garlic but unexpected found a piece of chicken in our paneer dish and the restaurant had no answer for the same. Total mood spoiling experience. Never recommended.

It's very old hotel on main road of Sigra. But not maintain properly and their services also ok ok. You can easily found cobweb in rooms and cocroaches. Its not clean properly. Even checkin on Reception shows other room and when room checking number is different. Food quality is ok.they are providing toiletries properly without demand.

Rooms are full of cockroaches , bugs and insects .... Service is very bad... Poor hygiene .... Breakfast service is very poor... Staff is very slow to serve food..high rate with those kind of service.....Bad experience☹️

Wastage of money, this hotel can be only the last option, rooms r pathetic, bathroom unhygienic, service third class, we stayed there with my friend and his family and we're not allowed to serve outside milk(amul milk purchased from the local market) to their 3year old baby, saying outside food is not allowed. The milk served by the hotel/resturant was 80%water with impurities in it. So we purchased amul milk and requested the kitchen /restaurant section to arrange to boil the milk and serve and we're ready to pay the any extra charge for it . But Mr Bharti Manager at amrapali restaurant denied in a very rough and arrogant manner. We requested again again as my friends son did not eat any thing whole day, but they didn't listen.Really horrible. Every room full of cockroach 🪳,lizard. Staff were really very uncooperative arrogant. We requested to the staff at reception to provide the owners/ management contact nos so that we can give them the feedback then and there but we're denied. Not suggest able to any one.

The restaurant is a little bit expensive. Simply over priced. But the hotel is overall good.

Location is very good but upholstery needs refurbishment and the washrooms are without shower curtain.

It looks more like a railway dorm room people have spit gutka in rooms furniture are broken cutlery is dirty

Not at all a good hotel to stay at.. Room services are the worst part in the hotel as it was not available up to the mark .. You should prefer other hotels to make your journey or trip comfortable..

Rooms are spacious with good furnishings... Wifi enabled...a bit disappointed with the bathrooms space and cleanliness...definitely not worth more than 1500 per day..inter com was not working...toilets dirty...parking has lot of space

Do not get your child's admission in the swimming pool of this hotel. They keep taking admissions in their small pool and the pool in charge- *Mr. Laxman* is very rude, he doesn't have the manner to talk to people. The coach does not teach your child how to swim as there are so many children in the pool and there is no space even to swim. Never go to his pathetic hotel

I had very bad experience with the staff members. 1. First of all we booked the hotel rooms 1 week prior by paying the advance of 5000/-. But on the day of our arrival they said there is some issue in our server so the data is not available so they can’t give us the rooms . We had huge argument with the receptionist we were all tired from the journey. Then we waited for 1 hr. After that they gave us only 2 room only and we booked 6 . 2. We called so many times for a single water bottle they replied that the room service is not available after 11 pm. 3. In one of our room there was broken shower. 4. On they day of checkout they said the water bottle is chargeable they didn’t inform us earlier just added the price in final bill. Room service was very poor. Manager was so rude. I would like to give them 0 rating but the option is not available.

Charges are very High but room service is very poor no intercom phone is in operation and no TV is connection was recharged after completing one person attend and told will be start within 10 minutes but till tomorrow TV not started Charges high but service 3rd class No

The hotel denied check in to my friend who was visiting from gorakhpur, she was not only denied but didn’t refund the money initiated by make my trip as well, really sad guys. I won’t suggest anyone to book the hotel. And specially Saurabh- the senior staff is very rude. I don’t think he belongs to the hospitality sector being so rude.

We stayed in this hotel (took 2 rooms) from 6th Nov 22 to 9th Nov22 till morning, they charged excessive high rent almost 3800/- per night. Bathrooms are disgusting very old and dirty. The hotel was stinking due to leackage of gas pipe line. Swimming pool was not maintained properly. Otherwise, rooms are specious, good decoration in lobby area. Not recommended.

Very poor service Food rates are much very higher side. No one attending calls for service TV never recharged, when asked only passing time. Quality of mattresses are poor quality Pls don't visit

I was stay for 3 days, Hotel have a big parking that is plus point location is good but service is very delayed, intercom was not working after completion they don't care. Lift was not working while I was there. They claim for 2-3 star but even a tea or coffee maker not in any room. If They care on little things they can improve a lot.

I went to the restaurant for lunch with my colleagues. Restaurant's soft drink, food, ice cream everything was tasty. Best experience with Hotel Siddhartha.

Good people good staff . They were not money minded I told them my train is 2 hrs later after 12 checkout time . They supported without a single extra penny . Thanks guys

Very rude with customers, their phone instrument was not working, the quality of soap in washroom wasn't good, when I contacted the person @ reception, he said he could not bring another soap for me. I must check out if I wasn't satisfied with their services.. Never Ever stay here..even if they offer u a free stay
