Royal
room
through
MakeMyTrip
and
they
handed
me
a
Deluxe
room
no.
3010
which
was
inhabitable
due
to
terrible
seepage
from
walls
and
FLOOR
too.
It
took
many
calls
and
visit
to
Reception
to
get
staff
come
to
room
to
see
the
condition.
Cleaning
staff
told
that
floor
seepage
is
not
getting
arrested
even
when
the
have
wiped
the
floor
4-5
times
since
morning.
The
senior
staff
inspecting
the
room
told
me
that
my
room
is
Deluxe
and
they
don't
have
any
room
of
this
class
available,
higher
class
of
room
i.
e.
ECR
is
available.
I
rang
up
reception
and
senior
most
staff,
a
lady
not
wearing
name
tag
on
her
uniform
jacket,
insisted
dishonestly
that
room
3010
is
ECR
as
per
my
booking.
On
confronting
reference
the
inspector
sent
by
her
on
my
visit
to
her,
they
changed
me
to
ECR
class
room
3014.
But
I
had
to
ask
specially
to
get
second
bath
towel
and
bathroom
slippers
in
room
(we
were
a
couple
and
they
provided
only
one)
and
hand
towel.
They
brought
one
hand
towel
and
told
that
two
hand
towels
are
NOT
provided.
I
had
to
ask
specially
for
tooth
brush
too.
The
toiletries
consisted
of
two
soap
cubes,
3
tubes
moisturiser
and
one
tube
bath
gel.
No
shampoo,
conditioner,
hand
wash
-
-
may
be
the
staff
was
not
literate
enough
to
determine
the
description
of
material
printed
on
similar
tubes!
No
replacement
of
toiletries,
complimentary
water
(1
litre
only
was
provided
on
first
day),
towels
and
bedsheets
was
done
on
2nd
day.
3rd
day
I
had
to
request.
They
didn't
share
Wi-Fi
password,
didn't
provide
newspaper.
In
room
dining
took
the
order
for
fresh
lime
soda
at
10am
on
2nd
day
but
rang
back
after
ten
minutes
to
inform
that
they
need
"more
than
one
hour"
to
serve
it.
I
cancelled
the
order.
At
checkout
they
didn't
even
give
me
the
bill
and
asked
me
to
get
it
online.
EXTREMELY
PATHETIC.
