I stayed for 2 nights 16th to 18th Sep'23 Booked Superior deluxe room which was small but near and clean. Worst was the Front desk hospitality. Manisha receptionist had no knowledge that she is from the hospitality industry. on check in no greetings , no smile , did not tell us anything about breakfast timings just had a swollen face and exactly the same while checking out. We picked our own luggage in front of her eyes and still did not offer any help from the bell boy instead kept a straight face. Regarding the distance of the temple and ghats , you have to pay 100/150 each way to the autos / rickshaw wala every time you want to visit.

Hotel staff behaviour is painful rude. They agreed for 9 pm check out in Rs 2000 earlier then called me again to leave hotel at 6 pm when I was traveling far away from city they given the ultimatum that they will deduct extra 2000 from staff salary if we will not check out at 6 pm. There was no proper room service timing. They will come to clean at 4 pm to make joke when we are back from site visits. Restaurant along is like they are doing favour to you by serving you food. Every time they deliver tea or coffee in room they ask for cash or pen from guests. Also when you ask to combine the bills they will blame for creating confusion. Rooms are too small in the price range of Rs.4000 per night. Bathroom is all glass and painful to use if you are with family. Overall they make you feel that they have given you favour by providing you shelter @4000 per night for tiny little room. all the junior staff are like looking for tips for no service at all..

After a lot of research i have chosen this place for our family's two nights stay. I recommend it for both family and business stay and the greatest advantage of staying at this place is it just located centrally and all the Ghats including temples are within a 2km radius which you can cover by walking. Further it has one of the Varansis best restaurant in its ground floor which serves the mouth watering food though the prices are on a little higher side. Hardly you will find any place to sit here to enjoy food during weekends ( crowded with guests). I have been to many places in the country but never tasted such mouth watering dishes specially in VEG. Only disappointed with hotel authority is even after the repeated request they took the whole day to clean my room. Overall I would highly recommend this place if you do not have any budget/ fund issue as prices are on a little higher side. Complementary breakfast has a very limited option.

Pathetic experience. Online booking g sucks as they do not have the parity across websites. What they show and what they have is completely different. They will charge you money for big rooms and provide smaller rooms and will force you by saying this is the room that comes under that category. Quality of the deluxe room is okay but very small and congwsted.not worth the money they charge for the room. We immediately checked out and cancelled the stay

The deluxe room show in Agoda is different from what they provide but decent enough. I had a good time here but the day I had to checkout ,checkout time on site was 12 pm but they rudely behaved and said it's 11 am. I didn't like this staff attitude, apart from this it is in good location and center of every place.

On the initial day I faced some issues but that was more because of heavy rush and late check out of previous guests. Later on I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. the property is centrally located and quite close to the two major stations and other major attractions like Kashi Vishwanath temple , Sankat Mochan Hanuman Mandir Assi Ghat etc. The restaurant on the ground floor is very very popular and supercrowded during the evenings.

Hotel Broadway is the nice place to stay with your loved ones. Staff are so polite & professional. Hotel provides free parking, free breakfast, WIFI. You can also enjoy the swimming.

Rooms are clean and nice. Staff is friendly, slightly slow, but gets the job done. Location and price are good, though some corners have been cut in the rooms in terms of size and facilities but then, they don't claim to be a 4 or 5 star either. So one can book it without much issues.

Worst experience ever. FOM was extremely rude. She is not fit to be in hospitality industry at all. Towels bedsheets are dirty. Frequent power cut off. Very very disappointing. You will regret if you choose to stay here. If you are not bothered about service and cleanliness you can choose this hotel.

My experience was good here. It was very high tech and I couldn't turn on the tv. One thing that I will say is to improve and not use glass toilets. And everything is okay.

Good services, however the price of the room was double the rate than usual and in our experience for 8k per night the room provided was definitely not worth. And it was our bad, we booked it in urgency without realizing the room rent per day (kudos to all apps showing discounts and deals and finally ending up with huge amounts including gst.) Though the price was twice the amount of its worth, food and services were good. And if you are someone who only knows English, then communicating and getting things done will be tough as only few English speaking staffs are available. Special shout out to Mr. Harsh and Mr. Shivam in assisting us in this aspect. Being a 3 star hotel, no in house laundry service available is its downside. Or otherwise nice experience .

Horrible service and front desk staff are just not knowledgeable. Do not bother to book this hotel as there are various other options which are much better and are available in very close proximity. They just do not care about their customers and make it very inconvenient for existing bookings if they get more money for new bookings. They can even kick you out and not meet their commitments. Very unprofessional and rude people.

Amazing experience on a family trip. I recently went to Varanasi on a religious trip with my extended family. The hotel is located very close to all the important places in Varanasi especially Assi Ghat where one goes for morning aarti. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean with all amenities. Staff is extremely polite, honest, helpful including reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff especially Mr Pradeep and one lady at the reception (I forgot to ask her name). U easily find transport outside the hotel to go anywhere at any time. Food quality was very good...their restaurant is famous in the area. Overall a very Happy experience

Ultimate stay with family. Very mannered and supportive staff specially Ms. Manisha. She resolved my issue of early check in and early check out in such a tremendous manner. I wish her best of luck for for her future. Size of the room was bit small. But over all a great experience.

Room service and the staffs were good but a very bitter experience with the day manager. The rate I was told on the call was different from what I was charged after I checked out. And the quality of the room was average.

The hotel was excellent from all aspect like food, location and convenience. The only thing that they can improve are the ac in rooms. The room ac's are still window one with lot of noise.
