Stayed Here with Family for 2 days 1. Rooms are spacious a bit old fashioned but neat and clean easily accommodate 3 adults 2. Hot water facility available 3. Power backup is there 4. Lift is there 5. Inhouse restaurant is there not sure about food as I have not taken anything 6. Location is too good you can easily find anything around and peaceful 7. Book online as the charges differ a lot online and offline ...offline charges are 2500/- + GST for AC deluxe room....Value for Money if you got in range of 2000/- in online deal 8. They need to improve of Room Service part

I cheked out from hotel (room no. 206) on 2.10.22 for my onward journey t home. On reaching home found that I left my mobile charger in hotel room. Immediately contact the hotel many times regarding my loss, bu ret they are not agreeing that I left without proper investigation whereas Im dam sure that it was there. Such irresponsible hottalier nevee seen. Should not recommended anyone to book. No safety. Rooms also not clean as expected. Food over priced.Staffs are not honest.

Location wise very good and near to many tourist attractions as well as market. Rooms are ok, though scope for improvement is there specially bathrooms can be improved. Hotel has dining facility n room service with very limited options. Limited options on complementary break fast. Parking is at the front for few vehicles. Rates are on bit higher side compared to facilities

Not good at present, the rooms, washroom horrible, but there was a time when this hotel.was really good and maintained. But it was a disappointment visiting the hotel. Only water available for refreshments.

I stayed at Gautam hotel with family and my experience was very bad. We stayed in multiple rooms and all rooms were not same. Some had indian toilet while others had western toilet. Drainage of some bathrooms was pathetic, some had washbasin leaking. Electricity backup was manual and you have to wait in dark until someone change over to generator. No proper lights near dressing area. Room intercoms were dead. Utility kits not available at reception.

My family stayed here. Very bad experience, Rooms were not cleen. Staff's Behaviour very bad, This hotel don't care about their customers

Hotel location is good, just 1.5km from Kashi temple. Parking facility is there. Rooms are clean and bathroom was also big and clean. Service is good and staff is also very polite and good.

This was last ditch booking as there was an issue with my original hotel. The staff was polite and decent, but the hotel itself was very mediocre with very mediocre rooms given the price. Insect issues and very dull ambience

1. They charged for room heaters which burned into flames and they couldnt provide any back up 2. Hotel was not worth the price they charged us only on the name of new year eve 3. Asked for a cup of milk from there kitchen which they couldnt provide in 30 min 4. They dont even provide filtered water, charged me 2800 and dont even provided 2 ltrs packed water 5. Basic toletries were not provided 6. Torn and smelly towels & bedsheets were provided for that cost At last if you are going to varanasi and this hotel is your last option then also think twice before booking

Worst experience ever in hotel.. Room service is extremely bad😑. At the dinner time they don't serve us the glass for drinking water..

I have visited this place with my family, The hotel staff are good and cooperative but some areas to improve especially Bed mattresses are not clean.

Starting with location situated midway between station and kashi vishwanath temple. The staff here are very well behaved and helpful. Cleanliness of rooms and lobby etc. is very good. Price of hotel is also very reasonable you can get offers too when booked from different portal.

Rooms are good but managing staff don't behave nicely.they are very rude and they don't treat nicely.
